I wish I could leave here, but I'm stuck due to a conference! I haven't been in this hotel a full three hours and I'm already over it! No one wants to feel like this when traveling so far from home. I'm supposed to be at this conference to focus and recharge, but I've been met with rudeness and disrespect since the moment I came in contact with Monica at the front desk. Not only was she this way with me, but she was also rude to others. She made that check in process extremely and unnecessarily difficult. I didn't get any information about any of the amenities. I was never asked if I had Hilton Honors. I wasn't even asked about my luggage! She also refused to give me an additional key for the other individual staying with me (my flight arrives earlier). Monica said an additional key could be provided until that person came to check-in. Since when can you not get keys for the room you pay for? Based on other reviews, it seems the front desk has been an issue for a couple years now. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Not only was I met with negativity, but the room I was given had not been properly cleaned. The tub had hair and other nasty fluids all in it. Disgusting! This hotel is also not located around much. The only perks you get are the shuttle from the airport and the cookies (which Monica was extremely stingy about).

Update - During my stay, a bug was found in my bed under the covers. (See photos) The front desk staff person who answered the phone stated she could have someone take a look at it but they were fully booked and could not move my room. The manager and another staff member came to my room. The manager picked the bug up with her hands, smashed the bug, and threw it on the floor. She said it was a "Colorado bug" and she would send someone to change the sheets. I told her I don't sleep with you insects, I don't feel comfortable sleeping on that bed, and that I also have skin allergies and wasn't familiar with a "Colorado Bug" and how it could react with me if other bugs happen to be in the bed. She continued to say that the bug is harmless and she couldn't do anything. I proceeded to contact Hilton, and to all of our surprise, a room two doors down from my room was magically open.

This hotel is a disgrace to all Hilton hotels!
