Staff is amazing! Our room was very spacious and nice. But the hot water took 15 minutes to get to the shower. Though reporting this upon checkout, they compensated me and promised to have maintenence look into the issue. We stay here 2-3 times per year and will continue to do so.

The main lobby is undergoing renovations; however, our stay was nice. The staff was very friendly, on-site restaurant and room service are still open/available, room was clean, and parking is free. The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to check in a few hours early. Please note that parking is outside in an uncovered lot, so be ready to clear snow/ice off your vehicle if a storm rolls in. Have stayed here over 3x in the past month and have been very happy with each visit.

The GM and the front desk are great and very nice! The rooms are clean!
The maids in the staff are super and very nice and helpful! I ve stayed here over three weeks when I come back to Colorado this is the number 1 hotel for me.

Hosted an event that said Kevin o Leary was there....

Hosted an event that said Kevin o Leary was there. Kevin was in Cincinnati. Had a speaker who wouldn t answer all the questions and had a hard pitch. The event tricked the attendees in my opinion and I don t think Hilton should host events like that. Easy parking and central enough location for not being in denver.

This is week2 of 6 staying here on Mondays - Frida...

This is week2 of 6 staying here on Mondays - Friday s for work. Room is clean. But no hot water. I am told it s been like this since the new toilets were installed. To be honest I m not sure how cold water flushing toilets are effecting hot water. The night manager and engineer suggested I turn the water on long before I start my shower. It took on average during week one (room 201) 20 minutes before water warm enough started flowing. Now I am in room 639 and it s the same no Hot water. Luke warm. I am checking out and moving to another HILTON property.
The breakfast buffet is really good. The staff is nice. The rooms are nice.

The staff is rude, they put 2 packs of decaf and one of regular coffee in the rooms, no bible in the rooms and we were with a group who spent lots of money to be there. We needed a late check out. ..on a Sunday. Latest they'd give us was an extra half hour. Terrible terrible hotel

Helpful staff, a pool, fitness center, a free cook...

Helpful staff, a pool, fitness center, a free cookie, and close to light rail to get you into downtown Denver. The rooms seem recently renovated too. I stayed here last year for work and it's better this year! Breakfast buffet is an extra cost.... Comfortable stay thus far.

Customer service was incredible and the amenities were excellent. Breakfast was not great, water for shower was not warm, furniture felt wobbly, etc. If I had to, I would not stay here again. The only reason I stayed here was do to business reasons. The best part of staying here was the cookies and the semi good gym.

Exceptional place 2 stay and very clean very polite and professional customer service experience treated like a guest not a customer did I mention the cookies are the bomb and available whenever you'd like just ask for a cookie I definitely would stay here again and I'll recommend it to anyone definitely the best hotels by far both times that I stayed at Doubletree also the jacuzzi the right temperature the pool is always clean and very spacious thanks again DoubleTree I'll see you soon

Good looking motel but management works to make your stay less than pleasant. When booking you will listen to 3-5 voices, each asking questions to get to a foreigner in another country. The lady answering will have no idea of american educate and will ask many questions about your trip having nothing to do with the room. They will then have trouble spelling the simple things like T O M and no matter how many times you tell them they need the billing address for a credit card they insist you must give them you home address.

This is followed by a long disclosure ending in telling you the reservation is non-cancel-able. Did I mention they want you to join their club...

Now at the motel checking in you are once again pushed to join the club. Don't do it, I have 5 emails this morning. They are now blocked. You do however get a good cookie and 2 warm waters. Why warm? I don't know. you also cannot get a cold water in the lobby as they have water with fruit floating that is warm also.

At the room, no refrigerator. What! So it is bucket ice time.

In the morning there is not breakfast. I believe I was told there was a breakfast. The lady greeting you is very nice. She is making sure you know that breakfast is 17+ for serve your self and is trying to keep her wait staff from getting chewed out. No the food looked awful. She expressed that the Motel owner didn't want anybody to get anything free.
I left without eating.

Next, thinking I could have a coffee. Bad move, the lobby coffee machine costs 2.50. Not joking. What a mess.

Did I mention the room staff was completely foreign speaking. Maybe someone on another floor could speak English.

The motel also sends constant text messages to you. I tried calling them from that number to discuss my dissatisfaction but gave up. Straight to the foreign answering service.

My overall experience was poor. I felt nickel-ed and dimed. Not a quality experience. Will not be staying with them in the future. Overall a 3 star experience, downgraded to 2 star when they thought texting me was the answer then telling me to call when they have no number to be reached.

I would just go elsewhere.

I had a great time at this hotel! The front service was friendly enough and of course gave me and my boyfriend our delicious chocolate chip cookies! What a nice treat. We got a King Deluxe Room on the 6th floor, with good view facing the mountains. Very spacious too and the price was pretty worth it to me. The room was clean and organized and the bed was very comfortable. Incredible time and the coffee was great too. No complain of anything :)

It was an excellent event. The service and catering was top notch. Servers were friendly and attentive. Game tables were run smoothly and the dealers were very fun and friendly. Plenty of space for all guests and food was very tasty.

The rooms were very dirty and the door did not close properly. The next room we moved to the carpet was very dirty and there was some confusion with the air conditioner. Also one of the keys did not work and someone walked in because they got that room assigned to them as well as us.

Stayed here for a few hours when my flight was delayed (comped by airline). Rooms were nice, spacious, and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Shuttle service to/from airport is really great.

Service was great! Started by being picked at the airport by a very pleasant driver. Then arrived to great customer service. Very helpful when we arrived late after waiting 4 hrs. For our luggage. Service with a smile!

It has nice rooms and comfy beds although the bathroom was tiny. When you go to more expensive hotels you have to pay extra for things like wifi and breakfast. I felt screwed over by breakfast costing $16 plus a tip. These things made me not feel valued as a customer.
