Looking at the reviews, I almost didn t book here. Some reviews were very negative. I can assure you, they are very wrong. CLEAN & QUITE. Great breakfast and very friendly chauffeurs, to and from the airport. Cookies were as good as Any Doubletree, that I have stayed. Expected comfortable & spacious room. Most Excellent!

This hotel is getting renovations done but the service was great. Had an unanticipated layover and was very lucky to end up at this location. Indoor pool/jacuzzi, restaurant/bar and a 24 hr vending area with good must haves. Conviently located near eateries and specialty shops just a lyft or uber ride away. Give it a try and you will enjoy.

Stayed here for work on a few occasions. It's a very nice hotel with relatively cheap rates. The staff are very accommodating and the rooms are fairly nice. It's a very convenient location for us, only a few minutes from our meeting place. They're going through a remodel now, the lobby is under construction.

Booked this through a discount site and am reasonably happy so far. The hotel is starting to become dated though. The carpet in the hallways needs replacing, and room fixtures could be updated as well. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly.

I have stayed here several times for work and it has always been great. Staff are pleasant and accommodations are nice. They even do a breakfast buffet in the morning. Location is also convenient, with several good dining options in walking distance.

Kudos to the bad ass bartender that didn't throw me or my buddy out after our seminar. Its been a minute since I've laughed so much my face hurt. If you stay at this hotel, deffinetly grab a beer a burger and ask for Alaska to serve you! (Tell her your from florida).

Such a good hotel to stay in. No free breakfast but you can buy a breakfast buffet. There is a pool and hot tub, they have these color changing lights in the water which was sweet. Room was very clean, no fan in the bathroom though. Beds were comfy to sleep in. Would definitely recommend. Lots of restaurants near by or places do deliver there.

You can never go wrong with Double Tree! Hotels are alwasy nice and clean. This one in particular was going through some remodeling and it's looking amazing. My room was clearly recently done, it was spacious, clean, modern. The bed was comfortable and man, those cookies were delicious as always!

The location is a bit hidden and a bit strange to get too. However the inside of the building was OK but nothing special. Plenty of room and I loved how it was separate from the actual hotel location for the events. I didn't see any actual rooms just the large social rooms. They seem like they would be a great place to throw a small business party or event.

There is a restaurant here and the food was delicious. Got a free breakfast as well which was awesome. Night manager was real nice. Now that I mention it, morning manager was nice as well. My only problem with this place is the construction going on. It was snowing pretty hard when I visited Double Tree and we had to go in and out the side door which was a pain. Our driver thought the place was closed.

We initially went to the hotel just to pick up some friends to go out for the night, but we ended up staying at the bar for a drink. The bartender was incredibly nice and very attentive. She engaged in conversation and made us feel very welcome. The drink prices were fair.

Nice hotel with great cookies. When coming to Denver, we always tried to stay here. I don't know when it changed, but they don't even offer free wi-fi anymore. It's ridiculous to pay that kind of money for a hotel with no complementary breakfast or wifi. We won't stay here again.

Absolutely disappointing! The housekeeping was the worse I have ever experienced. They would turn on the AC, leave the curtains closed and half of the time forget to throw away the trash. I also had to call to have them change my sheets because I was there for 5 days and they were just poorly making the bed. I was there for two weeks! It was not a good experience at all. With customer service it was terrible upon check-in. I had issues at the airport with the company card with the rental so I called to verify that it was good to go. The front desk agent put me on hold and assured me it was taken care of. When I arrived, it wasn t. Thankfully, there was an experienced front desk agent that knew how to easily resolve the situation by limiting the nights and then give me time to fix it. Had she not been there I would have not had a room that night. At check out I changed my card for incidentals at 2am and then waited for the shuttle. The shuttle was unable to drop off at my airline, the driver said there was only one stop. Then I get a phone call stating that my room was occupied so housekeeping couldn t clean it, it was past noon?! I stated that I checked out at 2 that morning. And lastly, I checked my card and saw an additional charge I didn t authorize. When I called I was told that was an authorization and that it would drop off. Why would you put an authorization when I am checking out? I am literally paying for my incidentals. It made no sense. She wouldn t let me finish speaking and spoke over me. Very rude. I requested to speak with a manager and with a condescending tone told me that they would just say the same thing and put me on hold. The call dropped. I have never experienced such a bad hotel stay and I am Honors member and stayed two weeks. No microwave or refrigerator. I asked for one and I had to call 3 times and got one they dragged out of a storage. This is ridiculous. I will never recommend any government personnel to stay here ! If it s a day trip maybe but an extended stay?! Take your business elsewhere!

Rooms were clean, staff were very friendly. Only downside was the remodeling of the hotel at the time. Wifi service was really only accessible in the lobby. Nice location right off of 225 and Iliff.

Clean facilities and rooms. Breakfast is good. However, front desk wouldn't answer phone when I called from room and when I went down to talk to them in person they were at the desk doing nothing and talking with a friend. That's all good but customer service first. And when I asked them to bring items needed to the room, they never showed. That needs some work. Customer service is the most important and although the hotel is nice and all to me that doesn't mean as much. I give it 4 stats because of the facilities. I give it 2 stars for front desk service.

We are Diamond members greeted with warm chocolate chip cookies and water, breakfast included, otherwise cooked breakfast for non diamond members is $14 for continental and $18 for cooked breakfast includes everything on continental breakfast. Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff

There are signs of it being an older hotel but the renovations are beautiful. The staff were courteous and helpful. Amenities were nice. The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the temperature wasn't well controlled in both my room and the conference room. I are multiple meals at the hotel. The food was good, breakfast was over priced at $20/plate

For a high/medium high end hotel they have terrible service. They don t answer the phone, gave us inadequate information and we ended up missing the shuttle from the airport in the middle of the night and had to wait another hour for it to come around. Of course breakfast was not included despite the pricey room charges because we booked it through Expedia. Won t ever give them my business again.

The rooms were clean and adequately sized. The hotel is undergoing Renovations in the main areas in the lobby. Some of the food was good however there were a couple of instances in which the food was unacceptable. The salmon was so raw it was uneatable. I was overcharged for my drink having been given one that I did not order and the bartender refused to give me the price of the drink I ordered.

There is some sound overflow from other events and the site was under construction. It is a nice experience despite the situation. The lecture style setup seems limiting in the room we used.

It's labeled a 3-star hotel, but it could use some fixing up. The room was fairly large, but they didn't seem to realize that when furnishing & decorating it, as evidenced by the VERY tiny flat-screen TV (picture those small ones you might see in someone's kitchen). There was A LOT of empty space, which could be nice depending on the guest & the situation, but I thought it could've used a coffee table, a sofa, a lamp, or something. What I'd most like them to fill some space with is a mini-refrigerator and possibly a microwave, especially since the ice bucket they provide is the smallest one I've seen. I was also frustrated by the Internet. According to Hotwire, the hotel requires guests to pay for Internet access, so I arrived under that impression. I was pleasantly surprised when I finally connected my devices to find that it was actually free! However, a couple of hours later, websites briefly stopped loading (as if the router or something was refreshing/rebooting), and then I was redirected back to the Internet access login portal. That's fine, except this time it said access is NOT free, and if I wanted to use the Internet, I'd have to pay $12.95/day! I thought maybe it was only free for the first few hours and then you have to pay (even though it was still working fine, for free, on my phone), so I tried "cheating" by switching over to my other laptop to see if I could get free access on that one. Nope. Both laptops (a MacBook Pro & a rather old Dell Inspiron) were reaching the same Internet access login page that said it was $12.95/day.
