Historic hotel- full of history- an excellent choice in Seattle
Beautiful, classy rooms with high ceilings. Comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet rooms. Some rooms have Whirlpool tubs and picture windows. All have a great set up to make your own coffee in the morning in your room.
Friendly staff, especially the morning door man Jordan and Ashley at the front desk.
Gym downstairs has filtered water and nice Cardio Elliptical machines, treadmills, limited weight lifting equipment, space for yoga, mats for stretching.
I had one of the best experiences when I last stayed The Arctic Club. Having stayed at many Hilton's, The Arctic Club has the greatest service I have seen at any hotel. Curtis Ansen - the Guest Services Supervisor - went above and beyond to absolutely make our stay wonderful.
Excellent place to stay, love the warm chocolate chip cookies at the desk. Most comfortable hotel bed I have ever been in
Great service and beautifully decorated. Rooms on the smaller side but well apportioned
Fantastic hotel with a vintage look - great care of very single detail and great staff - it was a pleasure to stay there and I hope I'll be back.
Across the street from the light rail to/from the airport! ($3/person ) Don't get a rental car, overnight parking is $50/day. Uber works well. Coffee press in room, electric teakettle. Office supplies in desk. Varied drink menu; good restaurant on premises.
Beautiful architecture, and great ambiance. Much of the original building has been maintained and you feel as if you are in early 1900's. Rooms, while oddly shaped, are nice, clean and to the Hilton standard. The pictures of Arctic club members in the rooms are a tad creepy, but it adds to the ambiance. I had a rooftop view, and it'd be nice if maybe the Windows were frosted to avoid seeing pigeon droppings everywhere. Overall, solid hotel.
Great hotel and excellent location. Comfy beds and decent room size.
Awesome historic hotel with a great bar. Loved taking my beautiful lady Dawn there.
Gorgeous, restored building that gas kept true to its roots as a private club. The Polar bar is "The Place" for cocktails and Juno is a terrific bistro.
What a neat hotel! Be sure to ask the concierge about the history of the building, cool story. Room was clean and nicely decorated and the views were great. Great location too. I will be back!
Awesome rooms. Shows history. Good location. Excellent staff and the Polar Bar is great. Loved it and will be staying again!
Amazing service and beautiful old aesthetic and history. A mandatory visit when in Seattle.
The event I attended was in the northern lights dining room. The staff was professional and friendly while the setup and environment were just as well done.
We ate at Juno. They were understaffed but our waiter was very understanding and working very hard to make sure to keep us satisfied.
Great ambiance and gream amenities in room including a French press for coffee!
Coordinated a retirement party at the Polar Bar. Plenty of room for a party of about 40 people. The bar is easily accessible and it was nice that they could do individual checks for everyone in our party. My only minor complaint would be that they only had two beers on tap. However the rest of the bar was fully stocked.
Nice hotel. Clean and nicely appointed rooms with stylish furnishings.
I stayed here for a weekend night to spend some time in downtown Seattle. This hotel is in the midst of the business district. So if you want to do stuff over the weekend, you are going to have to walk or ride a while to get to any bars or restaurants.
Old school meets new school remodel. Still accents the great original features.
One of my favorites. Great service and classic beautiful rooms.
Expensive and cramped old rooms. Loved the walrus so much I bought one for he wife.
Amazing hotel. They did a great job of updating it without losing the original style. Hot tub in the room was great
Absolutely spectacular, old world charm at its finest
The side entrance (off Columbia) and Artic Lounge on that floor are charming and relaxing. The entrance off 3rd is more the sit-down meal space. Yummy food, some of the best craft beers, and ok prices.
Loved the very classy renovated hotel. Area is a bit ma ma hu hu. However, the hotel feels really classy.
The Arctic Club is a well managed hotel maintaining it's century old style but keeping up with the times. While certainly not modern the rooms provide comfortable beds, moderate space and clean bathrooms. The lobby bar is great for a drink in the evening and proximity to the stadiums makes it s great option for sports travelers. In the heart of the CBD it also functions as a business hotel.
I was working an event in Seattle and visited my coworker who was staying at the hotel. I was only there for five minutes but the hotel is in a great location, looks really nice, the concierge service was excellent when I needed help.
Beautiful hotel very good service... But as soon as you walk outside it smells of pee homeless people on every corner
This place is great. It has an old and elegant atmosphere. Mike, the one who attends the bar is super nice and the lodging is quite comfortable.
Gorgeous facility with friendly and professional staff.
The staff was very nice, the rooms were very well decorated and seemed clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, and parking is right next door.
Beautiful historic building, great location. Very attentive staff, comfortable bed, thoroughly enjoyed the time there. Spent some quality time on a red velvet couch next to the big fireplace in the lobby area, curled up with a good book.
My new favorite Seattle hotel. No need to say more than that.
The setting is excellent some food is pretty tasty drinks are overpriced and not that great
We were there with another couple for drinks to start our night. The lemon drop was excellent, we had a table right in front of the fire, and the holiday decor was very pretty.
Really nice hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is great.
The hotel is located in a more dangerous part of town, but if you're working at the Superior court, it's really nice to be a two minute walk away.
Amazing Hotel. Hotel staff are excellent. Hotel is in a great location!
Great place to stay. Great location, good service and clean rooms. The bar closes at midnight but otherwise great stay!
Good drinks and snacks in the past, but closed too early last night.
The Artic Club is a beautiful old art deco hotel with a ton of history. There is a bar just off the lobby with cocktails and a nice low key atmosphere.
Magnificent bar. Truly wonderful classic high end style. Big open space. Laid back lounge. Really nice pool table. All the charm of the Arctic Club.
Great service and rooms. The food and drinks were also amazing. Highly suggest this hotel to anyone wanting to stay downtown.
This is our favorite SF Hotel. Great location and dog friendly. Minus one star because they DO need to update the mattresses. I like a soft plush sleep not a hard mattress.
The ambiance was historical, luxurious, classy, and sophisticated. I loved the historical touches with modern conveniences. The bar was beautiful, and the fresh mint cucumber water and warm chocolate chip cookies were a great treat!!
This hotel is in a great location in downtown Seattle. The rooms are nice and the beds are so comfy. The best thing here is the customer service. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. The only thing that keeps me from giving a five star is that there is not a pool or any kind of breakfast.
Staff were great. Room was tiny! Barely enough room for luggage. Hotel rooms look kind of old. The hotel gives off a bit of a creepy vibe.
Well, it's beautiful. Looks like born in 1920's. But that's it. Other than that it's too overpriced and, funny though, don't be surprised to find some tools from late 80's like cheapest I've ever seen calculator which didn't even work. Or the iron it literally was getting broken apart in my hands. Seriously?
Not that I'm a simple hater, but for 200 per night the quality might be much better, even in Seattle.
Didn't get to spend as much time here as I wanted, but had a cool vibe! Will definitely try it again.
Staff were exceptional, rooms smelled incredible, high ceilings and beautiful big windows , gorgeous large bathroom
My wife and I attended an wedding at the Artic Club. It was a beautiful venue with great service. The hotel has a rich history which is showcased throughout the hotel. The glass domed ceiling in the main room was a memoriable backdrop, and the adjecent space created a nice place for side activities or a place to retreat for a drink. This is a great venue for events.
A historic Seattle hotel. Play pool in the Polar Bar.
Service at the Arctic Club was wonderful. Check-in was quick and front desk was very polite. They asked if they could text me throughout my stay to make sure I had no issues. I accepted and have received about one text a day to make sure I am still happy with my stay. The room was small but very nice and clean. There are several minibar items and snacks available for purchase in the room at the normally high prices for such fare. Room service has done a good job each day cleaning the room. My room had a king size bed with four pillows and there was an extra pillow and blanket in the closet.
Small but nice hotel. Convenient located dt Seattle with public transportation at your doorstep.
The historical aspects of the building feel upscale, however the more modern upgrades are average to poor and the suites are just okay. The price is a bit steep for what you actually get... The neighbourhood is terrible (sadly, a good location for Seatlle, but only because its the lesser of the evils...). If this hotel was in a nice, clean, and modern city, it'd be worth the 4 stars, but due to how decrepid the city of Seattle is, I give it a 3.
Hotel with quaint feeling, is very convenient to reach to from the Seattle airport by taking light rail if you have very little luggage and costs only $3.00 one way.
As a Hilton Honors member, I got upgraded to a very large room with a king sized bed. The hotel itself is a historic building so be ready for dark woods and dim lighting but the rooms and public areas are well maintained and the plumbing/tubs/shower have been updated. The hotel restaurant is nice enough but nothing special at hotel prices. The Biscuit Bitch on the corner provides a very good alternative though. Location is not bad, probably a 15 minute walk to Pike Street Market and 8 minute walk to Pioneer Square. Note that the homeless count has gone up in recent years.
Had a wonderful stay - loved the hotel, bar, and the staff.
The cocktails and apps were delicious. Fantastic service in a classic, warm atmosphere. A great place to enjoy happy hour.
The decor and atmosphere is nice. It was a bit louder, due to a few boisterous guests, than we anticipated, but still a nice loungey place to get a drink.
Breakfast at the restaurant was the best! Diamond members get $12 credit towards breakfast. Try the burrito!
Excellent concierge service, polite and attentive service from all staff. I love the low lighting in the lobby which doubles as a full bar, billiards room and large lounging room. Main drawback would be $46 a day if you want valet parking otherwise parking is a real hassle. Actual hotel rooms a bit small but nice and cozy.
Was there for a wedding. Cocktail hour was hosted in the lounge and it was perfect. The ballroom was beautiful.
Beautiful and historic hotel. The room had great character and was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
