Very dissatisfied with the way I was treated. I spent 183.00 to have an issue with my braking system repaired. I knew it wasn't the brakes because I had them replaced elsewhere. They said my calipers needed to be lubed and cleaned. I stayed there with my 9 month old daughter for 4 hours on two different occasions. After the job the person behind the counter assured me the problem was fixed. Three days later I found out that was not the case. I went back again. THIS time they tell me the front rotors are warped, and the rear pads and rotors also need to be replaced. How in the hell can a trained mechanic miss THAT! Besides handing me an estimate for 912.00 to have the work done, all they offered was "I'm sorry". The only option they gave was to pay 199.00, minus labor and they would right the wrong. I feel very upset and disrespected. If it happened to me it can happen. First and last time customer.

What a great experience I had at DePaula Chevrolet!! Everyone is so nice and extremely professional. I was able to enjoy a nice Starbucks coffee and a cupcake all while being treated like a king.

I am so pleased with the level of service I received from depaula ! The green team leader Matt was a huge help ! Not only was he able to make sure that my car was fixed promptly and properly, he went above and beyond! Helping me deal with a headache about my warranty policy on my car and offering valuable advice ! I will definitely return for future service to my 2015 equinox!!!

The team at DePaula Used Car sales is top notch. The atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. The staff is like a big family and we felt welcomed from the moment we walked in. The pricing was fair and the purchasing process was not stressful at all. Our salesman Mike Cecchini was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Mike has reached out to us more than once, since we bought our van, to follow up and see if we were satisfied. We would definitely recommend DePaula to our friends and family.

I have had some warranty issues but Rob and Manny have been excellent in getting my repairs done, getting me back on the road while repairs are being made and getting my warranty work covered. They ve gone out of their way to make my experience as painless as possible. Thanks guys!

Not even worth the one star. Horrible service. It was all fine when I bought my car and everyone was so helpful and nice. Then I drove off their property and all the marbles fell. Problems with my car the second day having it and after bringing the car twice now after sitting for 3 hours each time, still "nothing is wrong". Salesperson never returned my phone calls. Live in another state and they still haven't figured out my license plates SINCE NOVEMBER! HORRIBLE PLACE STAY AWAY

In October of 2015, I came to DePaula to look into leasing a vehicle. I am 55 yrs. old and have purchased and leased many vehicles from other dealerships. I worked with Dennis Miller as a sales consultant. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I have NEVER had such a great experience purchasing a vehicle. Since that time, any maintenance on the vehicle has also been a very pleasant experience. I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle at DePaula and with Mr. Miller!! Thank you!

She knew what i was looking for for my 2nd car due to remembering what we spoke about the first time and is always professional while making sure everything is ready for me come pick up. From the time we purchased our vehicle to the times we bring it in for service, always a great experience, they go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care off. Their service department is top notch and gets the job completed in a timely manner. If for some reason it takes longer than they anticipated they make sure to provide us with a courtesy vehicle.

The service department scheduled my truck for an oil change on a day they were not even open. i dropped it off the night before and it was supposed to be ready the next morning. I was left without a vehicle for almost 3 days for an oil change. I requested to talk to a member of management. I was ignored. I never received so much as an explanation or apology. just a very curt message from the service writer stating my truck was done. word service ever.

The entire staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Anthony Lokie was especially helpful.
From showing me the service department during my test drive to bringing me to the bank for a certified check. Anthony even brought me to pick up the second car to be traded in as well as a stop to DMV to surrender plates before they closed!
The manager (another Anthony) was also great. He helped get the deal that I was looking for on my new truck and made sure I was happy with every aspect of the process.
They truly went above and beyond to make the deal happen and put me in the truck that I LOVE!

Service department is the worst! I had a 730 appo...

Service department is the worst! I had a 730 appointment for my truck I made weeks ago. I was told when I scheduled to drop it off walk down to the diner have a coffee and a donut, my truck will be ready by the time I'm done with my breakfast. Well I was here at 7:10 am, they parked my truck outside. It's now 930 and it's still outside, when I asked when they would be bringing it in because I have a doctor's appointment at 1030. I was told 730 was the write up time not the time it comes in. What? I responded with I'm sorry everwhever else the appointment time is the time it comes in not when the paperwork is done.

I came here because this is a new to me truck and I have warranty issues. My wife and I just 2 weeks ago leased a new car for her from here. I can't believe this place. This isn't the first issue I've had with service. DO NOT COME HERE.

I found a used car on auto trader and called Depaula to see it. I met Joe Fifeld and he took great care of me. He was very informative and helpful with every question. He put me at ease with his calm temperament and easy going nature. I bought the car and it was just a very easy transaction on every level. Very pleased with Joe and Depaula and I would recommend the team unconditionally for anyone looking for an outstanding value in a used car. My baby blue CR-V is absolutely beautiful and feels and looks like new !

Nice salesman but doesnt make up for the fact that the guy who offers price for your trade streight up lies to your face. First , they use kbb intant cash value which is already on the low end value for your trade. Then he makes up things like how much he will list it for, which btw was just listed for more than 1k higher than he said. Lastly. Im pretty sure they "detailed" the wrong car for my purchase because mine had dust all over inside. Just know what to expect going in.

Only getting a 1 star because can't post with no stars! Satisfied with purchase but terrible service department. Was told when making appointment that simply oil change, tire rotation and on-star reprogram would only take 2 hours, when arrived was then told it would take 3.5 hours.....7 hours later I get my car....7 hours!!!! I will not return to have service done on my vehicle. Also poor communications, continual calls after talking with service operator.

Two issues in the same month.

Two issues in the same month.
Went for an inspection and replace a headlight bulb. Was told it would be at least $150 for the bulb because they had to remove the bumper to get to it. I went across the street to auto zone, bought a bulb for $17 and replaced it in 15 minutes by only removing 2 bolts on the fender splash shield.
Today I went for a scheduled appointment to have the airbag light looked at. The appointment was scheduled earlier this week. Was told today that not only can t they fix it today but they can t even get it in to look at it because everyone was at lunch and they stop working around 4pm.
Two strikes and you are out. Customer service and fairness are not priorities there.

I always enjoy taking my Corvettes to DePaula Chevrolet. The service advisors and technicians always seem eager to work on them. They are very honest and straightforward. They let me inspect my car when it's up on the lift. They point out anything that needs attention in the future. DePaula is also okay with my getting my own parts and having them install them. And they charge only $15.24 for an oil change when you bring your own oil and filter.

I had my Corvette towed from Kingston, NY to Albany, NY. I don't trust the local Kingston dealer, so I decided to try DePaula Chevrolet. It was a great decision!

Marc called me as soon as the car arrived. He listened to a detailed description of the problem, and asked questions when needed. He called when he said he would and returned calls promptly. The dates and times that were given to me regarding the car, were exact.

I had a question about the car after I brought it home, and still received the same excellent care. Even though I live very close to another Chevrolet dealer, I will continue to take my car to DePaula Chevrolet.

It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Pretty rude business manager. Rather than explaining the breakdown of costs, we get told "well its pretty simple mathematics so you can figure it out". I get our sale doesn't get your business a few extra thousand dollar profit since it's a used SUV but, it has definitely prevented me from giving you any sort of profit on a new vehicle in the future based on overall tone of the sale.

As much as I thought i was gonna have a good visit, I didn't not. Went in with my 2013 LT Camaro to trade in on a truck. It was my 4th dealership and De Paula basically slapped me in the face with a trade in price on my car. It was way off of all my other offers. I even got a offer 3k more from a Dodge dealership. 12,5k for my Camaro is CRAZY! It only has 27k miles and is 2.5yrs of Florida driving, till I moved back home 2months ago. I really was hoping I would make it there getting a vehicle, my sales man Alvin was very nice and the dealership looked great, after the walk through. I really wish they could of done way better on my car, I would of took it. But i guess off to a small city Chevy dealership that offered me 19k.

I was very pleased with the service that I have received over the last few weeks. Aaron is the service advisor that I have been in contact with about my car and has been fantastic. When my check engine light came on for the first time he got me in the same day that I called and had my car ready to pick up by the end of the day. Unfortunately my car has continued to have problems with the check engine light. Aaron has done everything possible to ensure that I had transportation whenever the car has been in for service and worked diligently while trying to find a fix for the problems. DePaula should be proud to have an employee that makes himself immediately available to his customers and makes their car problems his car problems! The service I have received as a result of Aaron has changed my mind about the kind of car I plan to purchase.

I flew from VA to NY, and it was WELL worth it!! Not only was my salesperson (Ryan) a treat to work with, the ENTIRE staff was amazing! From the moment of my first call to discuss a hard to find truck that was certified at DePaula Chevrolet, I could not have dreamed of a better experience, nor could I have found a nicer truck that I had been looking for for a few months! I was picked up at the airport by Ryan, and although most of the paper work and details were already worked out, I was shown the entire operation that EVERY customer gets when purchasing from DePaula. The saying that "The red carpet was pulled out", is an understatement!! If you are searching, give DePaula a shot, you WILL NOT be disappointed!!! I will do it all over again for another vehicle from them in a heartbeat!!!

This was my first time purchasing a car, so I was very unaware of what the process would be like. Manny, and the rest of the staff at DePaula Chevrolet made me feel so comfortable and made the whole process extremely easy. Manny listened to everything I told him and really cared about what I could and couldn't afford. He didn't try to get me into something that was out of my budget. Gary and Alvin were also great and I didn't feel as though I was being rushed into making any decisions. I am more than happy with my purchase at DePaula and will be recommending Manny and the dealership to anyone I know who is looking for a car. Overall, excellent work! I'll be back when I'm ready for my next car :)

NEVER AGAIN AFTER TODAY! The only one who had cons...

NEVER AGAIN AFTER TODAY! The only one who had consideration for me as a customer was the Vice President who was there today. I wish I could of asked for his name but he was great. The service team there are terrible. Every time I bring my car there to have something done, there's always an issue. I've bought my first car from DePaula back in 2013 and recently traded that in a few months back for another. I will never consider getting my 3rd car there. The service team treats me with NO RESPECT as if I'm Nobody. I'm fed up and disgusted over all. Last week, I made an appointment for today. I come today to have one of the guys on the service team say "You're not even in the system, you don't have an appointment today but the guy behind you does." Completely rude with no customer service skills what so ever. This is the treatment I always get from DePaula Chevrolet. I can go on and on about my prior experiences.

My family has been doing business with Depaula for years now. I myself have had good experiences there as well. I was able to get into a new Silverado. My salesman Ryan Farnan was very helpful in getting me a deal I was pleased with as well as explaining and showing me different options. The sales managers were also very helpful as well, explaining the warranties and different options with the trucks. Will definitely do business again, next time I am in the market for a new vehicle!

This place would get 0 stars if it were possible. My partner was forced to take nearly an entire day off of work to bring his car in for an appointment that was at noon, and by 4pm it still hadn't been even been looked at. He was told to bring it back in on Monday...JUST TO HAVE THE ISSUE DIAGNOSED, meaning two whole days of work are going to have been missed. We'll probably choose to go elsewhere next time for our service and maintenance needs. Disappointed in DePaula.

I went there to get my oil changed, my inspection done, and a recall done on my car. I was at the dealership for about four hours waiting for my car. During that time, they were so excited to try and charge me an extra $150 for additional, unnecessary work that they completely forgot to change my oil. They didn't forget to charge me for it though!

I started my requests for service with the serious concern that when I use my On Star "ineptly named "Safe & Sound" service package", my heater, defroster, and most of the fan's functionality is shut off and I nearly had a serious accident when my windshield frosted over as I was talking with On
Star., Even though I told Mark, the Production Manager, who was ostensibly assisting me, that I had contacted GM technical support on this, and that they had stated that it might be correctable by alterations in wiring, he said flatly "I have heard this problem many times before and nothing can be done." and did no further diagnostic investigation.

Then, contrary to my explicit request that I be contacted before any other work was done, as my finances at present are tight, they went ahead and performed work on my other concern (low gas mileage) by installing a $150 engine cleansing package, which appeared worthwhile, but did so without any advance notice, and I would have preferred to postpone this to a later time. Then on the non-billable requests for customer service that I made, namely, education on the steering wheel icon functions, they first forgot the request, then delegated it to a well-meaning associate who in fact had no relevant knowledge on the topic and stated "we'll learn this together". In fact what he succeeded in doing was eliminating all the preset settings on my radio, only an added hassle as I set out to drive home. They did include a complementary car wash, which I appreciated, but then parked the car in the outside lot, where the windshield, of course, froze over. This hardly constitutes reassuring or expert customer service;

I have never, in my adult life, been treated with greater respect and professionalism than I have during my recent interaction with DePaula Chevrolet - Service Department. From the initial and subsequent telephone calls to the two visits I had to make for a GM covered warranty (two visits instead of one was my fault), this place just startled and amazed me on how good they are, how patient, friendly, professional, concerned and accommodating. Folks, I'm sold on this dealership. Management is doing it right and they have top notch staff. I even visited the sales floor and found zero pressure, just tons of honest feedback and good information. They have my business from now on. And mind you, I hate going to dealerships. I've had so many horrible experiences that going to a dealership, for me, is like having to go to the dentist for surgery. Not any more. Thank you, Marc Rosebeck! Thank you, Tom Restino! I'm damn impressed!
