He went out of his way to help me select the right truck, showed me all of the features and benefits. He brought me on an extended test drive and gave me a tour of the facility. I would Recommend that anyone in the Market for a new or preowned Chevy to walk into DePaula Chevrolet and ask for Dennis Miller. He is a true class act!

I had a wonderful sale s person, Chris Terry, he let me look at the truck I did buy without making me feel rushed or like he was in a hurry to make a sale. He knew about the truck ans. my questions, if he did not know the ans. he got someone who did. This I like in a sales person. Both my son and grandson have bought trucks from DePaula now I have we have all walked out of there feeling good about the people and deals we got. I wish to thank my sales person again.

This is EXACTLY how you sell a car. I knew what I was looking for, no selling me things I didn't need. Rebecca with the online sales team was great, Randy was responsive and Younas was great to work with. On top of that, the car was almost 7k cheaper than other listings I could find.

I worked with Mike Z at the Used car lot and it was a great experience that I never recieved at any other dealer. He was walked me around and introduced me to all his co-workers in every department and showed me around the whole dealership. Nick was great with the finacing and a man of his word. Nick was straight forward and made sure there was no hide cost and explained everything out for each way we could have done things. Both Mike and Nick worked hard to give me the best offer for my trade and provide me with a quality vehicle in a very fast time. Best car buying experience I ever had. Excellemt serive, they didn't try to sell me things I do't need. The courtesy shuttle was a bit of an adventure, they only have flip phones and apparently don't know how to use GPS or Onstar, he called me 3 times askig for directions.

Never buy a car here. I ve had to bring my car in here twice for the same recall issue within 6 months. The second time they tried to tell me it was my fault and charge me $1000. It wasn t until I asked them for the information in writing that they told me all the cost was covered. Then they had my car for ONE AND AND HALF MONTHS. I finally get my car back and my windshield wipers weren t working. They tell me again this is my fault and won t let me do the New York State inspection without paying them to fix my windshield wipers that were working fine when I left my car here. A bunch of lying schemers who take advantage of people (especially woman who they think don t know anything about cars). Go somewhere else.

I brought my traverse in for a problem that was hard to explain. So the technician, Mark and I went for a test ride. Although the issue was not a constant one with the vehicle, it did occur very slightly during our ride. He noticed it immediately. He did some research after I left it there for him to look at and found that there was a bulletin about the very issue I was having. It involved changing out the transmission fluid and some resets. He called me as soon as it was done. I picked it up and to date have not had another issue with it. Thank you Mark.

Where to start? My boyfriend bought a car through the dealership and 2 months later the windshield wipers died. He got the warranty along with his monthly car payments and the auto mechanics claimed it's not covered and he would have to pay 130 for diagnostics and additional 150 for a replacement. Beyond me! It is a mechanical malfunction if a car leaves the dealer lot and fails within the first 6 months. NOT only that, my boyfriend was laughed at by the cashier and mis-gendered at check out. Poor customer service and this dealership should be ashamed. Never again dealing with this business or their poor excuse of "hard working customer service". Remind you, my boyfriend worked as a mechanic for several years and called them out for their scam. You bet they 'magically' found out everything was covered under warranty and that he only had to pay $60.00. This place scams you. Watch out.

Everytime I come up from Florida, I bring in my parents vehicles for service (Camaro & Trax, plus the last few cars they've bought here) Without fail Mark In service is the man, he always handles our concerns and takes care of them in a timely manner... Customer service is a top priority in this store, I work for Chevrolet in Florida and always look at the service I receive when utilizing other facilities. I'd say the experience here has always been top notch, from the amenities in the customer lounge (Starbucks, pastries, fruits, sweets, wifi, tablets, charging stations & TV's) to the general appearance and atmosphere of the dealership its self, I'm beyond impressed!! Let's not forget Anthony Armeo in sales.. he's assisted my parents in the last 5 vehicles they've purchased, to have a guy that takes care of a customer so well and makes sure they are always happy is another top priority for me!! Can't thank him enough for always getting everything handled when it comes time for them to switch rides... That's awesome!! Not to mention handling my dads NY upfront demands is not easy lol but he loves Anthony... So that's says something on its own!! highly recommend this team at DePaula Chevy... Only the best!

I made an appointment in response to a recall notice. After a 4 hour wait, was told that they did not have the part for which the recall was issued. I have to wait for a call when they get the part. Disappointing.

I like the truck I bought .The service dept and financing were very disappointing .Service dept is WAY to expensive and finance dept almost made me pay sales tax in the wrong county.Right truck WRONG dealer.Any response?Pretty funny said their too busy and they'll call me .Any response?The only thing they'll help with is a factory warranty because it doesn't cost them anything.Be very Carefull looking at anything their .If its used your on your own.They just have enough traffic .They'll never run out of people to to rob.service is a joke .funny. I just got an email about a recall .Called them and they said it was taken care of lol

I was in Depaula on Saturday 10/21/17 looking to purchase a car. As I am walking into the showroom I happened to walk upon what appeared to be a "higher up " screaming and pointing in the face of a Salesman right on the sales floor. I thought to myself this is very unprofessional to knowing customers are standing around. I felt so embarrassed for this Salesman just standing there taking being screamed at and someone pointing in his face. I give the Salesman credit because I wouldn t have taken that from anyone. So now this caught my attention, so I continued to watch as this "higher up" yells at the Salesman to go home, I was in shock how do you first of all scream at the someone, embarrass him in front of people, then send him home, like it wasn t enough to embarrass him in front of EVERYONE. Just say I left after that because If Depaula treats their own people like that , in what horrible way are they going to treat me. Hopefully no one else gets treated that way and no one else has to watch and listen to what I did. What a Waste of time on a Saturday.

Was not happy. They rush you through the deal to get more suckers through the door. Alex Doin forgot a critical form for the DMV delaying the registration, installed the wrong side steps so we had to return to the dealer to "make it right". Then the finance manager pulls the hard sell to get you to buy insurance on the truck. Will never go there or recommend them to anyone.

DePaula was great!!! I recently bought a brand new chevy cruze and my salesman, George DeJesus was great. George was very helpful in finding the exact car I wanted, as well as answering all of my questions. When I was ready to buy, they got me a great price and everything was done in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the service at DePaula and would recommend them to anyone!

My visit last Monday, June 6, 2016, was for a planned trip on Wednesday, June 8, 2016 to Pennsylvania. I told my serviceman that I wanted my car SAFE for the 5 to 6 hour drive. I had an oil change, my fluids were filled and my tires were rotated. I asked my serviceman if my tires were good. He replied, 'Yes'. I then asked him after my car was done to show me my oil, which he did outside. When I was driving to PA, I noticed my steering wheel was vibrating a lot. I was concerned it was my tires.
I brought my car to a tire store where they lifted my car and showed me my back passenger tire. MY TIRE WAS DOWN TO THE CORDS! My other 2 tires were in rough shape as well. I bought 4 new tires and they aligned my new tires.
What on earth did I spend my money on???
I feel you should refund me or credit me for future service.

Potential buyer beware! I spoke with a woman named Amy on the phone at DePaula Chevrolet. I was inquiring about a Ford Flex that they had on the lot. On Monday she practically insinuated the car would be sold if I hadn't come to see it. She told me that do to covid-19 and the lack of new vehicles, older vehicles were selling at a quicker rate. the morning of the interview I received a text message confirming my appointment, at 3 I received a phone call from Amy to ensure me that the vehicle was still there nobody had bought it and that it would be ready at 5:15 for a test drive. Tuesday after an hour and 10 minutes of driving through rush hour after I got done with an 8 hour shift, I was told when I entered that the car was being wholesaled...? (I said)I was told on the phone that three people had already seen it and that one of them was potentially going to buy it. I was also told that I can leave a deposit over the phone to ensure that it was here when I came to see it. but now they're telling me that nobody has seen it because it's in terrible condition. which would have been fine if somebody had contacted me after I set up the appointment for Tuesday at 5:15 p.m. instead they offered to show me every other vehicle on the lot.... it more or less seems like a classic bait-and-switch to me. I would give the place one star the woman I spoke with on the phone Amy was pleasant and very helpful even if the information she gave me was 100% false.

Lowest prices, great service. Anthony and Dominic were my salseman/manager team and deivered big time. They were willing to negotiate and were transperent on their pricing, with no added pressure.

I would come back again and recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

I wish I could say I had a completely positive exp...

I wish I could say I had a completely positive experience, but I can't.
I purchased a 2014 Kia Soul in cash for $5500 from DePaula on Thursday 3/5/20, within one day of purchasing I noticed an odd sound/feeling coming from the front end tires. Almost like a rubbing, fluttering sensation which is most notable around 25mph but still lingers at higher speed, just not as prominent. I don't know if its just the tires or something more serious.

I contacted my dealer about the issue promptly who said "Bring it into our Maserati site and we'll take care of you." Great. My first day of availability to bring the Kia Soul in was on Thursday, 3/12/20. In order for them to even check out the issue it was going to be $134, however, I was told that if a problem was found and it was covered under Lemon Law they would cover all costs. If not, I would have to pay the $134 and other costs if they found and fixed the issue. So, after giving them $5500 in cash the week before they're now making me gamble with another $134 just to even check out and diagnose an issue that I had since one day after purchasing the vehicle. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me.

I went home and immediately contacted them through email about my experience with the Maserati site that morning. I didn't hear back from them until this Tuesday, 3/17/20, to which I got an email and phone call. I wasn't able to respond immediately due to a busy work day. The manager, Joe, who called me told me I could contact him on his personal number. I called the number provided on Wednesday, 3/18/20, the first call rang until went to voicemail, which was full. The second call went immediately to voicemail, again, which was full. So, I called DePaula directly, the customer service representative told me Joe was off today and directed me to his voicemail within DePaula to leave a voicemail to which I left a voicemail responding with who I was, my car, and my callback number.

Now here we are, Saturday, 3/21/20, with no returned phone call addressing the situation and an imminent shutdown of non-essential businesses on Sunday, 3/22/20, due to the current world health crisis. I can honestly say I will not be doing business with DePaula in the future or recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. They called me back swiftly within 15 minutes when I was looking to test drive the Kia Soul and as soon as they got my money I can't help but feel like I'm just thrown to the side now. Definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. I didn't want to write a negative review because the experience with my dealer, Jayvon, and the actual purchasing of the vehicle was fantastic, hence the one star. I was even able to take the car home the same day I purchased it which was great, but, my after purchase care and contact has been absolutely dismal. So, unfortunately at this point I have no other choice but to leave this review.
