We just had the best car buying experience with Jackie Donlon! She was super knowledgeable about the 2017 Silverado that we purchased and made the financing painless. The delivery of the car went seamlessly as well. Jackie was friendly, accommodating, and funny. She put us immediately at ease and we recommend her highly. Go see Jackie. You won't be sorry. She's genuinely one of the good ones.

I went to DePaula Chevrolet service center to get Nitrogen air top-off in my Chevrolet car tires. I got very rude welcome by the service team and charged $54 dollars for topping off only Nitrogen in tires.

If they are charging this much just for air, I can figure out how expensive they could be for any other services. Not a recommended service center at all

After several bad experiences with other dealerships in the Capital Region, I was dreading the car buying experience. I saw that DePaula Chevrolet, opened a new store, Maserati of Albany and also featured a large selection of used vehicles. After finding a few vehicles within my price range online ,(not a Maserati) I decided to give DePaula a shot. I expected the same old story when I pulled into their lot; some sleazy salesperson promising me the world only to forget about me once the purchase was made. However, DePaula Chevrolet completely changed my preconceived notions of the car buying experience.

When I arrived to the store I was greeted (not attacked) by a saleswoman named Rachael Mayer. I could tell this would be a different experience because of how personable and genuine Rachael seemed. After getting to know me and learning about the cars I was interested in, Rachael took me on a couple test drives, taking time to point out the features of each vehicle. Rachael never once made me feel pressured or rushed and it was very clear to me that her main goal was to make sure we found a car that I would love. I ended up getting a great deal on a Jeep and driving it home that day. Rachael followed up with me to make sure everything was okay with the car which I appreciated. She even answered some questions for me in regards to leasing options at their other store for my Mother. My Mother ended up leasing a new vehicle from Rachael and had nothing but great things to say about her and the staff at the other location. If you want to have a great car buying experience, go to DePaula and ask for Rachael!

Curt Rowell was great to work with! He was able to find me a car with extra 2015 rebates and help me out of my upside-down loan. I will definitely go back to see Curt and send all friends and family who are in the market for a new car. I've also been in for my first service and had a great experience with Dave & Ken. They made things very easy. Two thumbs up!!

The sales staff was very professional and made buying my vehicle easy however I ended up having a problem. The general sales manager emailed me to write a review and to contact him if there was anything wrong. I contacted him via phone and email and never got a reply back. I waited 3 days for a reply to be fair. I was assured my certified pre owned vehicle went through a rigorous inspection before sale. It's about a week and a half since I've bought my car and the side of one of my tires has gouges in it and has gone flat twice. I know I didn't hit anything and I don't park on the street. It's very disappointing to buy a "certified" vehicle and have to fix it already. I assumed my one month warranty would cover it, buf I guess I was wrong. Inspect every detail before you consider buying here.

Went into check out a truck last week, after being their for a couple hours i informed the sales person i needed the weekend to think it over. Monday i tired to get ahold of the sales person with no response back. Tuesday i get an email from the gentleman, send him one right back and then no follow up email from him. Later Tuesday the customer care team calls me to see how things are going. Told them what was going on and said they would have a manager get in contact with me to work things out( as i was still in the market for a truck). Now a day later still no contact from anyone at the dealership, including the manger. Poor customer service.

He was attentive and listen to my wants and needs with a kid and 2 dogs u need space. He was so nice and friendly making my son JB feel included. We will be recommending him to everyone we know.

I had an oil change and tire rotation, the passenger side front tire has been low on air, when I recieved my car back "after the rotation" the passenger side front tire is still low. They never rotated my tires. I called and they said to bring it back in.

Brought my vehicle in for service due to some concerns I was having. Drove the 90 miles for the visit (bought my vehicle here, outstanding sales from Jose).
They were very attentive to what I was saying as a description of what was going on. They confirmed the issues and we have a game plan for getting some additional maintenance done that I wasn't aware of that needed to be done (carbon removal since engine is a G.D.I).
Also... outstanding that I get a text/video update to what is going on with my vehicle.
There are plenty of service options in between where I live and Depaula... but for major services you have now earned my trust and business.

First of all, we are IN LOVE with our new GMC Sierra and it wouldn t have been possible without Damien s help. He was a great salesman from start to finish and made sure we were well taken care of. Extremely friendly and even kept us up to date in the day leading up to pick up with flashy pictures and videos of our new purchase. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle!!

DePaula is an amazing place to go for service. It is the only dealership in the area that I will bring my car. There staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. They will get you in and out as fast as possible with quality work done but, if they need your car longer they have a shuttle to bring you were you need to go or rental cars right there if it's going to be a couple days! I send everyone I know to get there cars serviced at DePaula!

It has been over 10 years since I've owned a Chevy Camaro SS (although I've upgraded to a newer one due to her getting tired...lol). I can say that one thing I respect about this service team is their honesty and sincerity! As usual, I've had NO PROBLEMS when getting my car serviced at DePaula Chevy! Digging the inspection videos!

Our salesman (Dario) was very outgoing, friendly and honest. All of the other staff there also helped in making our buying experience the best one yet! I highly recommend DePaula Chevrolet for your new car buying experience.

Buying a car here is not the problem. The service is horrible and will cause me to never buy from them again.
Exceptionally disappointed in DePaula service for at least the 3rd time.
1. After bringing my car in for routine new car service, it came back unwashed, a porley done brake job and the fender popped out of place.
2. Today I was driving down the highway and multiple warning lights and messages sounded. One of these was brakes. I was nearby and came in with my 2 small children. I waited over 20 minutes to speak with a service rep all while the manager sat in his office. Upon finally telling the service rep what was happening.... that it just came on.... he asked if I had an appointment. When I informed him (again) that I did not have an appointment as many lights just came on as I was driving he told me I could drop it off and leave it for a few days because on a Saturday (the busiest day of the week as I was informed of when I called while driving in) they only had 1 technician (there were at least 5 that I could see from where I was standing) and he had no clue when he could get to it.
This employee was not even able to tell me if the warnings were routine and ok to drive to a different shop. He stated there were no curtosey vehicles while there were multiple sitting out front.

I have no clue why we bought from this dealer in the first place. Every time I have come there has been no hint of service commitment or responsibility for the vehicle they sold despite multiple occasions of malfunctions rendering the vehicle incapable of driving in it's short 2 years since buying it brand new.

Please find elsewhere to purchase your new vehicle from as the follow up service and care for their customers is nearly non existent.

My experience with Alex when buying my car was very good. He tried his best to get us a good deal. When I had questions about my car I could call him anytime and did do that.The tech guy (forgot his name sorry) was awesome. He showed me how to use my car electronics and all of the features that came with it. I appreciate everything that both guys did for me.

We scheduled a test drive for a car 2 days ago and then called twice on the day of the drive to assure the car was still at the store. But after we drove 2.5 hours from Fairfield, CT to Albany, NY we were told that the car was sold. It was a waste of time, energy, and money.
Very bad customer service, would not recommend at all!

Their "customer service" may be fine, but their service is horrible. $50 for a $16 glow plug plus 350 dollar labor when it literally takes 30 minutes to complete yourself? Also $1600 for 6 tires when the most it can cost is $650 with installation? Do yourself a favor and take you business elsewhere. They take advantage of people with little knowledge of cars claiming your vehicle is a "heavy duty" service vehicle.
Additionally, I find it funny how all the five star reviews are so perfect with the perfect names and pictures.

My husband and I decided to go to DePaula to look at the Equinox. My husband thought he would do a little information gathering, so on the way home from work one night, slightly after 8PM he stopped in. He wasn't aware the dealership closes at 8PM. Dominic welcomed him in and gave him some information. Because Dominic did not simply say to him we are closing at this time, but instead offered some information, we decided to definitely return the next day and purchase a vehicle. On Thursday afternoon, my husband was not able to accompany me to DePaula, so I went myself. Dominic introduced me to Alvin Porter, who turned out to be a fantastic sales representative. He thoroughly explained the features of the vehicle and allowed me to test drive 2 Equinoxes 1 was a 4 cylinder add the other a 6. He was very knowledgeable and I felt at ease with making my decision even in the absence of my husband. From start to finish he was professional and very knowledgeable. I feel lucky to have dealt with a representative like Alvin. When we went in the next morning to pick up our Equinox, Kyle was there to go over all the ins and outs of the technology end of all the great features the vehicle has. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable and did not rush through it. There is a lot to learn about our Equinox, and Kyle gave us a good start. All I can say about our experience with DePaula, is that from start to finIsh, the staff, Dominic, Alvin and Kyle in particular made the experience an excellent one. A BIG THANKYOU!

I would personally like to thank the hard-working and honest staff at Depaula Chevy for addressing a concern that I had with a vehicle that I had recently purchased. I brought the concern to the staff at Depaula. I was helped from the second I entered the parking lot by salesman John Okyem who instantly recognized me from my recent purchase at the dealership. John and Sales Manager Gary Grimley assisted me with my vehicle issues and brought it to the attention of administration within the dealership. VP's Tom Restino and Paul Lynch made sure that the matter was addressed immediately to my satisfaction. These individuals were able to handle a situation extremely professionally with the customer always in mind. Mark Vandenburgh the service manager and Jeff Winnie the body shop manager were also very helpful and plesent to work with in the process. The men and women at Depaula Chevy truly go above and beyond with customer satisfaction as their number 1 priority.

I would highly recommend Depaula. I had visited them 2 times before looking for something affordable. At the time, I thought I got a better deal somewhere else and didn't go forward with the cars. 6 months later, I came back. I was welcomed with open arms and shown cars in my price range. I didn't feel pressured at all to make a purchase and my salesperson- Mike took his time explaining everything in details. I ended up spending less than I had expected and I was very happy. I walked into DePaula not knowing what to expect...I was seeking a full size pick up truck and figured it was going to be difficult as I had specific wants and needs...I was introduced to Ryan farnan and it went smoothly..they honored every request I had and made the process so easy! although I have a Buick Lacrosse, I always take my car for service to DePaul's. First of all my service advisor, Mark Rosebeck, is outstanding in everyway. He has taken care of me for years and is the primary reason I return time and time again to DePaula's . His advice has been dependable and invaluable. He tells me what I need and even more important, what I don't need at that time. Consequently, I have been a loyal customer and have recommended service at DePaul's to my friends and co-workers regardless of the make of car.
I can always depend on getting a ride to and from work, mostly from Erin whose friendly disposition brightens up the beginning and ending of my workday.

The body shop did an excellent job repairing the dent in the fender of my truck. You would never know it was anything but an original factory paint job. And it was completed in the time they had promised.
