Very disappointed in overall service. Left sitting...

Very disappointed in overall service. Left sitting for two and a half hours for an oil change when I had made an appointment. Treated by staff like I done something wrong. 10 year customer of Depaula and first bad experience even after long wait work still not completed properly.
