NEVER AGAIN AFTER TODAY! The only one who had consideration for me as a customer was the Vice President who was there today. I wish I could of asked for his name but he was great. The service team there are terrible. Every time I bring my car there to have something done, there's always an issue. I've bought my first car from DePaula back in 2013 and recently traded that in a few months back for another. I will never consider getting my 3rd car there. The service team treats me with NO RESPECT as if I'm Nobody. I'm fed up and disgusted over all. Last week, I made an appointment for today. I come today to have one of the guys on the service team say "You're not even in the system, you don't have an appointment today but the guy behind you does." Completely rude with no customer service skills what so ever. This is the treatment I always get from DePaula Chevrolet. I can go on and on about my prior experiences.
