I get frequent correspondence from the dealership on the maintenance on my vehicle, and while I luckily haven't needed it yet, they have made themselves and their services very available should anything happen to my car. Went in for a price quote on a repair to damage to the side window of my vehicle. Large, ample parking at private lot. Friendly and quick staff. There's an area for you to work on your laptop as you wait for your vehicle.

#1 I have been to the Dealership 2 times to take advantage of the free car wash both times I was told to "hang out right there" somebody will be with your shortly, both times i watched cars and trucks enter and leave the garage, while new people would drive in ahead of me to get service after about 20 minutes of waiting (standing outside) i got in and left. #2 I was told the truck had a complete service when i picked it up a month ago that "we went thru the whole truck your gonna be all set" Just happened to pop the hood to check the fluids and air filter and this is what i found...air filter was toast..I wonder what else I should check Differentials? Transfer case? Radiator? Oil looks good. Emailed you twice still haven't heard back.????????
I had an amazing experience at Depaula! My husband and I walked in at 7pm on a Tuesday night, looking for a truck for him, ended up finding a pre-owned car for me and a new truck for him! Not happy at all with how I was treated by DePaula. The service on my vehicle was accomplished so I am satisfied there but as a customer and how I was treated was very disappointing. I felt like DePaula had the sale from me back on April 1st when they sold me the car but after that any and all other promises are now in the past. I called to have my vehicle checked for what I felt was something out of the ordinary for a newer vehicle. When I made the appointment I made it very clear I needed a loner. I was told to just talk with an adviser and he would take care of it. When I dropped the car off the adviser indicated he could not find the gentleman in charge and he was not answering his phone so I probably couldn't have one as this was a sign he had none left. Which is funny because when I went in the waiting area I found him waiting on other customers and signing out loners. I guess I didn't count. The driver who did drop-offs for DePaula had left already. So...I had to call a friend for a ride. I ended up being very late for a business meeting I could not miss. Nobody at DePaula seemed too concerned. As I said....they had my business at that point so they do not make any effort to go out of their way to assist me. I will not return to DePaula any longer. They have now lost my business.
Very professional dealership, very competitive pricing as well. I have gotten two silverados from them with absolutely no issues. Anthony Gallo has been a stand up guy and very straight toward with you and doesn't give you the run around. He is by far the best car salesman I have dealt with.

Long story short. Went there on a Saturday and they were really busy and I got a price and it wasn t near what I was looking for, so I said thank you and left. Got a phone call 2 days later to come back and they would re-run the numbers so I said sure. After thinking about it called to cancel and they said you should really come down it s end of month and our finance guy Randy has the last say on price, so I kept my appointment. Get down there meet with sales guy who I had Saturday and he don t know what s going on so I told him he goes through the whole thing I try out the vehicle I was looking at and liked it went back in and the finance guy comes over and guess what the payment was $68.. more than before. After an hour drive down not a happier camper. So if you get a call to come back in so they can rerun the numbers Don t waste your time.
John Clay and everyone that worked with me there did an awesome job. They went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted at the price I felt comfy with. John fought for me to get me the best deal. The knowledge and professionalism I experienced at DePaula is unlike anything I've ever seen before at a car dealership. I had an 11:45am appointment today for an oil change, tire rotation, fluid top off and wash. Don McLennan met me at my door when I drove in. He assisted me with gathering my things as I carried my 3 year old inside. Don asked me if I had an appointment and what I needed, he helped me get settled and went right to work on getting my vehicle the service it needed in a timely manner. Don McLennan is a very good customer service associate. He genuinely cared about my situation and made that very clear in his "Down to Earth" tone and understanding. Don kept me updated on the progress of my service and at completion walked me through check out all the way back to the door of my vehicle. Found the sales department helpful from my salesmen Dimitri to the young lady who greets people as they come in, to the young kid who helped set up my onstar. I can only speak from a sales point as I have not dealt with their service department but one time. The associate was courteous, advised me of what will be done. Also, the wait time was very short. I was in for a oil change. In addition, I have a hood protector which a pin holding it in place had broken off. The technician replaced it. I did not ask for this to be done. Thank you for going the extra step.

The sale of our vehicle went mostly smooth. However the service department is seriously lacking. They must overbook appointments because I wait 2 1/2 hours for service nearly every time even though When booking they say approximately an hour for service. I m furious. I don t live in the area so I travel to keep up with the service and warranties but at this point it s not worth it, especially since I have to bring my children with me. I wouldn t recommend service here if you value your time at all.
I went in to DePaula solely to test drive a 2013 Ford Fusion. By the end of that drive, I was signing paperwork to purchase. Mike Z and Nick were the reason I bought so quickly. Mike Z was simply amazing...kind, easy going, not pushy whatsoever, and very informative. Nick completed my paperwork as promised, even with a hiccup of having another employee out with an emergency. The car was in for a routine service which went fine. I asked for a tire to be checked that has been losing air . I was told there was nothing wrong with the tire. For the next several days I had to continually put air in the tire. Took the car to Mavis where they found a nail in the tire and they plugged the tire. Apparently no one looked at the tire at DePaula otherwise they would have seen the nail. Very disappointed in the service.
Jake in Service department was awesome. And the virtual service review process is top notch! They walk you through any issues that they have found remotely and you are able to view from your phone. I believe its much more detailed info then you would have seen pre-covid due to liability keeping the customer out of service area. Jake was very helpful, provided all necessary info, called back when he said that he would and kept me posted as the service progresses. He made the entire process hassle free.

When I got there they had no record of any appointment but we're able to work me into their schedule and take care of it everything. The shuttle service was quick and everything was handled smoothly. One of the worst car dealership experiences I have ever dealt with. They treated customers like they were just a dollar sign. I am young and have purchased a car before but they were trying to take advantage of my me. They tacked on every fee they could. I told them I didn't want the warranty and they tried arguing with me about the facts of it and the "advantages" instead of just respecting the initial no. After signing the papers without all the extra accommodations that they were so forceful about they handed me back the papers and didn't say a word. They were disrespectful and I am taking my business elsewhere.
This was my 3rd time buying a new car from DePaul Chevrolet, all of my experiences have been good, however this time was particularly exceptional. Damien is a very good salesperson, did take us thru options based on what we wanted but just couldn't get it at the price we needed. We did get a truck that has almost everything I wanted. The kicker was the financing Joe got us, a much better rate than we thought we could get. And everyone there was very friendly. If we're still here when we need the next vehicle, we'll definitely start here.

They went above and beyond to help me get a beautiful 2012 Ford Focus. I had a very strict budget with which to work with. The car I had I still owed almost $4,000 on. They worked tirelessly to find a lender that would work with me. I have a husband who is disabled and makes very little and I don't make a lot of money. They got my old Mazda paid off, found a lender that worked within my price range, made arrangements for me to have free service for the next three years and for $13 extra made arrangements for me to have full coverage on the vehicle, even if the engine or transmission where to go. Not only that but the sales person, Eugene had the same car I did only in a different color. He had custom made floor mats and had his brand new never used mats at home. He gave them to me for free because my car that I purchased was missing them! I would highly recommend DePaula Chevrolet to anyone looking to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle. They are like family from the moment you walk through the door and they don't judge your past, they judge what they feel your future could be and they work after hours to make sure you get what you want and what you need. I can honestly say I will never purchase a car anywhere else! They also have a full service center to meet all your needs with top of the line mechanics. Had service done yesterday 10Aug18 because of the 2 free maintenance check ups with the purchase of any new truck/car. Mine is a 2018 Silverado 1500. Appointment was at 2 pm and I did not get my truck at till 4:40. Over 2 and half hours to change oil and rotate tires. I take meticulous care of my truck so I looked it over after they were finished and oil was left over the front grill and bow tie. Smudge marks left on front fenders, and oil was even on the front center console and drivers door. Will not be taking my truck back to get serviced by DePaula again.

I knew what car I wanted before I arrived and had a price in mind. After some excellent rebates and incentives I purchased a brand new camero and financed less than the actual worth of the vehicle! A small ding in one door was fixed OVERNIGHT and my car was ready the next morning for a long drive with the top down. Fred and Keith made the process simple and were able to find financing for me better than my own credit union. Simply a pleasure doing business and a nice atmosphere (good music too).
I brought my car in for what we thought would be a one day repair however, I was promptly notified by my service person, Billy, the replacement part is on back order for up to 10 days. He offered me a loaner to drive while part was on order.

Had to take back my vehicle 2xs because it was leaking oil and an engine was put in and they didnt bolt things back down and secure them like they were suppose to be.. Remind you i had to go back twice!!! They did a crappy job...
