I make a appointment on Friday for Monday 12 noon. This was good. The customer service. I text them 2 times asking how the diagnostic went never respond back by text later the customer service man come and tell me it is my sonoser. And I text because I never received a video like the customer service man told me . So when it was done . He say I show u the video there was none. Then I told him at customer service man that he did his part but I was not going to give a good rating because of no video and did not respond to my 2 text so then the customer service man says and show me and tells me if I don't give a good rating he gets 40dollars taken out of his pay check he told me this 2 times so then I wanted to speak to the man in charge of the service department and told him that the customer service man make me feel bad but he want me to lie about my service. This is not nice . It is not my fault he gets 40dollars taken out of his pay for something they say they do and didn't. And then trys to tell me it was because I ask if it could be done by 2 because at 230pm I had to be to work this should not be a excuse for no video or reply to the text. So I told him I was not going to give a good rating because how he make me feel about the 40 dollars and no video and no reply to the text messages. This happened on Monday june 24 from 12noon to 2pm .
For the second time Dennis miller has gone above and beyond to get me in...1. The car of my dreams. He was able to get me into my 2010 zr1. 2. I went back to him with my leased ram (first lease). He then did not push me for a sale. He advised me to wait a little longer and come see him closer to the end of my lease. I did and now drive a 2017 Silverado at the payment I wanted and was also able to drive it home within 4 hours of the agreement.

We left Denooyer with a quote on a new Traverse..decided to call Depaula for a second quote..I was told over the phone to come right down because they would "blow their deal out of the water!" I gave them the paperwork from Denooyer with all the "numbers" and monthly pymt options..after spending over an hour there, all they could do was match the deal!! The GM said, "Wow, they gave you a great deal that even we can't beat." THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR!!!! I was also told over the phone that the triple "000" down event included the Traverse, when in fact it didn't. Don't waste your time. Always get other quotes when making a huge purchase. We got lucky with Denooyer. They were very honest upfront.

I set up an appointment online to have a 150,000 mile service done for $167.99 as well as a 4 wheel alignment for another $70.00.... I received a confirmation call to confirm my appointment time and everything i wanted done. When i arrived the guy i spoke with had no clue why i was there so we had to ring it up and then told me that the alignment $80 and that it was only for the front wheels. I had to pull up the website on my phone to prove i wasn't lying. I got everything for the right price but then i get a phone call telling me the service tech cross threaded 2 of my wheel studs and that it would be an additional $110.00 to fix it. I asked why i had to pay to fix something they broke and i was told that the tech didn't do it because he was standing there when it happened so it must have been done by the previous person who worked on it. When i told him that i was the last on to take those wheels off and that i used a 4way tire iron he pretty much called me a liar, but not directly. I feel like they tried to take advantage of me. But needless to say i left with 2 wheels on my car missing a lugnut. Both the front and rear passenger side wheels are currently being held on by only 4 lugnuts instead of 5

I am very pleased with my experience buying a preowned vehicle from DePaula. I worked with Michael Medeiros and his manager Nick Dileva-Cordi to reach a reasonable deal for a price on a 2012 vehicle that included a trade in. Michael is a nice young man. Both were personable and professional, and I was treated as if I was buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. One more thing to point out: The vehicle was immaculate and looked brand new even though it had 40K miles. Check out DePaula before buying your next vehicle.
The salesman I worked with was great but it stopped there. They have a lot of customer service issues and are very rude when you are seeking help. I still have had no word on my vehicle registration and only receive grumpy people who apparently hate there job. I cannot recommend this dealership.

Put a $500 hold on car to purchase. The deal never went through. Countless calls and emails about my refund never going back on my card. Had to file a fraud case on my card cause it s been over 3 weeks with no refund. Pathetic that s how they do business.

I brought m wife's 2018 Chevy Equinox in for a service recall (bleed brake lines due to possible gas build-up). I was immediately directed into the Service Bay and, once inside, immediately met by someone else who took me to the Service Desk area. Once there, I was immediately greeted and, after inspecting the vehicle with me prior to service, the vehicle was taken in for the recall. I was advised it would take approx. 90 minutes to complete the service, but it only took approx. 60 minutes! Once completed, the service rep came to the waiting area, brought me to the vehicle, explained the service had been completed, and thanked me for using Depaula Chevy. Pleasant overall experience!!!

Today I bought a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox. This was my second vehicle with DePaula, my Previous car was a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu. My Sales Rep was Dennis Miller both times. He is a stand up guy and will do everything he can to ensure that you leave satisfied with your purchase or lease. I was involved in a head on collision back in March 2017 which totaled my Malibu. I explained the hardship I was going through since my accident and they really went to bat for me. I cannot thank Dennis, the Financial Officer and everyone at DePaula enough for making it such a great experience again and doing everything they could for me. I will definelty return and refer everyone I know.
Bought my 2020 Cheve Trax in May, notice a noise w air conditioning system, and vibration on hill, brought car in for service on Thursday morning met with Michael Hunter set up free Uber service to get home. Mike called me by end of day to say they were working on it. I explained to him I need to run errands so they gave me a loaner. All and all I had the 2020 Chevy Blazer all weekend. My husband and I visited Depaula Chevrolet as a last stop in our search for a vehicle with AWD. I was somewhat discouraged and didn't think they would be able to do much since I had visited some other places and did not achieve my desired outcome.
My goal was to trade in my current car, a Nissan Sentra, which had about $6,000 of negative equity and get a used car with 3rd row seating to accommodate our family of 7. My credit needs some improvement and I didn't have much money to put down. We worked with Jay, who was extremely patient, optimistic and polite. He made us feel like our business was not just commission for him, but that our needs were a priority.
Jay worked really hard to get us approved and then introduced us to a wonderful man named Alvin. Alvin is the finance guy there and he was also very kind and optimistic. He was very determined to help us leave with something we could afford. Because of Jay and Alvin, we were approved for a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox LS. Although, I didn't get a 3rd row, we left in a MUCH better situation than we even imagined. They gave me more for my trade in than expected, so that my payments would be less, we have a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty and free oil changes/car washes for the life of the loan (which is 6 years). And our monthly payment is the best part! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy, loan or lease a vehicle. Jay is the best sales rep there. Alvin is a magic worker.

I recently purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruz Hatchback Premier edition, and I couldn't be happier. Damien was my salesman and made my buying experience a delight. My wife had purchased a Cruz previously and we were so impressed with Damien's customer service that I couldn't wait to speak with him. He goes above and beyond for his customers, making you feel very important. Damien works hard and it shows. He is knowledgeable, honest, and works hard to meet your goals. The two times that we have dealt with him were my pleasure. I am happy to say that he is our car dealer, and also a friend. My wife and I will continue to do business with Damien. He also makes a mean loaf of bread.
The 5000 mile service was complete and very comprehensive. I was disappointed with the 18 Karat detail service. I picked my truck up and looked st the rims and there was still brake dust build up and the windows were streaked. Interior looked pretty good I'm just not convinced that is was worth the $200 price tag.
Very slick service staff but not effective. Treated me very well when I brought my Corvette in for service but did not look into my radio problem.
They said to bring it back another time. Its a 1 hour drive for me to get there, so to drop off my car for service its 4 hours of driving. So I called and left messages 5 times to make sure they were prepared, but never received a return call.
Also, both times I took it there I made an appointment for early morning so I could pick up the car at the end of day, but both times they didn't look at it until the end of day so it was too late to order parts for the next day delivery.

I was not expecting to buy a Toyota Camry from DePaula, I did not realize how extensive their pre-owned vehicle business is. I came there because I searched extensively (mostly online) and they had the best Camry at the best price. I went there, looked at the car, and bought it at the advertised price. They did the financing at a lower rate than anything I could find. I highly recommend checking out this dealership if you are in the market for a new or used car.
awful customer service, I was charged an 85 dollar towing fee when I was not the one who called the towing company the colonie PD was because my car was in the middle of traffic with a dead battery and they could not wait for my insurance company to get a tow truck . I was told by TWO people I would not be charged the towing fee and still was charged $85. I called the service department multiple times asking to speak to a service manager and am being told there s nobody available and i ll get a call back, not one person has contacted me still. Definitely will never be doing business here again.

Went to DePaula dropped a $700 down payment, picked up my new car the next day. Mike Medeiros was my point of contact, great guy that doesn't spoon feed you crap. Straight up honest and helpful! Our experience was excellent. Verrol Jackson was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. No bs answers if he wasnt sure! We went in with our 2yr old and an approved loan. They were very accommodating to my daughter( even put on her fav movie) and managed to get me a loan with a better APR. I would def do business with Depaula again, specifically Verrol will be my new go to when purchasing future vehicles.

1st oil change, tire rotation, and check up..took a little longer than I expected, almost two hours, but it was free!
This visit was to correct an error made by Depaula service on a previous visit. A very simple error of replacing the wrong wheel. This visit was to change that wheel with a corresponding swapping of that tire to the new wheel. I waited 3 hours. I informed the service writer that I would be waiting, I showed up 11 minutes before my scheduled appointment and it took many times longer than a local tire shop to do a simple change. Observed my vehicle being pulled onto the lift and having wheel removed 2 hours after I got there. Zero value of my time seems apparent by service department. This was a visit to fix their screw up and I informed of such. Other problem of loose exterior trim couldn't be fixed due to parts having not been ordered. This problem was noted by service writer on my first visit and is going to cause me to return for service AGAIN! Ridiculous.
DePaula Chevy always seems to have the customer's concerns a priority over anything else. I don't believe I have ever experienced anything that I disliked. Dave P. Always treated me like I was a good friend of his, and I don't think he has ever steered me wrong.
