they buy vehicles off auctions, rig them up, bend parts back out to make it look like there was barely any damage. Stay clear!!

Hello everyone who is thinking of buying a vehicle at STS Automotive, although the service you have is lousy, I have bought many cars for them But I have realized that they are dishonest people on February 28th I left a deposit of $ 704.00 for a 2011 Subaru Impreza and for the circumstances of the covid-19 I was a little late in going to pick up the car on March 28th I spoke to see if I could go pick up the vehicle but to my surprise they told me that the vehicle had already been sold to someone else and that my deposit could not be returned!

Came to pick up a car for a friend! Very rude people, was ignored for a long time, bad customer service!!

CIADA should crack down on this guy's they have unlicensed sales people selling cars . Edgar and Carlos just pulled there name on the paper work.

Hard to find and shady feeling. Entered yard where cars are literally parked bumper to bumper and was unable to find the car I came to see and also couldn't find the office. No one approached me to see if I wanted to look at a car.

This place is a trap, i bought a car and the salesman cristian told me ot needs only door and hood and 1 airbag, when i got the car it needs more than $10000 4 airbags door and windshield and windows and frame damages and 3 radiators and headlight broken everything behind the pumper is messed up This place is horrible full with traps and liars please be careful buying a car from there you will regret this just how i did regret buying a car from here Shady place....

If you get a bad review, don't take it personally because everyone is entitled to their own opinion. But based on my experience a lady named Lesly was terrible. she has no manners ,no customer service. indeed,it is a great place to purchase vehicles the company should replace this employee.

Best dealership I've ever purchased from. I've purchased over 5 cars from there and I've never had a bad experience. The staff is extremely friendly and do not push you to purchase at all, they would rather see you in something your happy in rather than push a sale on to you. All the vehicles have minor damage and all are really good deals. 100% the best place to purchase a vehicle.

These guys were super helpful and polite. I got a 2006 Nissan there and these guys got me in and out real quick with a great car. I will 100% be buying my next car from them

This review first of all is based on a very honest experience. I bought 2 cars from here and they hide the real damage of the vehicles . The last one after I paid for, they told me they needed a part to move it and ship it . Thieves , they made me buy a 1000 dollar part and never replace it . Be careful . They sell part and cars so they will steal your money and experience .be smart and stay away from this guys in Miami . Santiago, the owner is a soft talking wolf . Be careful . Never again !!
