Update 11/25/19: I've had no qualms with the service center and have been faithfully taking my Honda's here for over two years. This past week, I had an awful experience where the service center advisor I was given replaced parts without confirmation with me and having nothing to do with the problem I communicated that I wanted fixed. I'm very disappointed by my most recent experience. I'll update again if things improve. (End of update) I test drove a car here prior to talking prices. The sales associate who took me test driving was professional and knowledgeable. She wasn't pushy and stayed real positive. I was disappointed that they weren't straight forward about their Costco Auto program prices-they're supposed to have a price sheet they show you but I wasn't ever given anything official to look at. They weren't able to beat other dealership prices either. Still, I wasn't completely turned off by my experience here, which is unusual with car dealerships.
