I went to test drive a new car and as the process ...

I went to test drive a new car and as the process went on it seemed apparent that I was going to be able to leave with the new car. I worked with Bob and enjoyed the process with him and then went into financing.
Everything went very smoothly, the only issue I had was after over four hours of paperwork they pushed buying Honda care which in hindsight I don t think I needed with a brand new car.
Overall I was very pleased with their service.
There are several stains on the passenger seat and the backseat which I told them had to be removed by detailing or I wasn t interested in the car since it s brand new. I am returning to get the windows tinted , get the stains removed from the seats and have resist all applied to the full interior to protect the seats which is part of Honda Care

They are amazing. It was the first time that I did not feel to be cheated. We got a new car and had a great experience there. Thank you Rogers for helping us. The prices over there is fair and they are the only real Honda dealer in Dallas. Even the adds on prices are half price of other Honda dealers in Dallas especially the Rusty Wallis that is one of the worst dealers in Dallas. The adds on fee was 5000$ there and here we ended up to 1600$ and better adds on and service.

If you get an email from them offering something and want to waste your time then go here...

I got an email from the GENERAL MANAGER saying they would like to purchase my car and I was going to get $1000 more than the appraisal value... and clearly stated even if I did not want to purchase a car the offer still applies...

I went and appraisal was $10,500 then I took the email out... and then the excuses started...

1. Sales person went to manager and they came back it was ONLY for trade in... so I told him the email clearly said it was not required to purchase so he went back to manager...

2. Now manager came back saying it was only december and I told them why the email did not specify it was that short period of time...

3. They said the $1000 was already included on the $10.500 of the initial appraisal... come on... I had 3 other appraisals for $11.000 on other places and that did not include the $1000 extra

I gave up... wasted my whole afternoon going there for nothing...

Even talking to the general manager did not help at all...

They need to stop promising things they will not be able to give...

The rep I spoke to (wont mention his name) said "we cant give it to you sir" he didnt say "we dont" , just "cant" which is total crap heres why...........

well I called another local honda dealer and they gave it to me OVER THE PHONE instead of inconveniencing me 30 minutes of driving + sitting there + a charge probably to get my radio working

Sam Saidian and Keith Burr were a delight to work with and took time to explain everything clearly and concisely. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Honda.

I have bought two used cars here and both times were fast and well priced. I checked KBB, CarGurus, Edmunds, CarFax, and any resource you can think of when buying a car. Mr. Chung from the used car department and Josh from the Sales/Finance department were very helpful.

Now one of the cars I got did have quite a bit of problems with it, but I bought the warranty and was sent to the service center to deal with all the problems. CJ was the man that helped me out and every time I've gone to the service center he made sure everything was perfect and made sure to update me on the way. All three of the people I mentioned are honest and hard working. I'm glad these are the types of people at Honda Frisco.

This dealership tried to sell me a "certified" preowned honda that first off all had tpms sensor light and door seal issues which would never have passed hondas certification. Car vin 2HGFC3B3XGH355842. It as well had been in an accident on the passenger front side of the vehicle that had horrible bodywork. I called honda north america and in fact the car WAS NOT preowned certified at all. Car salesmen here are crooks. But then again most texans are crooks so no surprise there. The ghetto "manager" got all bent out of shape when being called out then did his dramatic pace back and forth jive acting like he wanted a fight. Yeah not scared.

Worst possible service a dealer could give. First of all, no matter how minor the service is, they always will ask you for the most expensive one to avail. Try to keep all the previous receipts with you. Otherwise by going there they will ask you for the transmission oil change. At the very beginning I thought those services were required, later I found that they will take the advantage if you are not aware of what service you have done earlier. I took my car for servicing today at around 8:30 and I was told that it won't take more than 1 hour and 30 mins. I didn't get my car even in 11:30. I found day by day their waiting time is increasing.

About a month ago I took my car in for its major 190,000 miles service.
The other day I saw that my car was leaking oil so I called Scott to let him know. Scott asked me to bring the car in the next morning. I expected to sit there most of the day and as a small business owner that mean that I would have to take the day off. I cleared all my appointments the night before and with book in hand headed into the Honda dealership and asked for Scott. When I arrived Scott said right this way Mr. Lee, I have your loaner ready and waiting for you. You can imagine my surprise
and gratitude toward Scott and David McDavid Honda of Frisco. Because of the great customer service I was able to get my clients back for their appointments and go on with my day without a loss of income. Ladies and Gentleman, this is what over the top customer service looks like. Because of representatives like Scott I am willing to travel 25 miles one way to have David McDavid Honda of Frisco take care of my car. .

This is the 4th Honda CRV that I've bought from this Honda dealership in the past 10 years. I've been to others for service, but this one has the best feeling about it when I'm there. There are plenty of sales people to help and I rarely ever have to wait long when I'm having my car serviced. Edward Salazar was my salesman this time and he was very attentive to my requests. Went for oil change & was told wait would be a hour and half. Check in guy was very friendly, and informed us about tire rotation needed, but we were there for 2 1/2 hours. Only to find out after asking that our car was finished but paperwork was sitting on check in guys desk who went to lunch! We had to ask to be checked out. Also, when leaving we couldn't find our car, some kid just handed us keys, didn't make sure they were ours. When we checked in, we asked not to have car washed bc of car scratches last time and he said he would let them know. Welp, the car was washed. Never again, do better seriously!

This is a dishonest dealer! Don't ever buy from them, We bought a Dealer certified 2008 Honda Odyssey on 1/29/2011 from this dealer. We were told the car was accident free and that's why it was certified. But when we trade in this car last week for a new car, the new dealer showed us the car fax report which showed there were an accident a couple of month before the car was sold to us. We got a really low trade in value because of that. We called the dealer and left complaint on their web site and no one response. This was an intentional fraud.

We had an unpleasant experience the first time we went there, however, I called back and spoke to Adam, sales manager , and he was very apologetic and ensured us that our experience would be completely different should we decide to go in for a decond change. That's when he introduced is to Patrick. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind and helpful! Could not say enough good things about this guy. He made it possible that he met us right at the price we needed to stay in. Also, Sam one of the finance managers was another pleasure to deal with.
Now, the finance guy was a different story...just be aware of the additional manufacturing package he will try to sell you which would be about $60 additional to your monthly cost. Ps. This was a lease

Went to Honda today because it was making weird noises and while I was waiting the service rep, Dylan Flatt, was a phenomenal help. I was distressed about my car but he was able to calm me down and actually make me laugh. He kept me updated all day and went above and beyond, absolutely amazing! Dylan Flatt is more than committed to his job but also the people he s helping!

He has great energy and really listens to get a feel for the car that I'm looking for. We have worked with him to get the whole family on the road.

I have ALWAYS had great service from David McDavid Frisco & my service advisors Tyler Anderson & Dyland Hille who are my Service Advisors. They work as a team for me when Tyler is off Dyland is GREAT & SUPERIOR SERVICE FROM BOTH TYLER & Dyland! I ve come here for at least 18 years when Buddy was Service Manager. I've owned 3 Accords and at least 4 Odyssey Mini-Vans. Buddy and now Dyland & Tyler are E-Z to work with. They explain things well, helps me with discount coupons, knows I want the mechanics to look at my car with a fine toothed comb as I believe in preventive maintenance & keeping cars for a long time.(Had my first mini-van for at least 260,000+ miles and still running strong even though I bought a new one in 2012) I bought a Mini Van at this dealership and other dealerships as well, but I ALWAYS come back to Tyler & Dyland! THE BEST!!! They save me time & money & do the mechanics do excellent work. I d also like to thank Eric the van driver for dropping me off at the mall while my car was being worked on and picking me up promptly when it was finished.

I generally take my car to David McDavid for service, and they do a good job. I feel no differently about my last visit...they did a good job for what I came in for. They could have, however, provided better service. I made my appointment online and filled out the space where you indicate that you would like to be contacted. In my case, I wanted to be contacted before I went in if they were not going to be able to repair my cracked windshield. As it turns out, they were not able to do that, but they also never called me to tell me that (even though the request was actually printed on the documents I received when I checked out). Why ask for information if you aren't going to read it or use it? The associate who handled my service also never called me to tell me that my car was ready. I actually had to call him to check on the status of my vehicle. When he returned my call, he left me a message saying that they were unable to repair my windshield but that he would provide me the contact info for the company that would repair it. He indicated that the glass was being ordered and that the contact info would be provided when I picked up my car. When I did pick up my car, there was no contact info provided. Now I will have to follow up again with David McDavid to find out where I'm supposed to go to get my windshield repaired. Finally, David McDavid always washes your car when you take it in for service. It's a nice gesture in theory, but my car always ends up looking worse after they wash it. If you aren't going to do something well, then it might be best not to even provide a service like this. Also, they washed my car right before I picked it up, and it was soaking wet when I got it. I would have preferred to handle this myself. So overall, David McDavid does an ok job. The maintenance they did on my car was fine, and I have no problems with the mechanical part of the work they did. Their service, though, was average at best. I left feeling like they had earned a C+ or B-. Above passing, but nothing to brag about.

All good. 2 recommendations to ensure in place as you complete remodeling.

1) Replace doors to bathroom with normal, heavy doors vs cheap, hollow wimpy doors. They don't match the image for the rest of the operation.
2) Put in a normal, drive through car wash for customers to use vs going through the hassle of getting out, waiting, etc.. If not part of original plan, should be now. Safer for employees and customers.

Although I have purchased 2 oil change and a full car detail worth of $200 I never got the chance to use them since I have moved to different city. I Calle should guys but no one helped me.

I recently went in, mind you I didn't have much time at all due to being on my lunch break, I was interested in the 2018 Honda Accord but I didn't know anything about it at all. As I walked in there was a very nice lady who approached me, if I remember correctly her name was Tracy, she immediately greeted me with the biggest smile and asked if i had been there to meet with anyone in particular. Not wanting to waste her time I told her no, I was on my lunch break, didn't want to waste her time, just was interested in the accords but didn't have time to test drive sit and chat all of that. She answered a few questions about the Accord and even mentioned she has one. The one she has is the one I was obsessed with, had i not been tight on time, she would've got a sell from me! I was unable to give ya'll my business due to purchasing closer to home, but I will always recommend your dealership mainly because of Tracy, but also because it was clean and you can tell it was very well kept up with. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from McDavid Honda.

Very very disappointed. We helped our new son in law get a used car there because we thought this was a credible dealership. I understand that used is as is but we expected a reputable dealership to check the car before they put it on the lot. Before the 1st payment we had to help with $1400 of work on the car. Before the 2nd payment we had to sink another $2100 into car. Very very upsetting for a young man just starting married life to have to deal with this!!!!

From the time my husband and I drove up, in a rental car, we were impressed. Wayne, our salesman, was standing outside in the cold waiting to help us. We were driving around the parking lot looking at the different cars that we thought we could afford. When we finally parked and got out he was there introducing himself and asking how he could help. We told him that we were in a rental and needed something to drive. He took us inside and after talking with us and the finance people, we test drove the car that we eventually bought. Since the car had just arrived it needed cleaning so they friendly people at McDavid gave us a loaner car of the same type that we bought. We are very happy with our great experience here, there was no high pressure sales or long waits. It took 3 hours total for us to drive away in the loaner car. Waiting to pick up our car soon. We will go back to McDavid for our next vehicle also. Thanks Wayne and team McDavid!!!

This was the worst car buying experience I ever had in my life. The sales person had no knowledge about the car. when asked whats the difference between rav4 and honda crv , his response - " Honda has better quality leather". Even i had more knowledge about the vehicle than him. His manager was even worse. Made us feel like we were there to waste his time. Me and my husband walked in there ready to sign and drive since they had the color I wanted. But even before the sales rep told us abt the car he said "there is no discount".. I mean did we even ask for discount? when asked about the deal on their website, he said thats to pull in the customers and they arent supposed to write anything abt hidden cost. I have researched a lot and no other dealers website hides stuff like that. Because of this experience I decided to stick with toyota. Never honda again in my life.

I had an unexpected problem with my Honda when I brought it in for service. Yet I knew I could trust David McDavid Honda s diagnosis. I bring my car there because time has proven that if I am told anything needs repair, it does need it, and it will be done right the first time. My service technician, Kelvin, consistently provides outstanding service. They are a company of highest standards, and go above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. I just think they are the best!
