Had a great buying experience 3 years ago on August 31, 2017. I was talked into what seemed like a good deal at the time for a 4 year 48,000 mile service maintenance plan. However its less than 3 years and less than 48,000 miles my plan expired. Someone made a terrible mistake and put my plan in the system as a 3 year 36k maintenance plan instead of the 4 year 48k that was agreed upon. I even provided paperwork and nothing could be done the employee told me. My local dealership called McDavid frisco and they both could not help me. Buyers beware. I will never buy Honda ever again. Please do not buy Honda care. It is a waste of money and Honda does not live up to their end of the deal. $1200 for 4 oil changes and the plan has expired. Kei Olson was the employee who sold me the plans.
No one has yet to help me at all. Dont fall for the kindness of the employees. Its all in an attempt to work you over for your money.
Updated June 25, 2020: After calling the number below, all that happens is i get redirected multiple times by employees that claim they don t know anything and say that can t help me, and then end with a mailbox to James Brown.
Update: July 22, 2020
After speaking with Honda corporate last week I have still not heard back from david mcdavid. Corporate advised they would contact david mcdavid and tell them to contact me and they have not done so. Very poor customer service.
