I visited David McDavid Honda twice in the month of December both times i had service that was not to standard I'd expect from them. The communication with service representatives was lacking, the work was not done correctly and the time it took to do minor work was excessive when i left my vehicle. My second visit with similar result, made me reach out to both the service dept. mgr and the GM Sonia Heredia.

Sonia responded to me and had her service team go above and beyond to resolve my issues and get my vehicle back to me and on the road safely.

A week after my last Dec. visit I had to return after puncturing my tire. I reached out to AJ Rodrigues in service department as he was assigned as my advisor on the 2nd Dec .visit to pick up the slack when the ball was dropped by staffer who was out the day i had appointment. He had provided me with his contact info so when i had this emergency visit without an appointment on Saturday Jan. 7th he stepped up to the plate. He go me in and out and kept me informed continually of the status of my vehicle. He truly restored my faith in the service department and he will be my Go-To guy going forward.

I know we all get online and post complaints but very rarely do we post when things are resolved and made right so that is what i'm doing.
