We had a difficult time dealing with the airbag recall on my wife's car. First, I called the dealer who ordered the part. I didn't hear back from them, so I called after a couple of months. The part had been received, but we had not been notified. My wife took her car in and was planning on taking their shuttle home. She waited over one and a half hours without a shuttle. At this point, I had come home from work and came up there and got her.
I was kind of amazed how poor Honda's service was, especially given it was related to a safety recall. I have a Ford and get it service at the Ford dealer in Plano. The Ford dealer always washes my car for free before I get it back and runs a reliable shuttle. It is amazing how different the experience is.
