Very dissapointed in service which will have an effect on where I take my vehicle in the future. Service tech was not at his desk and had to wait. Why could not another tech check me out? After that had to wait over 10 minutes for vehicle to be brought to me. Poor experience

I can honestly say that I've never had a better experience buying a car. Marquis B was really the reason it worked out. I never met a salesman that has made the experience stress and pressure free. Fantastic experience.

We had the privilege of purchasing a van from these guys today. We had a couple of dealers we had intended to visit. These guys went the extra mile to provide the best price for a top notch vehicle. I don't know if I love the vehicle more or the ease of purchase provided by these guys.

Very positive experience. They had the car and color we wanted in stock so we drove further from home to see this dealership. The nearer dealership, from which we previously bought 2 cars, stated they could not dealer trade for the color we wanted. McDavid was patient with our test drive and evaluation of price to pay. Not aggressive at all. Once we decided on a fair price, the transaction was quick and pleasant. Would purchase from McDavid Honda of Frisco again.

Tony Rodriguez was our Service Advisor. We were in for fairly benign recall work, but he took the car in, set an expectation that it could be 3-4 hours, but was able to get it resolved inside of 2! My wife scheduled this on the website and found it to be pretty straightforward.

Saturday, August 29, 2020, I visited David McDavid Honda of Frisco. I received world-class customer service from Mike Myers. Mike was extremely attentive and he sent text messages with frequent updates regarding my vehicle. While it was a very long day, Mike arranged for a shuttle to take me to and from my home. He made the process as smooth as possible without having to wait at the dealership.
If you need a highly qualified, certified advisor, ask for Mike Myers! Mike represented Honda in EXCELLENCE!!!!!!

I bought a car from this dealership and I trade in...

I bought a car from this dealership and I trade in my last car with them and they told me the value of my last car and we finished the deal. I went there recently to check my interest rate on the deal that I got and they told me that your trade in doesn t even exist in our documentation. I don t understand why and how such a major issure could even occur. When I asked them why and how no one at that dealership would take responsibility over what happened! They all blame the salesman who left couple months ago... Also I set up an appointment with the general manager but he never showed up and I ve been told that he went to a vacation.it was my mistake that I decided to trust Honda dealership and noticed that their salesman stole my old car and pretended that the value of that car was applied to the new car. Horrible experience, save your time and money and don t go here, irresponsibility and carelessness is what you ll receieve for your money! The car that I bought from them has an electrical problem and I ve been to Honda several times and it hasn t got fixed yet! This is my worst experience.

I have been in David McDavid Honda of Frisco. Their customer support is exceptional and top rated sale folks in the dealership and everyone is so nice with customers. They are well trained and respecting customer is their #1 priority. I bought my car and referred my friends, 5 of my friends bought Honda Odyssey car from this location.

Service Center was awesome experience, the process they defined to take care of customers is priceless. They give you ETA of the service and they will always meet their ETA. It's my personal experience with this location.

Bottom line is David McDavid Honda of Frisco is #1 dealership in and around DFW area.

We always get fast courteous and excellent service every time we Bring our vehicles in to be serviced. We actually have a place right across the street from where we live that we could take it and get the same mechanical services done but they just aren't David McDavid.

Initially, this dealership seemed very professiona...

Initially, this dealership seemed very professional, The salesman did a good job. However, the follies soon began. The 1st Business guy I talked to, made a low-ball(scumbag) offer on my trade, and a Grand Slam price offer on the truck I was interested in. He looked me in the eye, and told me it was fair(liar). Though I have excellent credit, I only received a middling loan interest rate, and, the Business guy acted like he did me a favor, and, shamelessly asked for a great review(obviously knew he didn't deserve it). The payoff check(for my trade-in) sent to my bank, had an incorrect bank name on it(my bank called me to ask if this was a fly-by-night car dealer), and had to be re-issued. I called the dealership to see if my license plates were in, and was incorrectly told that they were not. They had arrived the day before(verified by the fact that a notification postcard was mailed by dealership, the day before. The $1700 in options(pinstripe, mud flaps, storage liner, locking lug-nuts, door edging, window tint), which were added at dealership, prior to making vehicle available for sale, are a HUGE PROFIT MACHINE, for dealership! These options are worth about $500(the pinstripe actually deducts from the value of vehicle), Mr. David McDavid, the fancy braggadocio sign in your showroom(that states how dedicated you are to the customer), should be removed, IMMEDIATELY, it's a lie!

This was a very frustrating experience. We test drove a vehicle on Saturday and wanted to give it a day or two to consider our options. On Monday, we decided we wanted to get the vehicle and reached out to the Sales guy. I corresponded with him throughout the day and we agreed on a price that was approved by his manager, so I drove an hour to the dealership to purchase the vehicle.

When we arrived, he said that he had been trying to call me and that no manager that was there would approve the deal that we agreed on and they increased the price on me and wouldn't go lower. I understand there's negotiations on buying a vehicle, but once we agreed and he had the managers approval, it is unethical to have us drive out there and change the price on us. I ended up buying the car anyway but it was a bad experience and headache. I need to buy another vehicle as well and am considering a Honda but WILL NOT consider this dealership.

Don't waste your time here.

I'm quite disappointed with the service. I have 2011 Honda Accord and the only thing I did in the service was the oil change. And the oil was always overfilled. Honda manual says clearly that oil level should be between two dots on the dip stick. Every single time I check the level (I did it early in the morning on the cold engine) the oil level was above the upper curve on the dip stick, i.e. almost one inch above the upper dot.
Yesterday, on Feb, 6th, I visited the service and showed them this problem on my Honda. Service managers were very polite and gave me excuses saying that they would fix it. Managers returned me the car and told me that they double checked that everything was done right. I checked the oil again today in the morning and it is filled right up to the upper curve on the dip stick, about a half of inch above the upper dot.
So, I assume that Honda owner's manual is not something I should trust in this case. Probably service guys know better how much oil should be in the Honda engine.

This is my second time coming here & it's been the same thing TWICE.. Upon arrival someone checks my car out... Leaves it RUNNING for 10+ minutes without even moving it. (I know this because my phone has Bluetooth & the seating is close enough for my car to connect & stay connected).. To add insult to injury the guy setting up the servicing said "oh I thought they took it back already"..BRUH not only was that 10 minutes ago.. It's right there in front of your desk in plain sight.. During this wait at least 2 cars had been taken back..so what was going to be a 1 hour job will take lord knows how long now!! All Honda dealerships are terrible honestly. Just bring my car here so if anything goes wrong it's all been done thru Honda at Certified Dealerships..

I have had a horrible experience with this Honda dealership! Since day one; my brand new car has had sooo many issues. This dealership has made little effort for fix these items converted under the bumper to bumper warranty. I have driven back and forth over a dozen times, to only get sent home with a fixed car. I just drove to the dealership to get more service done on my car to only find out they are closed. How does Matt (service manager) schedule me on a day you are closed?!

I bought a brand new 2019 Honda Odyssey from another dealership in the area (covered under warranty.) Within a couple weeks, the entertainment system stopped functioning. I have brought my
Vehicle into this dealership a total of three times over the course of four months and they haven t fixed the problem. I have left numerous phone calls and messaged and do not receive replies. I have even been up to the dealership to talk to someone in person and received empty promises. My BRAND NEW, COVERED UNDER WARRANTY Honda is STILL not fixed. I will never buy another Honda again.

We just bought a new Honda Odyssey at David McDavid Honda. We had a good experience. Jesse Thompson, our dealer, was very courteous and patient with us. He allowed us to test drive the cars for as long as we wanted and spent all morning and most of the afternoon on a Saturday trying to help us get a good deal. The entire dealership is very comfortable and personable - they really do make a point to provide excellent customer service.

I had a best experience of buying my Nissan Rogue at Mcdavid Honda Frisco, I had not financed the vehicle for long time and I had reservations about financing the Rogue I wanted to buy, but Mr. Haji my sales person, A.K Khan Sales manger and Shakeel Ahmad assured me we will get everything done, and they did it. I am thankfull to all these three gentlemen that they made buying car experince so easy and nice. I will highly recommend MCdavid Honda Frisco

Communication was great, and service was completed without incident. Very happy with Chris Kite the service consultant I dealt with.

I could have bought a Honda anywhere but Youness took the time to show me almost every feature the car had. I left the visit with 0 questions left. They really care at David McDavid!

I bought my Honda Accord 2015 from here, I have been to this dealership twice.

On Sept 7th,first time experience was not good. SAM SAIDIAN the sales guy was very pushy, wan't tell you the price of vehicle untill you commit to buy the vehicle on the same day. Then came the asst. sales manager CHRIS TORRES. also the same way, wanted to sale the car, not telling the price, wants you to buy the same day.Overall first experience was awful. Try to stay away from these guys if you cane.
Second time on Sept 26th, changed the sales guy to JORIZ G, excellent, very patient and cooperative, not pushy. Helped very well to make informed decision on buying the car. Over all 5 stars experience with him. POOYA T. asst. sales manager, excellent guy, very helpful.
JP the general sales manager he is a worst, needs some counselling, needs to go back to school to learn some people skills. Do not know how to talk to the customer, very arrogant and not at all listening. I hope management do something about him.
I will think twice before going to this dealership to shop the car in future, if he is the general sales manager.

They sent first check in correct address. 3/5/2019 they told me sending a new one now. This Honda 7min drive my home.
Still not received. Finally today they decide to send check by overnight.
Just think twice and do not trust them before sell your car them.
Almost 50 days....they are keep using money.
