I m actually responding not to my experience this weekend, but my last week experience with my daughter s car the previous weekend. We had a 10am appointment and dropped off on time, though it took 20-mins to check in with a dead battery issue. We were called at 345 saying the car was just now being worked. At 430, we were called saying or was done and she needed to pick it up by 5 or we would be without a vehicle. What?? A 10 am appointment ends in a you have 30 mins to get your car ?? Were we supposed to wait around all day waiting at the phone to have a 30 minute job completed? And then be told doors close at 5 regardless of what we have to drop to get there because you took 6 hours to complete a job we had an appointment for? Someone should have been available to help if we were 15-mins late! Remember customer service?? Honda of Mckinney was never this unconcerned with customer experience.
