Keegan came across caring and for me. I am not at all good at negotiating and he knew right away, I m sure. I did my research and knew the trade in value of my car and the price of the car. Long story short...I only got a low ball trade in value of my car. I had an email from them with a coupon for $5000 off the car I was buying...no deal. After 3 hours, I was numb. They take advantage of people who are not savvy in negotiating. Don t fall for Keegan s innocence. He is a salesman. Should have tried Honda of Denton.

Five Stars are for Ed Nogar my sales guy, he kept it real and to the point... Chatty sales people annoy me. I want to get straight to numbers but I understand everybody isn't like that and it's hard to find a sales guy who can pivot to my buying style but Ed did it flawlessly.

The extras this dealership adds on always sticks in my craw. They advertise a price but then add $1-2k in stuff no one asked for like pinstripes and tire splashes. They, not Ed - the people making the unofficial window stickers next to the factory window stickers, make you feel like you've twisted their arm just to get the price they have advertised online. But that's the game... Play along and you can still get one of the best deals in town and that's why this is my third Honda from McDavid... And honestly I'll keep going back because I kind of like the game.

I scheduled an appt for 4pm (dropped off at 3:38pm). It just had to clip/screw the water splash back in place. The car was only serviced around 7pm. I don't know how a 15 min service (like they said) would take 3+ hours. Why do we even need to make appointments then? Other than that, Eric was very friendly and courteous. He was absolutely amazing and deserves a big raise!!

David McDavid Honda took really good care of me on my last purchase. Sales team(Terrance and David), finance team(Melvin) and even GM(Ali) were attentive and helpful. I d definitely recommend this place when buying your next beautiful Honda vehicle.

TERRIBLE service. Went in last weekend (I have HONDA CARE) and left my car there for over 3 hours. Told me it would take approx. 2 hours...I called after 3 hours and they had me leave a voicemail. I went in, 45 mins later and the guy told me that they hadn't FINISHED my car. He then lied to me and said they had test driven it to find out where the AIR leak was in the door, but needed to re-test drive it for more testing... I was frustrated and asked for my keys and to cancel the diagnosis and the tire rotation/oil change...

When I got into my car, the miles were EXACTLY the same - they hadn't drove it, like he told me... I called and demanded a manager and spoke with him for about 20 minutes... He kept saying he was sorry, but this is just how their service department runs their business.. They LIE and they serve Paying customers, first... MY ADVICE: DO NOT BUY HONDA CARE - it costs $1250 (way over priced) and you get SECOND-Class service! I had my Honda Care canceled (refunded) - thankfully I have only had the car a few months, so I got most of it back....

Furthermore, David McDavid's service department has given me issues before. THe last time, before this, I took my car in, one of their Service guys stole my new Oakleys out of my car. Yes, I got them back after I called them out on it (almost immediately, after getting back in my car). I am a very organized person, I always notice out of place items. SHADY!

Made an appointment for an oil change at 10am. I was told the car would be done at 11:45 but 1pm comes around and my car is still not finished!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous! This is my first time buying from this dealership and during my first service visit I was promised a free detailing if I completed a survey. Now that I am back for my 2nd visit I am told it will take an extra 4hrs (on top of the 4hrs for my oil change) in order to grant me that detailing!!!!! This is a joke. What is the point in making an appointment if we are going to spend the entire day sitting in your waiting room listening to the phone ring over and over and over! Answer your phones and speed up the service!

I owned a 2005 Accord for the past 12 years. Amazing car, so decided to buy a new Accord. I worked with Keith Burr and he was very helpful. In fact I started looking back in October last year, but wasn't ready to buy. I told him I would reach out to him after the first of the year. I texted Keith on Tuesday at 6:30 and we texted back and forth negotiating the price of the car with all of the add ons. I went to the dealership after about an hour of back and forth and drove off with a new 2017 Honda Accord Touring. The car is amazing and the service was even better. I highly recommend David McDavid and specifically Keith Burr!

I have had many problems with this service department... so much that I now drive all the way to McKinney to go to Honda of McKinney to get my 2014 Honda Accord serviced. This dealership claims to be the highest selling volume of Hondas and as a customer that is not a good thing because the service department is always crazy busy. Crazy busy means mistakes and poor customer service. I see a high turn over rate of service techs that come out and greet you when you pull up. Most are rude and very short with you because they are trained it seems to be like robots. Get the customers info and move on to the next car. Repeat. Several times the service department has said they did something to my car but didn't. I just think they are too busy and mess up often because they are in such a hurry to get to the next car. I do think if you go during a weekday when they are less busy you will get better service and more likely to get a legit service done on your car.

It is sad though that I live very close to this dealership but choose to drive all the way to McKinney to get my car serviced.

We've taken our Honda Odyssey to David McDavid for oil changes and most recently new tires and brakes. Berkley has been our Service Rep the past few visits and she has done an excellent job of keeping me informed of the repairs as well as not trying to pressure me into purchasing repairs that weren't needed like you get as other repair facilities. The waiting room is clean with plenty of seating. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicle to David McDavid for future oil changes and repairs.

However, that visit did turn into a purchase.They didn't pressure me they went over every question and just wanted to make sure it was a fit for me. My wife was 6 months pregnant at the time. I went to this dealership today and was attended by SAM SAIDIAN. It was the shortest and awful transaction we had. Not wanting to work with us unlike our first experience when we purchased our first Honda car in the same dealership with a different salesperson. I have dealt with him during online inquiries and he was not very direct of his response but I assume he will be better in person thats why we asked for him, but was wrong. Gave a quote with no breakdown on how it is suddenly more than $2700 from the MSRP. And it is non-negotiable. Wouldve loved to just have an email quote but insisted on letting us come in, but when we did, would not want to discuss. What s the use of this sales guy? Thank you Honda McDavid Frisco. I had a customer that needed a part that was on backorder. They were moving out of town and needed this part before they moved. It was critical.
Chris Edgar took care of me! Got us what we needed! He was quick and very friendly. It was nice to be able to do business with someone who was so east to talk to and you knew you were being taken care of. He emailed me all the invoices I needed as well as the tracking #.

I received great customer service when I brought my 2017 Accord to get maintenance done to it. Kelvin Jones was my advisor. I drive from Irving just because of the great customer service I received the first time I visited this location. Kelvin was my service advisor on my first visit. On that day I explained to him the bad experience I had at the Irving location and that I was trying to get my sunroof fixed. After my car was looked at Kelvin told me that the cost to fix my broken sunroof was covered under my warranty. The Irving location told me that it wasn't. In the end my sunroof was fixed and for that reason I don't mind driving to Frisco. I appreciate the honesty. Thank you Kelvin!

* I bought a car from them 3 weeks ago. Got a certified pre-owned 2013 Honda Accord EX L V6. I got a busted tire in 3rd week. I didn't get all the features I was promised. *
The only time they are nice and try to please you is when they make initial phone calls to lure you in the dealership. They treat you like trash right after that. (You think you'd be offered water when you enter a dealership. That didn't happen with us, not once on any of our visits. They did offer it to other people right in-front of us. This will sound petty but this marks the beginning of the terrible customer service that follows.) The sales person (Becky) who was assigned to me was insulting us with a smile on her face. I actually bought a car from them just outta spite. To show her that I CAN actually afford to buy that car. I somehow ended up holding a car which I didn't even drive/wasn't ready yet but the deal sounded good as it was certified (which I again trusted that they would check it right). I saw the post for the car online, it was 2013 Honda Accord EX-L V6 with Navigation. (Which was my biggest mistake, but my ego got a better hold of me.)

A week later I go to get the car and drove it for the first time. I thanked stars on the purchase and wanted to get outta that place as soon as possible. I finished the paperwork and was accompanied by a different sales person this time( who was much better and nicer to us). I was happy and relieved and thought only that other sales person was bad like that. I reach home and realize the car doesn't have navigation!!!!

I try to reach the people I bought the car through, they said well we didn't see the car we sold you that day so we can't say anything. They said YOU saw the post online and gave me the stock number I never promised anything.Well you guys did post the AD online, didn't you? I was told to talk to Internet Sales person. Who I didn't hear back to for like 3 weeks. I was pushed around till then.

In the 3rd week my car's tire burst on the highway ( so much for the certified pre-owned and checked tires) . I didn't even bother contacting them. I went to a tire shop and paid for it outta my pocket coz I don't have the energy to deal with them.

Not going to go back there for any of the servicing in future. Still waiting to hear back from all those people who are supposed to figure out what happened.

We recently purchased a used Honda Odyssey from David McDavid Honda and it was a smooth, easy transaction especially considering we live 4 hours away in another state! We wanted a certain year model and color and I wasn't having any luck finding one online anywhere when I remembered to check with David McDavid. The very van we wanted became available online that day and within 3 days we were picking it up! We got a great price, awesome van, and everyone treated us very nicely at the dealership while we finished our paperwork. Olec, our salesman, was great as well. I then came back and we treated great by the Accessory Manager Jordan Johnson when I wanted some extra stuff on the car.

Service advisors and technicians are still fantastic . I love the place . I went here for my last 2 cars and drive out of my way for service here . I docked a star because of a service scheduling mixup that caused me to wait on a service for 4 hours in the middle of a pandemic .

My fiance and i purchased two vehicles from David McDavid Honda this weekend and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. This was the first time purchasing vehicles from a large franchise dealership for both of us. We went in slightly apprehensive and were pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was.
Our salesman, Jeff Stone, was great to work with! He took his time with us and explained the process every step of the way. We left with not one but two new vehicles! Jeff provided honest feedback and advice as we were considering different vehicles and had a high level of knowledge about all of the vehicles on the lot (even the non-honda's).
Everyone that we worked with at david mcdavid honda was delightful and professional and we are so appreciative for their help!

Victory Berry over at the pre-owned center was fantastic! Great communication and was really on top of making sure everything was fixed up and good to go for delivery. I was driving up from Waco which can be a real bear, but he went above and beyond to have it ready the next week on a day I was already going to be up in the DFW area. The receptionist at the main building was also super nice and became our 4 year olds best friend while I was signing the paperwork. Great experience overall!

Have tried to call to follow up on something and called 5 seperate times, and have been promised a call back 3 times. Have heard nothing. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service****
Had a horrible experience when I was going to buy a car here. Ended up going to Honda of Irving because the Frisco guys were arrogant.
Decided to give it one more chance with a simple oil change. Was told it would take 45 minutes. It's been over an hour and a half and I've yet to even see my service advisor. I've have multiple Hondas over 11 years and each time I come to this location it's worst than the last. If you want good service and honesty don't come to Honda of Frisco.

Our family purchased a new Odyssey from McDavid Honda in August. The whole experience was smooth, and I was happy with the price we paid. It was very helpful that McDavid allowed us to take an Odyssey home for the day to ensure it would fit in our garage, hold our luggage, etc. They ended-up beating a local competitor s price, and were the most affordable in the area. If I were in the market again, I would definitely consider this dealership, and recommend them to family and friends.

I received a mailer from the dealership. I knew I needed to get my timing belt replaced and the offer was for that and the water pump. Great price and super easy process to drop off and pick-up. They did the work for the price stated, recommended (but did not oversell) additional items, and delivered my car back before the stated time. I worked with Phil Keesse and he was exceptional.

Worst dealership, they are crooks! The offer they gave me for my trade in was way lower than what it was worth! Then they tacked on their extended service after I specifically told them I didn't want it. I had to fill out a cancellation form to get a refund for what was THEIR mistake, which takes 6-8 weeks to receive. It has been 2 months now and I still haven't seen my refund! Their finance department is impossible to get a hold of by phone. Only reason I bought from them is because they had the exact car I wanted, will never buy from David McDavid again!!

My wife and I bought a new car from here last weekend. Mosaab Barazi was our sales rep and he is, without a doubt, the BEST sales rep there! Mosaab was very friendly, professional and knew absolutely everything about the various cars we were looking at. He was very patient and took his time with us and explained all the various features of each trim level and worked with us on deciding which one best suited our needs.

We have 2-year old twins and early on in the process, Mosaab even let me borrow the car we were looking at for a few hours to drive home to my wife so that she could test drive it without us having to leave the kids at home alone or drive out herself!

Our entire experience from buying to finance was spectacular, we will definitely be returning to David McDavid (and specifically Mosaab) for future car needs. If you're in the market for a new car, make sure you ask for Mosaab.

Recently Purchased a 2016 Honda Accord. My salesperson Chris Tiner was fabulous!
The whole team did an awesome job in making me feel comfortable with my decision and were very patient with my indecisiveness *smile*. Since my purchase I have had to contact Chris regarding some minor issues (my fault). His responses were timely and he didn't make me feel like I was bothering him at all. I would recommend this dealership to my friends.

Normally I drop by the Frisco location for service or parts on my 1995 Civic, which is still running strong I may add... Well, the 2015 CR-Z in the showroom was calling my name so I purchased. Always wanted a 1990 CR-X so I grabbed the Z. Was every pleased with the professionalism of the sales and service staff. Nice to see they understand the repeat buyers.
