Do not buy your new Honda from this company. My purchase was completely messed up from the beginning. Rude and untruthful salesmen are definitely a problem here. I purchased a CR-V in August and it has multiple problems. I tried to call them to get it in for service. After being transferred three time, I finally talk to an advisor, and the advisor tells me in order to even get it back the same day I would need to drop it off early in the morning. Which would be fine if I was not suppose to leave on vacation tomorrow. Cannot bring it today because I have to work and 4 is too late for them. Then although I have there Honda care. I cannot get a loaner car. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will never buy another vehicle from them again!

Made an appointment online a week ahead for an open recall issue. They called me the morning of to confirm everything and were very efficient and friendly. I arrived and they took my keys and got started. An hour later they sent me a link showing what needed servicing and I was provided an option to accept or decline each item which was very convenient. I picked up my car an hour after that and it drove like new. Thanks for the great service!

Ask for James Brown! He wasn't pushy but gave us all our options. Ask for the Costco specials. I know it sounds crazy but it saved us a lot of money! The only down side is expect to be there for many hours but that's car buying in general.

Brought my 2003 S2000 in for service. I've only had it for about 2weeks. Met with an adviser named Andy Ly, who gave me excellent advice on what needed to be done to keep my 14yr old car in top condition. We changed out the brakes, flushed all the fluids, fixed my headlights, and he advised me to get new front tires because they were basically bald. He wasn't pushy on trying to sell me stuff that I didn't need or want, but did highly recommend some things that would help me keep my car maintained and even found a couple of minor things that needed attention. That's the kind of person I like working with! Someone looking out for their customer's best interests. I've had too many bad experiences with other service advisers that only wanted to sell me add-ons and telling me something needed to be replaced when it worked perfectly fine. Overall, I enjoyed my experience with Andy and learn a few new things. I would definitely come back for any future needs. If you're car is in need of service, stop by and ask for Andy, he'll take care of you!

I just bought a Honda CR-V from this dealership and the buying process went very smoothly. Before going to David McDavid Frisco I called a few other dealerships that were advertising lower prices on CR-V but just did'nt felt comfortable with the sales people that I spoke with. Then I spoke with Jazz from McDavid Frisco and I made my mind to go over the dealership and negotiate a deal on the suv. Jazz explained to me all the features and functions of different trim levels of CR-V. The dealing was done so professionally that I made up my mind to buy the suv right there and then. And instead of buying the base trim level I went for the CR-V EX AWD in white color (most dealers dont even have this in stock). I had to negotiate the deal and then got financing done.

Considerate, honest, pleasant experience. I need to stay out of your showroom, though. I loved the new red color on the Civic. Had me thinking about a new CR-V in that color which is the color I wanted when I bought my SUV. Since I bought my car on May 17, 2013, new, and only have 9,700 miles on it, it would not be a very smart financial move.

I bought a crv 9 years ago from this Honda dealership and had a horrible experience especially when it was my 1st brand new car it was very stressful and I payed a lot! This time I wanted to buy a new car I came here because it s closer to me and thought it would be different I was outside looking at cars when Arya a sales person approached me and was trying to give me a civic when I didn t want a civic because it was cheaper and was rude and insulting many times I should of left but didn t then he started texting and calling me like many other dealers did and telling if I wasn t serious he is going to take me off the list I said do then he said he will give me a good price he gave me different offers but when I wanted to come in to buy the car he and his manager didn t stand by there word it s sad that this is the world that we live in and no one stands by their word anymore! We came to the dealership Friday evening looking for a third car just for commuter duty. We wanted something economical and easy to drive with just a few options for safety.

Devon helped us find the right vehicle and after a short period we had come to an agreeable price. Sam helped us figure out if we should lease or buy and which option would best fit our needs.

Finance was quick and to the point and away we drove.

I've never been a huge fan of Honda but you can't argue with the dependability and this dealership should make them proud at Honda North America.

I had an horrible experience with McDavid Honda of Frisco. I am not sure how this dealership was awarded best dealership award. I was at the dealership on 09/19/2016 looking for a new civic. I made a deal with one of the managers, gave a deposit of $500(around 9pm) and told them that I would come and get the vehicle on weekend. So on weekend I go to get the car and the manager with whom I had made the deal was no longer with the dealership and new car sales manager said he cannot honor the deal since pervious manager did not put the deal on paper even when one of his associates who was present during the time of the deal confirmed him about the deal. This dealership is not going to get my business nor am I going to refer any of my friends/family to this dealership.

Definitely read the contract before you sign it. Don't trust them enough to believe that the numbers they tell you are the same numbers in the contract. This dealership has screwed me over on 2 different cars. Never again!

Tyson was an amazing sales person to work with, and worked with us to obtain a fantastic deal and vehicle. Overall we had a good experience at David McDavid. Unfortunately, the guy over the finance portion of the sale was incredibly frustrating. After we told him we were not interested in any warranty package, he still put a $2000 deal on the contract, trying to pass it off as "the kindness of his heart" because our month-to-month did not increase. He did not expect us to catch the increase to our overall out the door price. It took over an hour because he thought we were too dumb to catch what he was doing.

What blows my mind is how they take advantage of a deaf woman, then continue on pulling our strings for the entire experience. A customer service rep. may respond to this, but truly. They have nothing to say. This entire experience has been horrible. I could continue on about the other nasty flaws of how they conduct business but this should hopefully be enough to encourage people to look else where for business. A customer service rep. will respond claiming their back story of how this went or how that went. Yet they only get their side of the story, and not ours. Going off of all the bad reviews I have seen posted here, and on Google Reviews. This place is known for pulling acts like this. Wish we could of gone to McDavid Honda Irving, this place= trash. Do not deal with EDDIE HAWK, FAHAD ARIS, OR DAVOOD BAYAT.

My 2019 Honda Pilot was due for it's first scheduled maintenance (oil change and tire rotation.) I was hoping to have roof rack cross bars installed at the same time. I really needed to speak to someone because I needed to verify the bars were in stock or I needed to get them ordered. Last week I left three messages for the service advisor I had worked with previously. I never got a return call. After strike three, I went ahead and scheduled the oil change and tire rotation only using their online system. I arrived at 1:40 for my 2:00 appointment. The actual maintenance went smoothly. My Pilot was ready about an hour after my appointment time. When I picked up the vehicle I found the technicians had left paper floor mat and the numbered window hanger in the vehicle. (I know these are a minor nuisance but they are just trash for me.)

I recently moved to north Texas - via my Honda Accord - and needed to bring the car in for service when a quirky noise sounded off every morning. I had noticed David McDavid Honda of Frisco as I was passing by their (very conveniently located) venue on the 121 Tollway and decided to call for an appointment and their assistance.



It was agreed to leave the car overnight for a cold start inspection and then a B Service the next morning. Brannon took me on a tour of the facilities and I was completely impressed with not only the showroom and awards, but the consideration that went into the design of the customer reception/waiting area: everything anyone would need to productively and happily occupy an hour or two that it might take for car repairs - including computer stations and a small theatre with children's videos. Most amazing of all: Brannon took me to the work floor with all the cars, technicians and tools flying - but not a speck of dirt!!!! That was the best I've ever seen - and only the third dealership I've known in 30 years who even dared to let customers see the work space.

Brannon also arranged for the shuttle to take me home and to bring me back the next morning. Both of the shuttle drivers were wonderful gentlemen and safe drivers. It was a delight to meet them.

Brannon, Matt and the technician gave my car a cold start exam later that night, found the problem and the car was repaired and ready for me to pick up by 10:30 AM. At check out, Brannon expedited the process and the lady (Michelle?) who processed my check was gracious and prompt. The cost was absolutely appropriate for all the work done on my car and the services rendered for my sake.

The car has been running perfectly for a week. I am very thankful and completely satisfied with the service and personal consideration given me by EVERYONE at McDavid Honda.

Sonia (GM) smiles and ignores your phone calls when things aren't going well, Lance (Service guy) tried to sell me a $80 oil change, Bryan (used cars) liar. Andre (serial liar) still haven't received the phone call I was suppose to receive from him since two weeks ago. Maggie (Salesman), who specializes in being a car salesman. And plenty others. This entire establishment is bad for business.

You can read every other review and that's essentially is the reality there. With the exception of when I went to this dealership to get a copy of my warranty. Financial guy Seth returned me a legal document with my name forged. On top of them selling me w car that has every problem with it.

I WILL MAKE SURE ALL OF FRISCO KNOW THAT YOU GUYS RETURN DOCUMENTS TO CUSTOMERS WITH FORGED SIGNATURES, YOU SELL BOGUS CARS, you lie to customers and don't return calls.

I would avoid this place if I were you. There are far too many car dealerships in the metroplex to come to David McDavid and be treated poorly. I called to verify that the used car department had a CPO Accord that I was interested in, I was told that it was there and to come on down. Upon my arrival I was told that another family was looking at that car, but that I should wait around to see if their deal didn t go through. This is where things got strange, another sales person became involved in the process and began to trash talk the original sales guy saying he is not right in the head and that we should do our deal with her. After our test drive we were told by both salespeople that they got the other family to upgrade to a more expensive car because they wanted us to have the Accord. At this point, it was very clear that the salespeople were just playing games.

Against my better judgement, I went to negotiate the price of the car. My initial offer wasn t well received, so they brought out the closer who failed to ever even make a counter offer. She was just more concerned with telling me that my offer was too low. Then I found out that the car wasn t actually CPO, and that they put the CPO plate on all of their used cars. This place is full of used car sales people who just want to play games, and not make deals. I would avoid.

My wife and I were greeted nicely by the staff, who made us feel comfortable at the showroom and they showed us around and guided us through the available cars there.

It was the best car shopping experience ever. The staff working here were very informative and answered all my questions. One person I have to tell about is Analicia. Analicia had me drive the car I chose to make sure it was right for me. She patiently went over the Eco Assist, Cooling System and Features. She even made sure we had plenty of water to drink as it was very warm that day!

I came in to lease a civic and left with an Accord which I love. She delivers an incredible service and gives a pleasant experience.

This is the 2nd Honda I have leased from you. I will continue to lease or purchase cars in the future and recommend Analicia to my family and friends.

As with any vehicles, there are ups and downs, but the service department at David McDavid has always taken good care of us and made sure to reduce the impact to our wallet every chance they could. I scheduled a Sat morn appt for an oil change and even received an early AM call for confirmation. But when I arrived, I was told I would have to wait 2.5 hrs, they were really busy and this was the norm. Why even bother scheduling appt and calling me for confirmation if Service dept won't honor the commitment? If I'm told first come, first served I can understand/respect...I don't appreciate being misled.

L.O.V.E this dealership and especially Aaron Koronkiewicz i got a 2011 honda civic in dec. 2011 and recently traded it in for a 2013 in march but decided i wanted a 2 door 2013 honda accord and even though i had only had my civic for 3 months he made it possible for me to trade in and get the car i really wanted *even though a girl took the last blue one i wanted which was NOT his fault* i will always come back to this dealership because he is so kinda and makes you feel like he knows you rather than "another person" if you go to Mcdavid Honda of Frisco you should feel confident, they are not like other dealers who just see you as "easy money" they will treat you like family and answer any questions you should have! Ask for Aaron when you go in, he will take good care of you and he does not play games.

I have always received excellent service at David McDavid Honda! Every time I go there I feel so comfortable knowing I will always see a familiar face, especially Kelvin Jones. He is kind and patient and explains everything very clearly. This last time I went I, unfortunately, had to have a lot of service done and he helped me figure out what my options were so that I would not feel financially strapped. He made my appointment for me for the following day and he promised my car by a certain time and it was ready. He even kept me updated during the day with the status on my CR-V. I was 100% satisfied!!

We initially had gone to a David mcdavid in Irving and had a poor experience, but decided to go to Frisco and Ivan was great, the only complaint we had was the man that came out to negotiate price was abrasive, unprofessional, and unnecessary. We would have just rather have felt with Ivan for the entire process, he was much more pleasant to work with. In addition, when we came to pay for and pick up our vehicle, there seemed to have been a few questions they forgot to ask us for financing and we did have to wait around for quite a bit for finance to be ready. Overall, we are happy with our purchase, and the buying experience, for the most part.

I agreed to help a friend find a new car, the one thing she was sure about was it had to be a Honda. So I started looking on line and David McDavid definitely had the best selection and prices. When I inquired about a particular car, Aaron Koronkiewicz contacted me to discuss it and he was fantastic. I scheduled several meetings to bring my friend to the showroom to meet with him but every time, my friend had to cancel. Aaron was so patient, he kept in touch with me and assured me that whenever my friend was ready, he would be there to help her find the right car, at the right price. Well, it only took a month but my friend just drove a beautiful black Honda Accord EX-L home last week and now all her friends are suffering from new car envy. I couldn't say enough nice things about Aaron. He treated my friend so well, never any pressure, patiently explained all the features of the car, answered all her questions and found her the perfect car!! Thank you so much Aaron!! I will recommend you to everyone!

I had a great experience at this dealership. Haji was very helpful and did a great job to show the cars I was interested in. He was accomodating and experienced and made best effort from the test drive all the way to delivery of keys. The process was efficient and streamlined. I would recommend Haji and David McDavid Honda of Frisco and in the future will be looking their way again.
