Logan arrived on time wore a mask and shoe coverings, checked out the system, told me everything was fine and left. I was very pleased. He was both courteous and careful.

Pronto continues to support their products long after installation. Had Jeremy out today to help with thermostat issues. He was here on time, resolved my issue quickly and saved me over $200 by letting me know my thermostat was covered under warranty.

Had an air conditioner checkup performed by a different company (not Pronto), and was given an outrageous cost estimate for what seemed like an OK system. The tech had trouble describing the problems, and made it seem like my air conditioner system was about to fail. I called Pronto for a second opinion, and Peter was able to give a second opinion on my issues. He described the issues in a much better and clearer way, gave recommendations and was able to bring my AC up to 100% for about 1/6 the cost of the other guys. Will definitely be using them again for AC needs!

They were prompt, but did not have the expertise to fix my old gravity heat furnace. In their defense, not many places do. But they could have screened that fact over the phone instead of charging me $150 to tell me they don't know how to fix the older stuff. They might be fine on your 5 year old furnace.

Dan was ontime, thorough and addressed our issue. He also provided some good advice and tips for our system. It is always a pleasure working with Pronto.

Eric performed a check up on our furnace and identified a problem with our thermostat. He was quick to assist in determining the issue was covered under warranty, and setting a return visit a few days later as he did not have the part on his truck. For both appointments, Eric was very personable and shared his knowledge of our heating, humidification and cooling systems. I highly recommend Eric as a service tech and trust his work.

Did a great job repairing a leaking pipe. Did some extra things, too. Kept me informed, everything clean when I came home.

Our heat went out called another company to come put and fix our furnace. They told us we needed a new furnace and that it could not be repaired. Called Pronto and they troubleshoot the problem and gave us the option to fix. We decided to replace because cost of repair. The price was very fair and not only a great price but also fast installation. We are very happy and I would highly recommend using them.

I have memory issues, forgot to check my calendar, got a l010 call when at CUB saying the Pronto technician was at my house. I made it home in 10 or 15 minutes and Jeff was waiting. He was genuinely pleasant and understanding and actually helped me bring in my groceries. If I was still in business (I'm 87), I'd love to have him representing me. I hope Pronto values him.

Robbie arrived for a tune up in the middle of the scheduled window. He listened to my concerns and did a nice job of informing me what he was doing. I would recommend him. He found some issues with my 96% Bryant and some parts will be replaced while still under warranty. Great customer skills. Pronto seems to have it all together. Glad I chose them.

My 3rd furnace and A/C replacement in the last 10 years (3 different homes), every installer was professional and explained options to best suit our needs. In 1 house, Pronto ran the math to determine proper sizing and found the previous unit was significantly oversized, saving me $$ on install and providing a solution that made the home more comfortable. I have bid out the work before and Pronto came prepared, was cost competitive, explained options. They brought a photo book of previous installations, all professionally done with an attention to detail. Highly Recommend them.

This is a great company. They were able to come same-day and fixed the issue. They also informed me the diagnostic fee is good for a year so if I ever have issues again they'll come out and assess it at no charge. They were pleasant and professional.

Pronto was great. I called them at 8:00 pm on a Sunday night when I noticed my water heater leaking. Travis came out the next day and replaced it. Fast and clean job.

Awesome experience with Pronto from start to finish. When I called, Mike came out the same day to give me a recommendation and quote for a mini-split system. Kevin came to install it within four days...and that included a weekend! Mike and Kevin were both on time, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The only negative is that I waited so long to do this!

Otto arrived early. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly. He gave us options and did the repairs we chose. Will definitely use Pronto again.

Extremely disappointed with Pronto Heating. After hearing an ad on the radio decided to go to their website to see if right fit for our family. Under their promotions, they had listed on their website 60 month 0% financing. After taking time to set up appointment, estimate and sit down to go over pricing, found out they no longer offer this promo BUT was still on their site. They wouldn t honor it and immediately removed. This was Pronto s ERROR and should ve made it right. Wasted my time and theirs. They lost my sale for sure. Not good business practice.

A regular service visit found a non-functioning part. Dan reached out to other technicians in the area to locate a part, and was able to finish the tune-up and repair work all in the same visit. Great communication, great work!

Our new thermostat took a while to install as our system is a little glitchy. Robby hung with it and didn't give up and had a kind, positive attitude throughout. He was quite knowledgable about the new system and was able to answer all our questions. We were VERY pleased with Robby's work and with Pronto overall.

Out home was close to 25 years old and had all of the original HVAC components. Things started to go with the AC so we had Pronto replace our furnace, AC and water heater and have been pleased with the service received. 0 percent financing option was great too. All of the people from technicians to customer support staff have been great.

I worked with Sandy today and will have a new AC installed tomorrow. How awesome is that?! With the July heat and humidity setting in the timing is perfect. The online app for financing is quick and easy, and order complete in under an hour. Sandy knows everything to put together the best options quickly. I also use Pronto technicians for tune ups and they do quality work.

There is nothing like your furnace stopping in the middle of winter and the temperature dropping. We didn t notice until we woke up and my baby was super cold. Pronto got us an appointment the same day. Sean was friendly and very professional. As a woman alone, I felt safe with him in my home. He diagnosed the problem, ran to get the part and repaired the furnace very quickly. He also found some mold in our condo furnace closet wall, thank goodness, we never would ve noticed it. My experience with pronto was wonderful and I would strongly recommend them.

Overpriced, dishonest quoting. Not only was their quote higher than anyone else I had out, they told me they would only replace my furnace and AC if I bought a new water heater from them to replace my perfectly functional one (oh yeah, they were about twice the price of every advertised price you'll see for a new water heater). They tried to tell me that "city code requires this". What a joke. They tried treating me like a dumb kid thinking they could upsell me. It didn't work on me, but beware of them.

I called to ask how much it will cost to replace my gas valve and the person did not even ask anything about the part, she just said someone has to come out to take a look for $149. She could at least give an estimate to replace the part or have someone to talk little bit more about it. This is not how they should start with a new client.

I would call pronto back in a heart beat. I had unbelievable service with a friendly attitude. 5 stars for Pronto and Matt Freid!

Pronto sent a technician the same day as I called to address an issue with my furnace. They were able to diagnose and address the issue.

My air conditioner went out right before the weekend it got to 100 degree heat index. I called Pronto on a Wednesday evening, they sent someone out on Thursday morning and my AC was working by Friday when the heat shot up. They were amazing!!

Very impressed with Pronto. We have had issues with our furnace purchased and serviced by Genz Ryan since it was installed 7 years ago. This was the second motor to go out on our Lennox furnace. We were quoted over $2,000 to replace it by Genz Ryan, and since they haven't really solved our inconsistent air flow issues with the system we decided to go with another company to see what they would say. Called Pronto, they came right out same day. Robbie was great. He confirmed that it indeed needed a new motor, but this time it was installed correctly by him at a far better cost of $1200. He never bad mouthed the competition, but when I pressed him as to some things that were told to me by Genz Ryan, he did tell me that some things weren't true. When I brought up that this was the second time the motor was replaced, he said that he could tell because it wasn't installed correctly. That installer had missed putting the pipe in correctly, leaving the backside of the pipe open which caused a leak in the airflow. I'm very happy with Robbie and Pronto, and even signed up for a maintenance plan with them at very little extra cost over this repair.

Jessica arrived and deep cleaned our wall units in order to work more efficiently plus blow the cleanest of air! She was knowledgeable, explained about its maintenance and function, was friendly and made sure all her work areas were spotless before she finished. We could not be more pleased!

Chris took his time and did a great job. He answered all of my questions~and I had a lot~and must have scored well on his technical school exams because he clearly is very knowledgable. I understand the principles of refrigeration and asked a lot of technical questions; he answered them all.

He was also very courteous with my tenant (the job was for my rental property) when speaking with her plus he left his shoes at the front door when entering the house. I know my tenant was pleased with that thoughtful gesture. I have worked in the home inspection business and know the importance of generating good rapport with customers.

Robbie came to our house and went the extra mile to make sure everything was in working order. He gave great tips on how to prolong the life of our heating and cooling system. He was a great problem solver, too!

Mike was a no-nonsense guy who came to look at our boiler. He didn't try and convince us to buy his most expensive model, nor did he talk smack about other companies or push sales aggressively. He was fair, honest, and found us a good deal. He included services that no other HVAC tech mentioned in their estimates. All in all, we liked Mike and decided to use services from his company. Pronto has been fantastic, both with our original installation and service since then. Every technician we have ever worked with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Just today, Jessica quickly got our central air unit back up and running after a minor malfunction. We highly recommend Pronto!
