Pronto Heating and Air was great - so glad I went with them. Professional service from proposal to completion. Mike was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information about my furnace and A/C options. He took the time to answer all my questions and was very responsive to follow up calls. Kevin W. and his crew, including Collin and Cris, were hardworking, professional, and courteous. They took great pride in their work and it was obvious that they cared about me as their customer. They cared for my home, using rugs and boot covers when needed. And they cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. I appreciated that they took the time to walk me through how to program the thermostat and change the new filter - making sure I was comfortable and had my questions answered before they left. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new furnace or A/C!
