I have an attic a/c and I called 3 other companies and they turned me down because they do not like attic work. Pronto called me to set up an appointment and said they work on all types of units. I was impressed with that!

Peter was our tech and arrived on time, wore slip on booties over his shoes and overall was very knowledgeable and polite. He mentioned in our conversation that he doesn t mind helping out this company in anyway possible because they are a well run organization. I knew at that time I picked the right company. Before he left, I told him to tell his boss they have a customer for life!
