Robby is such an asset to Pronto! His knowledge, care for the customer, and desire to fix a problem with the appropriate (not over exaggerated) solution is without a match in the profession. We ve never had a better experience with a company (across all professions) and will never look to anyone else than Pronto. We heard about you from a referral from a neighbor and called you after we had another company (Hero) diagnose our problem as a complete furnace replacement. Wow. We will never call them (Hero) or anyone else again. We were so impressed with Pronto, and most importantly their representative in Robby, that he didn t try to sell us an entirely new system. He investigated the problem and checked on warranties. He brought a solution that didn t bring the revenue of a full replacement, but it earned a customer for life. That is way more important. Robby deserves a HUGE pay raise for representing his profession and Pronto in such an admirable way! We will never chose another heating and cooling company!
