Had a quote from Pronto to replace furnace and AC. Selling a Bryant system. Great experience helpful in explaining differences in the systems. Overall I feel like they would do a quality job but you are paying for it went with another company that was a lot cheaper and installed a quality system. What I found is that although other companies might not have as many reviews it is all in how they go about getting them. Pronto actively requests reviews while other companies do not
