They said they replaced my old busted speakers wit...

They said they replaced my old busted speakers with new ones and it sounds worse than the busted one's. I paid for a warranty and they complain about multiple replacements. I asked them how many times can I get them replaced and they replied unlimited. Now they told me this is the last time replacing them. What was the reason for me even getting a warranty? Plus it's not like I'm coming in to get something expensive done like replacing the engine.

I had a scheduled appointment to view a vehicle that they advertised online. I drove an hour to get there and the salesperson could not find the car. It turned out that they had already sold the car several hours prior to my arrival. No one contacted me by phone or email. That must be " The Vaden Way". Needless to say they lost me as a customer!

I took my car here for repairs because I thought I would have better service than at a regular auto shop. Could not have been more wrong. I took my car in at 7:30 AM (with an appointment) and was told my car would be ready in 4 hours- 5 hours later, hadn't heard from them. I had to reach out to get updates on my car, only to find out that no one could update me at all until 6:30 PM (11 hours after I dropped it off). From there I was told what was wrong with my car, and that it could be finished by noon the next day because they had the parts in that they needed. I called at 11 AM the next day to get an update, and again found out that they could not provide any new updates. I received a call at 12 saying my car would not be ready until 2:30 PM at the earliest, because they had to order some parts, even though that was not what I had been told the day before. I had made a point to let them know I had to be at work by 2 PM , which is why they said they could have my car ready by noon.

At no point was I offered a loaner car to get to and from work , a shuttle to work, or anything of the sort, which I would expect from a dealership that prides itself on customer service and is charging nearly $700 for these repairs.

The two stars are for the individuals who work there, who are friendly enough for the most part. This experience has a whole has been rather frustrating, and I don't think I will be coming back for any future repairs.

Horrible customer service the worst I've ever received at a dealership. The sales guy told me even tho I was financing through my personal bank I couldn't go on a test drive unless I financed the vehicle through them. Sounds like bs or poor sales training either way I'll never go back. I rather drive the distance to a different dealership than be treated like less of a person.

Went very well. Quick service. Only complaint was I needed a recall done and they didn't have the part in stock and had to be ordered. Hate to have to make a special trip because I live 40 mins out of the way. Other then that, a great experience.

Erika and Mr. Worley were phenomenal in helping me in a difficult situation 500 miles form home. My Camaro was serviced incorrectly at my local dealership and developed an oil leak. They got me in quickly, got the problem fixed and documented the problem in a manner my home dealership accepted without question. They also did it as inexpensively as possible which was most appreciated. Great experience, Great people!

I am not normally this hard on a review. I am however exstremely dissatisfied with my last 4 experiences with the service department. I do not understand why they sell Isuzu box trucks and are a service center for a product they are not equiped to properly service in a timely manner. I had my 2016 diesel crew cab towed to their Savannah dealership. It took 3-4 weeks to get feedback on weather the repair would be covered under warrantee. It was denied by Isuzu. A truck with 48,000 miles on it. The quote to rebuild the motor was $20,000.00 or abot 1/3 the retail cost of the truck. The frustrating part is I can buy a new block for this truck for about $7,800.00 from other dealerships from around the country. I was told that the new block was $13,000.00 at this location. If other dealerships can sell me a diesel block retail from an Isuzu dealership, why is it $5,000.00 more at this dealership. I also found out they did not have what they needed to lift the crew cab to do more of a diagnosis. I latter found out they did not do anything but pull a computer diagmostic report. I decided to spend $750.00 to have it towed 3 hours away to Macon Ga where they have more than 1 deisel mechanic. My overall experience at this location is that they do not have a high level of customer care in the form of comunication. In addition they are 1 hour away from our location and the service center can not handle performing regular service in a timely manner.

I had an exceptional experience buying my 3rd vehicle from Dan Vaden. I had such an amazing car salesman(Kean), not to mention an outstanding finance manger (Carlos). They both knew what I wanted and worked diligently to deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality. Before I came to Dan Vaden, I went to another dealership, which was a huge MISTAKE. From the moment I walked in to this said dealership, I felt unappreciated as a customer and the salesman was not listening to my desires for a new vehicle. He put me in a vehicle of HIS choice, not mine! Finally fed up with the treatment I cruised on over to Dan Vaden which is where I should have went from the very beginning. I have purchased my 2 other vehicles here, but this day I wasn't thinking straight and tried a different dealership. Immediately I was greeted by Kean who is one of the most professional salesman Ive met. He listened to my needs and worked with Carlos to put me in the vehicle of MY choice. Im not easy to please, but these gentleman did a fabulous job and I walked away with exactly what I wanted and they made it feel effortless. Carlos worked so hard on getting me the vehicle and the payments I told him I wanted. This man can work some magic. Kean heard my desires and showed me only the vehicles he knew would make me happy. He was so knowledgeable about each and every detail of each vehicle, he even trained me on how to properly release my 3rd row so that I wouldn't hurt my back. This guy cares about his customers ;)
I am so excited to be in my brand new 2018 Traverse and I am thankful to Carlos and Kean for making it happen.

Did I mention the new facility is BEAUTIFUL, comfortable and inviting.

Service after the sale is awful. The service department gives everything except good service. In the 4 plus years that I have received maintained here I have NEVER left satisfied. Nevertheless, they're full of apologies. I don't want an apology I want good service.

Hands down the worst service I've ever had. I've gotten my truck serviced here several times and the only reason I keep coming is because they are the only one nearby. They are completely disorganized and take forever. Last time I just wanted to drop my truck off and it took THIRTY MINUTES to just get someone to take my keys, AND I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. This time I made the mistake of waiting for my truck and it took 2 and a half hours for an oil change, again, WITH AN APPOINTMENT. I love Chevy and have always had great experiences at other dealerships, but these guys give Chevy a bad name

Meredith Jones & Lavelle Vader have been absolutely amazing in assisting me in buying the vehicle that I loved. Even though I didn t buy a Chevy, they were beyond courteous and helped me with an outstanding deal and great payments.
I will be using this establishment for all of my future needs and I may even buy a Chevy next time.

This is about to be a very long story. My experience was in the SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I had a service appointment set up for Friday, October 16th for 9:30am. I asked to drop off my truck earlier than scheduled time since I had to be at work, service advisor told me that it would be fine and that they can probably service my car earlier if they are finished with the cars before mine. So I dropped off my truck at around 8:15 am that morning for brake inspection. I was told that they would call me to let me know what was wrong with my brakes and also to give me a estimate time when my car would be ready to be picked up since I had to get a ride to get the car. No one called me. I called around 12pm, spoke to another advisor and he told me that he needed to check on my car to give me the update and he took my cell phone number to call me back in a few minutes, he never called back. I was working that day til 6pm, I called them back when I got off work and the operator told me that the service department was closed till tomorrow morning 9am. The next morning, Saturday, I called them AGAIN about the status of my car and to ask why no one called me with any updates and the advisor I spoke to told me that according to what he sees in the computer, they never got around to look at my car. I was infuriated that I dropped my car off FRIDAY MORNING and I had an APPOINTMENT SET at 9:30am and they never even worked on my car! I asked the advisor why haven't anyone checked my car and he told me that he didn't know why and he would see if the technician working that morning would be able to squeeze my car in to take a look at it. He told me he will call me back, he never did. At this point I had had enough, my dad and I went there in person. While we were talking to the advisor at the desk, the advisor that I Spoke to on the phone, walked in and he told us he was about to call me back to let me know that the technician can see my car today. I asked if they can call the other chevy service on Ogeechee Rd. to see if they can service my car instead because I didn't want the technician to perform a "half-ass" job since he was the only one working and had other cars which would mean that he would probably rush through my car. Advisor told me that he is the main lead technician and that he will make sure he fixes the problem if there was one. The two advisors that were there admitted that "the ball was dropped" with my car and they don't understand how my car was skipped. The whole situation was a huge inconvenience to me because I needed the car ready Friday night because I was going to leave early Saturday morning to go out of town for the whole week. At this point, I was just so over it, so I agreed to let them check out my car. I asked to be called when my car was ready to be picked up, I got a within 30 minutes. I was skeptical whether the technician even serviced my car since it literally took him about 30 minutes. I went back to the service department to pick up my car and they told me that the technician didn't find any problems with my brakes. I told them that I kept hearing a squealing sound whenever I released the brakes. The advisor kept telling me that the technician didn't hear anything as if I'm wrong and hearing things. I went into my car to demonstrate what I was talking about and he heard the squeal. He kept telling me that the technician said there's nothing wrong with the brakes and how it's safe to drive. The whole purpose of the service appointment was to 1. Check out the brakes, 2. To fix that sound in my brakes. I just got in my car and left out of there. I felt like they rushed my out, they didn't seem to care and I felt that the technician didn't even take enough time to figure out the problem I was experiencing. I left completely dissatisfied. That happened more than a week ago, yet no one has contacted me about my experience or anything. I'm never bringing my car back to that location! I'm still amazed how they can just SKIP my car, and move on to other cars.

We had another great experience at Dan Vaden. Meredith is amazing, this is the 2nd vehicle she has helped us purchase and I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a new car. She was patient and listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. She is extremely knowledgeable in all the options the vehicles have to offer. There was no pressure to get the sale done and she goes above and beyond for her clients. We will definitely recommend her and will be back to see her the next time we need(want) a new car or truck

Such a horrible place to do business with!

Such a horrible place to do business with!

The collision center "fixed" my impala and yet it gets water in the trunk which leaked onto my amplifier and fried my amplifier. They knicked the paint on my roof pulling my rear window out. There is paint peeling on the quarter panel and paint chipped on the trunk. I I have pictures of everything noted here. Now the vehicle is located in kansas and this dealership has been told by multiple other dealerships that there's some serious workmanship defects with the vehicle and although they admitted fault by lessening the severity by saying "there's just a couple specs in the paint" and yet they still haven't fixed anything even after admitting fault. This vehicle supposedly has a workmanship warranty, i have yet to see anything about this supposed "warranty". They want me to travel almost 1200 miles each way just for them look at the vehicle. Horrible place and should be put out of business. It was quoted over $3700 to fix all of the issues caused by this dealership.

Very hard to get an update on my car the whole time. I brought it in for an oil change but main concern is transmission. It was under warranty. I tried to get a loaner car but it was backed up. I was without a car for a month. I was told y'all were just backed up at the time. Again, it was just hard to get anyone on the phone even for a simple update on the car. Anyways transmission was fixed and I just paid for the oil change. I'm thankful that it's fixed none the less.

We recently took our Suburban to Vaden when the check engine light came on. We had a 12 appointment but dropped it off in the morning. By 4pm we still hadn't heard anything from the service department and we had to call them. They had still not run a diagnostic and said they would have someone call us shortly. No one ever called us back so we called again at 5 and they said they would have to look at it tomorrow. I don't know who can be without their car for 2 days but I can't. They said we should just come pick it up then and never offered us a loaner car or anything. So we had to drive back from Richmond Hill to pick up the car. We found another dealership who found the problem within an hour and offered us a loaner car while they waited on a part. I won't be going back to Dan Vaden.

In the past I have been delighted with my service, but at this time if I could have given a zero rating I would have. I was without a vehicle for 3 days plus because of a simple mistake that could have been handled before my tire went to 10 psi! They drove on the rim and I am left with it that way! They explained they had no loaner for their mistake that I lost Uber and Lyft drive-time on one of the busiest weekend!

Please buy here with caution!! I found a truck on Car Guru they had listed for sale with low miles so I inquired. A few minutes later I get a text asking me to come to dealership the following day to look at truck. I drive an hour and when I get there the truck isn t even there. They obviously tried to get me to buy something higher priced which was not what I was looking for. Then the Sales Manager came and tried to justify the dealership selling a truck that wasn t available. Spent two hours at the dealership and two hours driving for nothing. When I left the dealership the Salesman Steve as well as the Manager told me that they had 10-12 of the Ford Rangers coming and since they wasted my time they would immediately contact me when the trucks arrived. They also promised to send pictures of the specific truck I was interested in as well as others that were apparently coming with it since they were a part of a fleet that the dealership purchased. When I got home that day I used my wife s phone with a different name and inquired about the same truck. We got another immediate response but this time they stated the truck wasn t available yet. Certainly what they should of told me the first time when I inquired so I chalked it up as poor training. They told my on my wife s cell that they would contact her when those trucks hit the lot. Meanwhile I was promised the same thing. Well about 10 days goes by and my wife gets a text that says the truck your interested in and several like it have just hit the lot, Would you like to come see them soon because they are going to go fast? We left the message as is and took a picture of it. I waited a couple more days and not one text, email, picture or phone call that the truck or any other was available for me. They had promised to send pictures and call me because they had made a mistake and invited me to the lot to see a truck that wasn t there. I even replied to the original text inviting me to the dealership and asked about the trucks and was ignored. I even called the General Manager of the location Neil and explained my situation and he apologized and told me he would find me a small truck. He even asked if I would take a truck that may of not been normally retailed because of it not meeting their criteria and I said I would definitely like the opportunity to check it out. The same day he had his Sales Manager have one of his Salesman call me to offer me 4-5 trucks that were clearly out of my price range. I told the salesman I was looking for a truck that u can just use to go to Lowes occasionally and maybe to dump yard trash but my price range was 4000-6000 with lower miles. The original truck or fleet of trucks was never offered to me. Not one phone call or nothing from them until I emailed their Customer Service Manager 3-4 times and got a response only after I called their main office to complain. Why would they offer my wife the truck I was looking for but never offer to me. They either lied to her or to me. The trucks where either never available or it was a malicious attempt to get me into the dealership by offering something that was too good to be true so I would buy a higher priced truck. I ve contacted the Better Business Bureau and they had the nerve to respond to my complaint that they tried to work with me every step of the way which I got cell phone records to prove they made no effort to sell me any of the 10-12 trucks they told me were coming. Meanwhile my wife gets a text confirming the trucks are hear and will go fast due to their price range, would you like to set up an appt to see them but I m never offered 1 truck. I certainly know either they are not practicing good business practices by being deceptive or have Discriminated against me because I ve called them out on their business practices. Sad and disappointing.

No Stars is preferred. I live with daily regret that I ever, EVER gave Vaden a chance. Biggest waste of time, energy and money.
Despicable.
Mr. Vaden must be looking down absolutely disappointed that his good name is tarnished. My story about my experience is long, ridiculous and I'm defeated, but please take fair warning, do yourself a favor and shop around and read reviews before shopping here. If it's too good to be true, it is.

I found the exact car I had been looking for on their website. They answered all of my questions over the phone and sent videos and pictures of the vehicle to sure me it was in great shape. I decided to fly down and get the car and the salesperson even picked me up at the airport so I didn't have to pay for a cab. Got the deal done and I was on my way in a couple of hours with no BS. A+ experience!

I had mechanical issues while on vacation in Savannah but she took the liberty to have my car driven back to my house after repairs were completed which was nearly a 200 mile drive each way. Thanks!

I've been doing business with Vaden Chevrolet for over 30 years and I have never been disappointed.last week a tree limb damaged my hood which brought me to Dan Vaden collision. It would be impossible for me to believe that there is a better body shop anyware.
I was impressed from the very start by the smiling receptionist Nichole Laugh a sincere how can I help you.shehas such a great personality.she answered all my questions professionaly,took care of my insurance, and called Enterprise car rental for me.
She introduced me to Priscilla Mendiola, the repair estimator. She to is very professional and knowledgeable.i was impressed by the way she explained the repair process to me in detail. She answered all my questions professionaly. This information helped me determine how many days I needed a rental car.
These two ladies are truly an asset to the Dan Vaden company. people like this help make Dan Vaden company the success that it is.if your in need of a great boby shop, this is your place.
I didn't get to meet the people responseable for the body work done on my truck, but they did an excellent job.

I do not recommend going here for service. My ABS light came on while I was traveling from Ohio to Savannah for vacation. Trying to be proactive and not encounter any problems on the drive home, I took it to Dan Vaden so they could take a look. When they diagnosed it, the problem was a wheel bearing hub - obviously not a good problem to have when driving a long distance. They did not have it ready when promised because they ordered the incorrect part. When I followed up with them, they couldn t provide an update without hanging up and calling me back. There was also no sense of urgency, even though I was an out of town customer. I had to prompt them to look for a part locally so I could get home. That was 2 days after I brought my car there and 1 day after they reordered the necessary parts due to receiving the wrong ones initially. The final straw was when they told my boyfriend that they disclosed all this information to me (nope) and that they did not diagnose it until 1 day after they told me the problems with the car. They did waive the diagnostic fee they were going to charge me (as I opted not to have them fix my car), but that was a small price to (not) pay since I ended up having to rent a car and pay to ship my car home. I m sure you can find a better place in Savannah to have your car serviced!

When I say that this experience was nothing short of amazing I mean I am not usually easy to impress but I was definitely impressed with the level of excellence that was bestowed upon me when dealing with Dan Vaden Chevrolet in Savannah. Kean Williams you were a God send to me in my time of need. You made the purchase of my 15 Jeep Cherokee a breeze. You worked with me and helped me after being turned down by so many dealerships who wanted to charge an arm and a leg for a down payment but I will say that this was the ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE I have had with a dealership! Not to mention a great employer too! I love y all #VadenNation

I stopped in at the location on abercorn that's going under construction just to look at a truck. I asked about a price to just see if it's in the price range I'm looking. They immediately started asking for my social to run numbers then low balled me on my trade saying they wouldn't do anything until I gave it to them. After I said no they rushed me my keys and walked me out the door. That is not the way you make a sale at all. Will not be going back there!

Your customer service reps are great., but overall they represent the business as a whole. If I am told that they will get back to me about my car that is what I expect. I m still waiting for a call back and it has been 3 business days and a weekend and yet still no call has been returned. This for me is bad business. In any relationship communication is key! Dan Vaden has poor communication skills. It is not cheap to bring a car in for any service that you provide. All I m asking for is communication.

Horrible experience from the service dept. Set up an appointment to see why my gas gauge /temperature gauge drop down after having a battery and alternator change. I was told it was gonna be 110.00 to look at then they went from 110 to 130 bout time I got there. Also I was told it was going to be 2 hours. That also changed I was informed it would be several hours and they wasn't sure what time I would receive my vechicle. I had plans to wait on my vechicle since I was first given a two hour wait time. Also was informed at the last minute that the shuttle was not going to be running. If I knew all this before hand I would have waited to bring my vechicle in at another time . Wasted time and gas!!! Last but not least very arrogant staff working the service drive
I have brought 3 brand new cars from this dealership over the years and things just not the same.
Anyway I ended up getting my vechicle and leaving

I had no intention of trading my previous owned car, just took it in for services. While waiting, Mr. Kean Williams showed me a couple of the New SUVS and I test drove the Traverse and he was so informative of the vehicle, I wanted it.
When Mr. Eric Mills, Sales Mgr and Mr. Lavelle, Bank Rep approved and made sure that I qualified to buy the vehicle, I was Completely Satisfied when I left Dan Vaden. Thanks to your Team of Teams.

What an experience. The salesman was decent...finance manager is a crook. We purchased a vehicle here a few months back and regret it everyday since. First off, after purchased we were given a complimentary detail for the car. Took it and dropped it off, when we got it back it looked like it had been merely sprayed with water. Still completely dirty, interior not even touched, windshield hadn't even been wiped. We also found it had some sort of overspray on the windshield that we had to scrap off. Secondly we were sold there so called "premium mAintenance package" advised our vehicle was so technical and wouldn't be covered under warranty (which was a lie) also told it would shorten our finance term (which was also a lie, they only submit payment to the bank once a month) and were told they would draft our account for half a payment every two weeks. Took it in for first oil change and sat for 2.5 hrs waiting while absolutely no one seemed concerned of our wait. After that terrible experience we did some research and found that the maintenance we were paying for was an absolute copy of the factory warranty and we were paying roughly $800 a year for oil changes!!!! After calling several times to cancel the package and being directed to voicemails of people who would not return the call, we went in to handle it. Was greated wonderfully by a salesman until he realized we were not there to buy and then directed to a building where we sat for 45 mins before finally walking into an office and demanding service. We were told we were silly for cancelling and given a form to sign that stated it would be terminated within 48 hrs. Here we are 10 days later and they attempted to draft more money out of our account!! We will absolutely never return to a Vaden dealer nor recommend. Coming from a family of sales people including many car salesman I am disgusted. After my father (a car salesman of over 30 years) reviewed my papers, even he was blown away with how horribly they ripped us off! I doubt we will ever get a refund for the additional $600 we have already paid to them for maintenance in less than 5 months!!

So my car was leaking gas from the fuel pump. Not only did they order the part within a day, they had the fuel pump system replaced and repair by the next day. Matthew duede gave me the best customer service and assured me that my car would be fixed in a timely manner. He also calmed me down b/c I started to freak out thinking that I was gonna have to leave my car there for a few days. thanks matt.

This is the worst place ever to purchase a vehicle. Currently my boyfriend and I purchased a 2014 Chevrolet silverodo LTZ our salesman's name was Tim. By far the most lying person I've ever met. Sweet as pie until you by the car.... Needless to say, we haven't had pur vehicle 20 days and its at another Dan Baden dealership being inspected. After purchasing we noticed there was damage on the front bumper, we have in writing from the dealership it will be fixed with another factory bumper.... Well they have never called or returned our call to replace it . After having another dealership look at it, there was way more damage. The salesman Tim said the car fax was clean and some more other lies. We have spoken to the manager who said he would call us back that evening and its been 4 days and still no phone call. On top of that they sold of a "certified vehicle" that isn't certified. Had they done there 172 point inspection they would of notice the damage. After numerous phone calls and no return call from anyone, we have now seemed legal counsel and waiting to proceed. These people are scam artist that take peoples money and sell them crap for vehicles. I wish the general manager would sit and have a chat with us, but no one would release his information. Stay clear from these people. Will keep and update after my attorney figures out what's next!!!!

Absolute worst service ever. Caused more damage than they fixed. After weeks of trying to get an answer the service manager offered to fix the damage (that they caused!) only to have that service manager leave and another take her place. Back to square one.

I will never do business with any of the Vaden dealerships after this experience. I am very pleased that my insight into their business practices came on some warranty work and not on a significant purchase.

Denise, Rebecca, and Robin in BDC did an excellent job of researching all vehicles that I would potentially be interested in. They got Don, the salesman that I worked with involved and he went out and brought the vehicle that I bought up to the lot and allowed me to test drive said vehicle. In doing that I fell in love with the ride and classiness of the vehicle. Seeing as how my wife owns a luxurious 2014 SRX, I really enjoy driving a Cadillac (the little that she allows me to drive her vehicle)....I decided to purchase my own and I am glad I did...!!!! Great features, love the CUE system and all that it allows...!!!! I will share my experiences that I have with Dan Vaden Savannah with all of my friends!!!! For an oil change that normally takes less than 30...

For an oil change that normally takes less than 30 minutes at other places, it took almost 2 hours at Dan Vaden. I realize that there are plenty of other customers getting work done, but when you have an appointment, this is on the verge of ridiculous. What a way for a mechanic to ride the clock. Everyone's time is important nowdays, and with providing "great" customer service, an explanation would have been considerate after 1 hour.
On July 17 I drove my car from the service department after having the transmission "repaired". Before I could get to the interstate, the gears started slipping again upon take off from a stop light, to the point of cars behind me blowing their horns. It finally caught and took off. I called service dept. and took it back. The next day, I was called and told that they could not find anything wrong. I picked it up again on July 19. Over the weekend, I basically didn't go anywhere except local, maybe twice to the store. On July 22, I drove to work and it did well. On July 23, I drove to work and it did well, until I did an errand. While in the bank parking lot, the motor was surging again and I had to use the brake with my foot off the gas pedal to keep from speeding in the parking lot. I got back to work and then on the way home, it was surging forward again. This happens at different times.
THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE! Your service guys are very friendly, but they either don't believe that this is happening or they don't know what the problem is. In the meantime, I am driving a brand new car that is UNSAFE. I am to the point where I don't know whether to keep wasting my time bringing the car in to service or just contact an attorney. I know that if I am in an accident because of this problem, I will definitely be contacting my attorney.
After writing the above review, I get a phone call from the service department about bringing my car back in. I am told that it is probably the way I drive the car. Ha! Over the weekend, my finance' drives the car as we were out and about. He told me he sees what I have been complaining about and there is definitely something wrong with the car. But needless to say, after calling the service department last Thursday and Friday and leaving messages, I have still not received a return call a week later. 7/31/13

While driving down I-95 going from South Carolina to Florida our windshield wipers stopped working and just went floppy on our Chevy Equinox. After calling around to a couple of auto parts stores to no avail, I looked for the nearest dealership. It happened to be Dan Vaden Chevrolet. Not only did they have the part we needed in stock, they were also very friendly and helpful in getting it into my hands, at a very fair price, for me to install! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH DAN VADEN CHEVROLET!!! Y'all were the ray of sunshine we needed on a very rainy day!!

We ordered parts, paid cash, called several times checking status. We never received a courtesy call. Finally after weeks we go in person only to find out the parts are unavailable. Ok so we asked for a refund & it's "store policy" to issue a check. We provided mailing address but still had to call repeatedly to check status of refund. I finally left a detailed message for Corde Moore. Oh he's the parts MANAGER and he didn't have the consideration to return my call. Instead some unprofessional girl named (Shonda?) called me & literally made it a point to hang up in my face while I was expressing my frustration. Needless to say never going back to this location but had to let it be known to the public how trifling & inconsiderate the staff is. Please don't ask me to contact your office for details about this because when I tried to reach a member of management you guys didn't want to talk then. So...

!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!! I initially gave a 5 star review for buying a 2016 Colorado. I loved my truck and thought I got a good deal until I noticed a massive transmission leak I brought it in for an oil change and to get fixed they had it for an entire day went to pick it up they said everything thing was good and their head mechanic didn t see a leak. I assumed they just wiped it up and said all good, THEY DIDNT EVEN DO THAT!!! I got under the truck when I got home and transmission fluid was still everywhere! So I brought the truck back and they gave me the option to trade the truck in for a Silverado so I did, while I was there I decided to get my wife a newer suv while I was at it. The entire time we were buying this car we kept getting told 2016 2016 2016, it wasn t a 2016 it was a 2015. We bought the car with 12000 miles on it but the contract says we bought it with 7000. Sooooo moral of the story is use this place as a last resort. They are nice and friendly until you buy a car, then they treat you like garbage for any warranty work. Please please please !!!!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
