Expect to pay more. When I was pricing cars, they were the most expensive I could find at the south end of L.A. County. This is, no doubt, to support their location in the biggest auto mall in the U.S. I did have my car serviced there a couple of times, and again, paid dearly for it. The service personnel are polite and they do make an effort to establish a personal relationship as they assign you to one of their front-end people who will see you each time you go. He did remember some details about what we discussed the first time I was there and he asked how things were going in regards to that discussion. I like that but it is still not enough to offset the cost.

After a terrible visit to long beach Nissan to find it closed and the warrantys I purchased there are no longer valid. I was pleasantly surprised to find Nissan in Cerritos. They are knowledgeable and very supportive. They couldn't do anything about my warranties but the let me know who to call and did an oil change. They were gracious and kind customer service at its finest. Ty

The intention was to establish a long term service...

The intention was to establish a long term service relationship after the closure of Long Beach Nissan.

I was flabber gasted when it was clear that the representative was trying to upsell me after having saved his friend 1/2 the cost on the $1100 service for his mom and a rental for $20.00.

Regardless of that I still left the car for an oil change and called to cancel the initial request for inspection at 5:30 with Maya.

To my surprise this was not communicated to Ken in a timely fashion.

When I picked up my car it had grease on the floor panel, and on Saturday when I opened my trunk there was grease on the carpet which will need to be cleaned professionally.

On top of this I was charged for labor! Why after having cancelled the inspection I should have only paid for the rental and the oil change.

At this time I would expect a refund and will opt on going out of my way to a different service location.

Well they are bigest theif or i guess crooks is right word for these frauds,but they probably give you a car to drive but do check the deal because i got fraud from cerritos nissan took 2000$ and got my car towed saying my credit was not approved,stealing money from local public,dnt buy car from cerritos nissan they will probably do the same thing with anybody begging for reviews and car sale that nisaan teaching their franchise how to fraud local public ,under the constitution these franchise should shut down,

Had a plesant time here. All staff was courteous and the process didnt take that long. They listened to me and what my needs were and they were able to put me in the car i wanted. NO PRESSURE.

I recently purchased a Nissan Pathfinder at Cerritos Nissan (in Cerritos California) their service was awesome, truly second to none. The salesmen were cordial, very knowledgeable of their products, patient, unassuming and accommodating to my particular vehicular needs.

In fact, I didn't feel any pressure to see or purchase any particular vehicle. I was simply allowed to view any vehicle and ask any question about the vehicle that I may have been interested in purchasing. At my leisure, I was shown a wide variety of vehicle colors and unique features while thoroughly taking my time to examine each one.

Last but not least, the finance department personnel were tremendous. They exemplified the same qualities as the salesmen. As you may already know, the Nissan product (Nissan automobiles) are already top-of-the-line in and of itself. So, I don't think I need to say more in that regard.

I strongly recommend Nissan Cerritos to any true quality seeking vehicle buyer out there! Thank you for your time.

Bad customer service recently purchased a car about a month ago gave me problems car started on fire whatever you do do not trust what these people tell you very upset with the manager called over 20 times to speak to the manager and he happens to never be available for some reason I wouldn't I recommend you not to purchase any car from this Nissan dealership customer service is horrible

OMG!!! Where do I start, we first went to Toyota across the street got an idea there of what we were looking at. We were shopping for a car for my little sister today. So then we went to Nissan and at first we were a little iffy but then they gave us another sales person Jose R. this kid knew what he was doing.He should my sister a couple of used cars and told her to test drive it, when we then asked for ball park figures he got his senior sales rep who jumped through hoops but when asked for the option of thinking about it, they were gracious enough to let us go but before they did the Desk Manager Albert came to make sure that we were treated well we explained that we wanted to think about it and he said fine. We went back to Toyota that was a mistake. We went back to Nissan and Albert welcomed us back with open arms and then sent us with Richard the credit Manager. And Richard looked for the right car for my sister then when he took the numbers to Albert and his team they were having a BBQ and fed us hamburgers and hot dogs and Isabel who was manning the Stan was sooo sweet. Then we went to Danni Mun who worked the numbers like MAGIC. My sister ended up with a brand new 2017 Nissan Sentra with all kinds of warranties and services included in her payment, and to think she started out looking at used cars. The whole entire team at Cerritos Nissan was awesome. Thank you so much we really appreciate it.

Horrible service. They do not call you to tell you your appointment has been cancelled - has happened twice already. When you call to speak to a manager, they hang up on you. I had to call ask for another department, and then ask to speak to their manager, which then turned out that they could not do anything, so I was left back at square one. All they, receptionist, offered was to for me to leave a voicemail for her manager to call back. I am still waiting. No call back. We go to another Nissan now for service with exceptional customer service. Basically, avoid this place.

I purchased a car a couple weeks ago. Saul was great! Helpful Honda guy has nothing on the Nice Nissan Folks! He worked out the pricing I needed and was friendly. My kids were bouncing all over the place and hungry - during test drive he let us stop off to pick up food. My son was inundating him with questions and Saul was as engaged in listening to him as to working the deal. It was really a pleasure and if you want to be treated as a "person" as opposed to being treated as a "sale" I HIGHLY recommend you go to Nissan and ask for Saul!

Jaime was the best customer service I have ever had at Cerritos Nissan. He was very helpful and basically did a miracle for me because what some other employee at the same location told me I was not able to do something, he made it possible. I am very thankful for him and will continue going to only him.

I want to start by saying that this place its really busy, I bought my car 1 year ago and I know is still has manufacturer warranty, I have taken my car here twice already because the car keeps throttling like if it wants to turn off only after a few minutes drive in the mornings when heading to work and not just only in the mornings same thing happens when heading back home, I told the service advisors what was going with it and they still told me that everything was fine and they couldnt find nothing wrong with my car that if it kepton doing the same thing to take back which eventually it will happen, it would be the third time I take back for the same issue which is good in a way because I already know about the lemon law, third time in the dealer for same reason and I will hire a lemon law lawyer, because I have also heard that this nissan sentras and altimas are no good, I will also contact the bbb department, consumer affairs and the state attorneys office and make sure they help me and if they dont I will hire a lemon law lawyer as my last resource

I received the best service here from Jacob V. This guy really went over and beyond and was very informative and polite. My AC went out on my Altima and he was able to not only get me a whole new compressor through my Warranty as well as recharge my ac which cost me nothing I left here really happy and cool with a working ac. While my car was being repaired they hooked me up with a new 2020 Altima for five days free with my warranty.

Last year. We "settled" for an SR after driving for 4 hours in an SL looking for the car we wanted. At 11:30 pm not having test driven ANY car, we negotiated and went home in a car we relly didn't want. Not to mention, they sent us home with a second car key that didn't belong to us. We had to return later in the week to give it back.

Today, we received a call from a sales person. The conversation went like this:

REP: I can get you into a 2017 Nissan Altima, same kind as the one you are driving, zero down, same payments since Nissan has rebates pending on the 2017 models.

Me: If I come in, are you going to jerk me around, because I don't want to waste time.

REP: not at all, you have had car for 10 months right?

ME: no, a year this month.

REP: NO PROBLEM. I CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN JUST COME ON IN.

Guess what?

REP: sorry, you owe too much money. We can't get you into a 2017 without a down payment.

ME: Screw you. I told you I would be wasting my time.

REP: Sorry. Wait a year and come back.

Really. Ummm. No.

The Internet Sales Manager Saul is a real gem , that even my family raves about him about what a sweet person he is and how he went out of his way for me and my family. Thank you Saul for making this a pleasurable experience. Another big thanks goes out to Michelle Stalling the Internet Sales Director who also was extremely nice and very easy to deal with and accommodating . Thank you all very much once again for your over the top service . I would recommend any looking for a new vehicle to go to this dealership, I went several dealerships and nothing compared to the professionalism and quality of service this team provides .

This dealership is by far the worst I've ever worked with. Management does not return calls and carry such a bad attitude. Once they got their money they did/do absolutely nothing to help us resolve a major issue.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE. I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE!!

Costumers service? %0. Employees? some are nice and some are horrible. Wait time? forever......... advice? Ask the salesman to tell you upfront what docs does he/she want from the beginning before going any further.

I had so much headache. Salesman wasn't clear from the beginning at all. Made it sounds so easy till i went there and waited forever and wasted a whole day and had to come next day and wasted another 3 hours.

After all that, I got a better deal in a heart beat the day after from another dealer next door.

Taking my car to Cerritos Nissan was one of the best experiences I ve had with a dealership service department ever. Jacob, my advisor, was a true professional and he provided superior service with my particular situation. I am not a Nissan customer but my vehicle is a used Nissan I purchased from a Hyundai dealership. I had problems with my transmission but thankfully everything was covered under warranty. Jacob made sure to check in with me every step of the way and provided a rental for the duration of the repairs. I was back on the road in my own vehicle in no time thanks to Jacob and the great staff at Cerritos.

I been going to this dealership for past 4 years and I always enjoyed it. I've had 2 flat tires and I felt I could have gone to a cheaper place where they would charge me half or one-third the price to replace tire but I didn't because I enjoy excellent customer service and service they do on car. This time was different, was going to replace a tire and know how the process work and Tony was trying to rip me off, trying to get me to spend an unnecessary extra hundred dollars for some other bs thing. He was trying to get me on a credit plan to pay for bill when I clearly said I want to pay it off in full and when found out i was paying monthly payments, I said i wasn't ok with that and he said it was too late to change payment options. It wasn't until I ask to speak to manager that he said he will call and cancel payment options. I always love Nissan customer service for past 4 years since I bought my car there, but Tony ruined past 4 years of EXCELLENT customer service with trying to make a few extra hundred dollars off me. I had just gone a few months ago to do maintenance and spend 2k on car and then tony was calling me to spend money alot of money on little pointless stuff, I totally get its there job to try to sell me on stuff like that, but it was beyond obviously it was trying to get me to spend money on every single little thing possible so he can get commish or meet some bonus or whatever.

Even though it was Jesus s second day on the job, he was very knowledgeable and attentive. The finance office people go above and beyond to give you the best deal possible. I purchased a brand new SUV from Cerritos Nissan and been trusting them with doing the maintenance on my car from day one, today after a schedule maintenance I found out that the services I was paying for were not being done, when confronted with the proof all I was offer was sorry we'll make sure it get done next time, are you freaking kidding me, I trusted this place with my new car and all they could say was better luck next time while they still charged my credit card, I'm beyond upset and really considering legal action against Cerritos Nissan, I will not let this be ignored and pretend nothing happen, they need to learn there are consequences for ripping off loyal customer, I can just imagen how much I paid over the last 2 years for services that never happened, I will not let it be swept under the rag without consequences. UPDATE just got a check in the mail from Cerritos Nissan, two weeks after my original review, didn't even have the guts to come here and denied my claims so now we all know what I said is all true,be careful doing business with this place , this people have no shame and couldn't care less about their customers.

During the purchase experience it was very difficult to get straight answers and everything took a very long time. Plan to spend several hours getting your vehicle. It also took several calls and I actually having to physically go down there to get them to provide correct information I needed. Their customer relation manager was amazing... sales/finance staff was mediocre at best.

I financed through Nissan, now its 3 weeks later and I have no info to make the payments. I called twice and both time they said I'd get a call back which never happened. I called a 3rd time now and was told they were too busy to assist me. I asked what I should do and she said "hang on I'll see if someone can stop helping customers to assist you." So apparently after the purchase is done you are no longer a customer. After several minutes on hold I was pushed to a generic voice mail likely because she just didn't want to deal with me.

My last Nissan I serviced here for 10 years and had a great experience with my service advisor, Tony Fears, which is why I decided to purchase here. After this I don't want to give them my service business any longer.

Christian was soo great! I had a bad experience at Nissan of Long Beach. But Christian made it feel like I could maybe get a Nissan again. Nissan of Long Beach has a 19.99 oil change special option. I wish Cerritos Nissan had some better deals on oil changes. I would be more likely to come there more often and look into upgrading my car.

I got a great deal on a Nissan Rogue Sport. Victor Chavez was a great salesman, he answered all my questions about the car. Victor set up my Bluetooth and my radio pre-sets, plus I left with a full tank of gas. Every one I came in contact with was pleasant. Overall a good experience.

Had a great buying experience this past weekend. I worked with Richard U. He helped my wife and I pick out a Rogue SV. He was great to work with. He explained all the features available for all the models. He did not pressure us into buying anything we did not need. The buying process went smoothly.

I really liked the customer service they showed after the purchase was made. They took the time to set up the radio, show us the technology features and even helped my wife pair her phone before we left the lot.
