They quoted me almost $1600 for a regular oil change and mistype all my information. Even thought after the fact he entered the proper info still was wrong they place sticker for next oil change with 2000 miles before the right mileage bad experience very bad

I did an extensive search for the best deal on a new NV200 cargo van, I contacted 13 Nissan dealers in Southern California. We Iive in the desert and getting a good deal locally is pretty much impossible. Tony Flores was the very first to respond with a great offer. He continued to followup and was very professional. We had a change of heart on which color we wanted and were considering another dealership. Because of the way Tony had treated us I reached out to him since he had been on top of things and I had felt he had given us his best. We need an answer quickly and since Tony was gone for the day he referred us to Sunny Shroff, again as helpful as Tony had been. We made an offer and Sunny told us he had to wait till morning for approval from the GSM. The following morning it was APPROVED and we had a deal. We proceeded to drive 2 hours to sign the paperwork and pickup the car, along the way we requested no less than 3 times the final numbers and payment on the car. As we are literally 20 mins from the dealership we finally got an email from Tony, sorry but they would not honor the offer! I reached out to Sunny whom had call us confirming the deal, he apologized but the GSM changed his mind in the course of less than 2 hours, they would lose too much money he said. It was a great deal but if they would lose too much why approve it to begin with? Saying no to the offer would not have hurt my feelings, but driving 4 hours round trip does really anger me. Had I not continued to push this it would have gone down at the dealership and that would not have been pretty. The management of this company is exactly why people hold car salesman in such low esteem. Too bad, Tony and Sunny really seemed like they cared.

Luis was the best salesman ever! Throughout the years we've had some bad experiences with salesmen at different dealers, but Luis definitely went over the top to make sure I walked out with the best car that suited all of my needs. We spent the majority of the day looking for what I wanted and he was patient with me and gave us a great deal!

They just recently upgraded and remodeled their whole building. I am impressed especially with the waiting area/lobby with state of the art gadgets, modern furniture, and complimentary amenities. An enclosed kids area with 'kid friendly' gadgets for entertainment and a t.v. that airs Rated G programs. For the general public it offers a hot drink machine, pastries, bottled water (cold or room temperature), and other snacks complimentary to its customers. There are two flat screen tv's, plenty of seats and tables to accommodate a pleasant stay while your vehicle is being serviced. The restrooms are adjacent to the lobby for quick access and have been remodeled as well. They keep the areas clean and stocked. Way to go Cerritos Nissan!

DO NOT RECCOMEND!!! Came here purchased a Nissan Altima only to realize the TRANSMISSION was BAD!!! Spoke to --> LUIS GASCA <--- from FINANCE & receive the worst customer service EVER. He did not want to give us any solutions to our problem. His words were " You take it how you bought it" was very sarcastic and demeaning! I'm sure if it would've been his situation he'd act differently. Such poor customer service don't know why they hire people like him. Also during the sale they asked for a Finance person who spoke Spanish and during the sale ANTHONY only spoke ENGLISH refused to speak Spanish.

I came in to turn in my lease and was greeted by Jose Real. He was very patient, respectful, and had a kind heart. He explained my options and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I ended taking home a Sentra. Thomas Castro was also very helpful and patient with the process. I greatly appreciate their time and service. I'm happy with the experience. Great customer service.

First off i bought 3 new cars off the lot in my life and this one was the Best. I worked with Sonny (19 yr Old with a old soul ) i came to him and told him about the 3 car dealers that just turned me down and he thought that was crazy. To make a long story short i got a 2014 Dodge Avenger ( some american muscle in my life ) at the price i wanted, payment LOWER than expected, And the lowest interest rate i ever had on a new car. And he was Kind enough to take me to my Credit union to Cash a check and then more good news !!!! in 6 months the Credit union would lower everything for me again.......sweet. I guess the icing on the cake would be a i past inspection for UBER. My problem is i only got one of sonny's business cards and all my friends i have to manually give them his phone number but its all good. Great day at CERRITOS NISSAN

Horrible experience and it s unfortunate because I m a car salesman and it s so funny when the rolls are switched. However, one of the sales managers by the name of Mauricio was extremely rude and profiled me which was hilarious seeing as he didn t know I work in the same industry as he does. Not sure how you walk in to a dealership with an 801 fico score across the board and he s requesting 4500 down when I qualify for damn near the entire lot with no money down. When I told Mauricio I wanted no money down, it bothered him. When I ended up being approved for the zero down he didn t acknowledge me, never returned to the desk to tell me it was approved, he looked at me with disgust and disregarded me for the rest of the evening. My sales rep Kajuan was awesome, however you over promised me a lot of things that could not be done and it was like your GM said, next time before you say it can be done... double check you were close to losing a sale for the simple fact you didn t know what could and couldn t be done with my Maxima platinum and my loan. I give YOU (Kajuan) 5 stars sir, but the overall experience was trash. Thanks for my car though.

Wouldn t recommend this Nissan dealer to anyone. The sales rep that helped me was a lier from the beginning. First he lied about a specific color that I needed and he told me they can get it for me and unfortunately they couldn t get it. Then he ran my credit without my permission then he lied about the disposition fee talking about he didn t know about it. 5 years manager and doesn t know about disposition fee or the return policy then come to find out that the Nissan Sentras don t come with power seating. Bad experience.

Never shop here. I foolishly bought an over priced truck and bought worthless services that I could never use, going over what l told dealers I could afford. I regret going there. When I called dealer to fix a defect they were rude and belittling. Don't go there!

Customer service phone representative was rude and disconnected my call 3 times. Repair cost we're overpriced. Service representative wasn't to friendly. Representative told us he would show us the damaged part which he didn't. Just not a pleasant experience. Do not appreciate being taken advantage. When waiting at the lounge a Nissan sales person insist that you talk to them about purchasing a new car. If I want to buy a car I will let you know I don't need to be pressured by your sales team.
