During the purchase experience it was very difficult to get straight answers and everything took a very long time. Plan to spend several hours getting your vehicle. It also took several calls and I actually having to physically go down there to get them to provide correct information I needed. Their customer relation manager was amazing... sales/finance staff was mediocre at best.

I financed through Nissan, now its 3 weeks later and I have no info to make the payments. I called twice and both time they said I'd get a call back which never happened. I called a 3rd time now and was told they were too busy to assist me. I asked what I should do and she said "hang on I'll see if someone can stop helping customers to assist you." So apparently after the purchase is done you are no longer a customer. After several minutes on hold I was pushed to a generic voice mail likely because she just didn't want to deal with me.

My last Nissan I serviced here for 10 years and had a great experience with my service advisor, Tony Fears, which is why I decided to purchase here. After this I don't want to give them my service business any longer.
