Rude to the needs of their customers. Informed them that I'm diabetic and in need of getting home to eat. They tried their best to keep me there to seal the deal, which would have kept me there for another or two, so I walked out after twenty minutes more. They keep calling me to come back in, and I keep telling them that I'm no longer interested.

I just purchase a new 2020 Altima. On Friday I fill out a questionnaire on line about what car was I interested in plus a few other questions. That same evening they replay back and Saul Estrada who sold me the car also replay back and wanted me to go in and see the car I wanted. I got there on saturday night thinking I wasn't going to leave with a new car. Saul and the rest of the team made it happen. Everyone there are nice and friendly. When it came down to business the team were very professional and took care of the finances in no time. When it comes to a Nissan car I will recommend Nissan of Cerritos. And I was going to the new Nissan in Downey but thanks to Saul and his follow ups on e-mails convinced me to go with you guys. Thank you very much.

Had to pretty much break their arm to get a good deal. They try to pretend like there aren't any discounts unless you come with printouts or competitive comparisons. U even used my employee purchase program and they tried to ignore it

I took my car to the dealership to be fixed so it would pass the smog check and that was in August and it cost $4000 and then just this November I have it did not pass in August it did not pass it said it was not ready so I took it back to the dealership to have it fixed for a smog check they gave us back the car the check engine light was still on they told us to drive 300 miles we did so and we took it in for a smog check and it did not pass

Then we called the dealership and found out that it was gonna cost 1000 more dollars to get some thing fixed for the smog check and I proceeded to ask them to use my car as a trade-in give me back my money I ve paid for repairs plus trade-in and so I can just purchase another Nissan.

I am a Nissan family but this last experience was horrendous have never run Into it before. The service staff told me they would check with the salesman to see how much of her they would give me for my car to buy my car back so I could buy a new car and I expect a really good price because I just spent a whole bunch of money on This car.

2006 and only has 40,000 miles on it remarkable that I had to pay thinking the first time was going to be enough

I had a very terrible experience in Nissian Torrance, very deceitful people, full of lies and mischief, that made me gave up instantly on Nissian but my husband said I cant judge the cerritos office cos of someone's mistake, so I was willing to take the risk again, and they amazed me with their customer service, KARLA was my sales manager and she made sure I got something closer to what I wanted, I had massive options. JOSE her manager was amazing, his a good negotiator too, sure knows his job, lol and STEVE the finance guy made us laugh so hard. Great team. Excellent service.

Service department messed up and overscheduled so my appointment was pushed. Should have known I'd have an awful experience when it's starts off so rough. Got ZERO updates except when I tracked down where my rep was hiding. PLEASE go to CARSON NISSAN because you have options and this place only wants to sell you more services you don't need while you wait hours for the ones you scheduled ahead of time. FINALLY got my car after 5 hours of waiting, wouldn't have minded if provided ANY updates. Had to keep hunting down my service rep, think he was avoiding me because of how backed up they were. He did apologize in the end. HOPEFULLY this was just a bad day there.

He made sure I got the best possible deal and offered up good conversation while I waited. The Italian Ice was just an added bonus. Thank you for making this a painless process. This dealership uses deceptive practices and does not honor their pricing given over the phone by the internet sales manager, otherwise known as "bait and switch". Furthermore, they take advantage of senior citizens by giving them a high interest rate when the individual has tier one credit and their explanation is "it's standard". I will advise other friends and family via social media not to waste your time going to this dealership as they have left a bad taste in my mouth and others need to be advised of their illegal, wrongful and deceptive practices.

We came on a Saturday
..like normal negotiations take time. We were verbally promised brackets to be placed and to return Sunday. We returned Sunday as we were asked to do. Car was NOT ready..service center closed on Sundays. We wasted another day. Monday comes..we come to pick up car because they called it was ready and it was not ready. Waiting for the 2nd pair of keys of which should have been ready. I am disappointed with the customer service.We never took the car off the lot until everything was completed. The manager than said we could return it and revoke contract of which we gladly accepted. A financial mgr helped us. States contract is now void and signed a paper with vin number. We entered the front door and asked to exit through the back as if we did something wrong when in fact..They failed to meet verbal and written agreements. Buyer be aware. Read carefully what the car cost and what is on the contract. Thank you.

Mr. Tony Fears is an excellent service advisor. He listens and takes what you say to heart. Doesn't try to find a way to get the most money out of a service like another advisor there. He tells you what the options are and then asks what you want done. Totally no pressure on you.

Don't know how much I trust these guys. Nice people, great little service center, treat you well but.... Canned inspection reports. I have been here a few times now, 4 in total On my first visit I topped of the air in my tires, filled my washer fluid reservoir then took it in for an oil change. The inspection report claimed the tires were low and the washer fluid was empty. Hmmmm. So, next time I was due for service I changed my air filter topped of my fluids and took it in... Sure enough the inspection report says the washer fluid was empty and I needed an air filter... Guess those new air filters last about 6 miles now. I just wish they would actually look at the vehicle and be honest. This last one has me leaving with a $2,200 estimate.

Had a great experience!! Abraham was the best and the finance person was just as wonderful. In addition, we got lunch and drinks and were happy campers. I just came in to see approx how much the cars were selling for and I drove off in a new 2020.

Price was fantastic and well within our budget. I have been a loyal Toyota owner for my last 5 cars always purchasing new after they are paid off. I am hoping that Nissan will not disappoint me on how the car hold up and that my next car (or my husbands) will be from Cerritos Nissan.

From my first conversation with him on the phone to closing the deal it was a stress free situation. I had not purchased/leased a new vehicle in 15 years. Richard was most helpful, understood my needs and wants and never at any time did he attempt to pressure me into anything. He explained all the basics of the Rogue. My experience w/Nissan began 6/4/20 . I thought would be a fairly easy task. Since I did contact MPP first concerning air conditioner on Nissan, Juke 2016 w only 20,000 miles. Not much of a driver. First contact person Ivan from Services Dept. He was pleasant, attentive and positive. Key elements in c. s. .I explained set day /time . Did the drop off. Then he texted me w unfortunate information. MPP would not cover, I went numb & basically told Ivan cut to t chase. What do I owe, ECT... He was still cordial. When I hung up I was flipping like a pancake, disappointed, & wondered about MPP. I made a choice not to go back not because of Ivan, it was due to cost. Then on 6/5 Ivan texted me . I read & re-read his message. Ivan & his service manager (wish I knew his name!) Worked it out with MPP!! i felt like a lottery winner!!! From that moment on Ivan kept me posted , on a daily took a little longer (pandemic) to fix. I beleive you have some great humans representing Nissan! Ivan is great at his position ! I had originally given this dealership 5 stars, but 6 calls in a single month asking me if I want to trade in or refinance my car is excessive.

The service was satisfactory when we originally purchased our car. The staff were polite and helpful. We got a good deal during the Memorial Day sale. Would probably buy a car from here again if the phone call situation gets handled.

August update: 3 more calls. Even after repeatedly asking them to stop calling because I am not in the market for a new car. This is insane!

Aaron took really good care of me and my family and I got a great deal within my budget.I know have more space and can fit all my kids comfortably in 1 car I bateas of driving two. Jose Miranda the sales manager was kind to my family and made sure the process was smooth and didn t take so long considering we had my grandma and mom there as well. When we got into finance Priscilla Hastings made sure that I understood every single aspect that was important about coverage on the car and I did get one option which she tailored specifically to my needs instead of me paying for all of the packages they had. An example was oil changes I do my own at home so I didn t need it but coverage to replace a key or to fix a dent or replace a popped tire was worth it for me to take especially knowing that I have 5 kids and they can play rough sometimes near the car in the driveway. Priscilla was absolutely easy to deal with and normally when I bought cars in the past I dreaded finance because I knew I d be stuck there for hours but with Priscilla she was knowledgeable and experienced it only took about 30 minutes or at least it felt like 30 minutes.Thank you guys for taking such good care of me and putting us in the vehicle we wanted within our budget and treating us like family.

I have to say that the experience buying a new truck from Cerritos Nissan was fantastic. The Internet Manager Sonny was great to talk to and was very personable. It did take a few hours from the start to driving off the lot but I expect that was because they sold many cars before completing my deal. They bang on this bell when a car is sold. Kind of noisey but it is like a casino environment (I felt excited anticipating the next bell ringing). Based on my experience with Cerritos Nissan I would recommend them to family and friends.
