I have had a great experience living in this neighborhood. The staff at the office has always been such a good help for me. Glenda and Kathy are amazing woman and always are there when I m in need. Beautiful layouts for apartments and very clean. Love it here ! Highly recommend. Kris !
This is the worst apartment ever. I regret renewing my lease. The office staff were amazing in the past (including Ms. Medina) , but now they are so many new office staff employees passing through, the entire management is horrible. They are very disorganized to the point they over charge you for things that you payed for in the past. The worst part is that you can never get in contact with them. Every time you call, no one picks up. I personally asked for their corporate number and the "new" assistant manager rudely refused to give it to me. She told me that, "I should, google it because it's not in her job descriptions". On top of that, the apartment is infested with ants and roaches and robberies continue to happen. I am not one to complain but enough is enough. The only good thing about the apartment is the maintainence team. They actually get work orders done in a timely manner and are very nice and respectful. BEWARE!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Save you money and your sanity
Love this place so far! The staff has been really accommodating in helping our living and move-in process. We had some small maintenance issues, but we were persistant in contacting them and they were very helpful once they arrived.

Very discriminating.. I came here because the site said that this place had 2/2 for the 1200s and was given a 1400 floor plan. I honestly felt like the lady at the office chose this one on purpose so she can shoo us away .
Was rudely spoken to in the phone as I was asking questions about their policies. I was interested in looking at possibly getting a place here. But after the service I received I think I ll find someplace else. The staff should be taught how customer service and some sort of respect when dealing with customers. Never have I had such a negative experience with an apartment complex. And the prices aren t that good, they re basically ripping people off of there money for subpar units. Learn to treat prospect leases with respect if you want any business in the future.
Let me start of by saying that the majority of positive reviews about this place are written by the staff...
-Safety: There was a recent break-in in the building across the pond from me, and nothing was done for security measures, in fact, gates were left open the following three nights.
-Resident only gate has been broken for weeks, forcing residents who make the mistake of going to that gate to preform an unsafe Uturn/ unnecessary cross traffic turn in the busy intersection. Nothing has been done to fix this.
-Parking: there is insufficient parking throughout the neighborhood, leaving residents no choice but to park in the street. My neighbors car was hit, and no note was left, forcing them to pay for the damages on their own.... No response from the MGMT except that they would now be enforcing towing. Towing residents for parking on curbs does not solve the problem that there is not enough parking.
-Attempted to stop by the office THREE separate times in one day, and the leasing office was vacant. (Opened late, took an extremely long lunch, and closed 30 min early. 'Very convenient')
-Brought it up to the management team that advertised amenities were in poor quality (The majority of gym equipment is either broken or in poor shape, the printer is less useful than a printing press, and the pool is very dirty/ not large enough for the entire community). Was told that this is how things have always been.
-Requested maintenance for a problem that after three visits is still not resolved.
IF I WOULD HAVE KNOWN OF ALL THESE PROBLEMS I would have paid the extra $50 or so a month to live one complex down.
I've lived at The Place on Millenia Boulevard since 2012 and I've seen the property change hands a few times. The current company by far is the worst and they're ruining a once beautiful and peaceful community. In all fairness the security as far as break ins are problems pouring from outside our community. However the appearance/beauty of the community has drastically gone down, the newer residents show no respect for where they live, the amenities (grills, weight room, business office) hardly ever work, unit features are dated, work requests aren't solved as efficiently as once before... I could continue to go on with the countless issues. Hopefully they clean their act up or another company comes in and revives the community. However, I'll never know because after almost 6 years now, I refuse to live in an apartment that doesn't value it's residents.
Been here for over two years. Ever since Monique and the rest of that management team left, the quality of everything has gone down hill. Gates in our "gated" community are constantly broken and take MONTHS to fix, the hallways are no longer maintained and smell like garbage due to all the trash just left on the floors, and the pest control is non existent. On top of all this, parking is horrible. Avoid this place until they decide to get their act together.

I wish I would have trusted these bad reviews.. I attempted to give them a chance because of "new management" even though the track record was horrible. There were break ins all around our apartment multiple times, we broke our lease and Corey lied through his teeth as we handed in our keys and 2000$ to leave. Two months later we get an additional bill for 2080$ that was not discussed. This place is full of scams and loves money. Don't give it to them!!
I called the office and spoke with Anabel around 10am. My maintenance issue was taken care of by the time I arrived home from work!!
It is a safe and nice place to live. Kathy is very accommodating and approachable, she is the reason I will renew.
Love this place! The staff is always more than willing to help and service requests are responded to quickly! Glenda is one of the best Managers I have every worked with, her heart to help people is wonderful. I would highly recommend their facility to anyone looking for a home!
I think someone inside this office is trying to take his (her) cut before even get paid. I moved in, in 2017 while I was pregnant and never got out easily cause I wasn t working. One day I received a letter said I will be charged $5 for each of the blind that was missing because after a deep inspection they had done. That shows someone is not doing their job,right? I think since we lived on the 3rd floor they didn t wanna came up they just wanna make that money. So, none of them was really missing I just pushed on the side cause I wanted to look outside. Then when I told them that they were like oh just close the blind back really then what turn my lights on...
The place on Millenia, from the look out outside you may think it s one of the nicest place to live. They make you pay high price for a service that they can t provide. I live here for the past three years. They change management more then a person change their underwear, every time a new management comes in everything they promise never get accomplish, they says that was the last management, I been dealing with the General manager ( Marvin)for the last 6 month I been dealing with same issue that was supposed to be done 2 years ago from the last management team. he makes promises, he even go as far as writing him note a reminder to brush me off, Nothing never get resolved. Please don t try to call them cause they never answer. You are paying for contabilellity & get a service as a person that never pays their rent. Today is December 1st & the issue have not been solve. If I was you I would think twice before I put in application.
I currently live at the place on Millenia blvd. And by far this is the worst community I've ever lived in. I live in building 5265 and my building is the forgotten building! Our gate doesn't work there is a door missing on the side gate! Also we have a series of break ins and no one seems to solve the issue there is no parking the amenities do not work! Oh and today a car came in and ran into the electricity box and the leasing office team members come out. Paola and male in the car the new property manager with the dark hair and to top it off they did not address anything with the community all they did was laugh giggle and get in there cars and leave. It was disgusting of them. My building has so grass as high as my calf. I pay way too much a month to live in the hood which is what this community is I'm so mad I didn't just pay the extra $200 at Century on Millenia. I cannot wait till my lease is up iver never been in a more aweful situation. ! Do not rent from here do not make the mistake I did

Be careful this place doesn't change their carpet after every tenant. An apartment rug or carpet collects, dust, dirt, old skin, insects and rotting food.
Air circulating over a dirty carpet can create breathing problems, like asthma. Some heat registers are located right along the floor and sweep air up from the carpet. Changing the carpet improves air quality immediately.
Be aware, they will rob you in every way.
Everywhere in metro Orlando, if you have to go for month to month after lease expiration it's 100$ extra on your current monthly rate. But here they charge you arbitrarily based on the person and time at which you are asking. I pay 1200$ for 2b/2b and notice period has expired, they quoted me 2250$ for month to month. My neighbors also told me they also got the same kind of arbitrary numbers like 1800$, 2100$. I left after paying that huge amount 2250$. How could it be different if you are treating everyone fairly. Why it is so different from whole Orlando metro area? How do you justify that?
You might not notice sound pollution at your initial visit. It's big disturbance even when you close all your doors. This place is at the intersection of Turnpike and i-4.
Recently management has changed, it's got even worse. They completely close on Sundays and no maintenance in gym and everywhere.
You see all 5 star reviews recently, they are all from people who work in rental office, how cool is that!!! ;)
I have lived here for multiple years now and the office staff and maintenance have been exceptional! They go above and beyond to take care of my needs every single time I come into the office. They are very polite. I have the most beautiful apartment in my entire life. Corey is the Assistant Property Manager and he has helped us through our transfers and we could not expect anything less than him being extremely proficient and professional in handling our account!
I would recommend The Place on Millenia to anyone looking for a great and safe place to live. The apartments are beautiful inside and out! Jessica, Jose, Amber, Monique and the rest of the Staff are amazing!
I have been living here for 4 years and I must say, the current management is beyond bad! They have the worst attitude. Everyone in that office should be fired EXCEPT Kathy--she's the best!! The new leasing agent is terrible. The past management like Corey and Monique and Karen and Paola were awesome!! I wish they came back!! There are many issues that haven't been fixed or replaced like the entry gate, NOW a second one is not working! Also, the pool was not working because it had bacteria and turned green. They closed it off and simply added chemicals to it rather than drain and put new water. The gym is bad-some of the machines are STILL not fixed for the past 9-12 months! The BBQ grills at the poolside have been broken for 4-6 months!! The main hallways of each building are not water jet cleaned often. I'm sure there many other issues other tenants may have too. The maintenance crew are AWESOME. I like the guys, Guierrmo, Nestor, Johnny and the rest. Keep them!

Glenda the manager was the only reason that we stayed at this property as long as we did. The apartments are unsafe, my car was broken into and my neighbors apartment door on the third floor was tampered with. It is unclean, food and trash at the pool consistently as well as dirt and dog urine in the breezeway. The gates never worked and parking was always an issue. We broke our lease and we wish this complex nothing but the best, however the only thing that they have going for them is the price compared to the square footage. A new management company recently just purchased this property so hopefully with the new change in management there will be some changes at this complex. Good luck everyone!
My wife and i have lived @ the place on the Millenia for almost 5 years, and it has been a real nice experience, in a great living atmosphere. Besides a few little things that I'm sure every complex has, no Where is perfect, so stop looking and simply move in. One of the most important things that made me renew my lease 4 times is the genuine staff that works here, i felt like it was my second family, they truly care, especially two people on my list that will go the extra mile for you are Jessica and Jose, simply amazing people with outstanding customer service qualities...every time i sent a request for something to be done, the maintenance came by the next day, and trust me i had a lot of them not because I'm very needy :) Anyways i have to point out that i never once felt in danger because to me is very important that you live in a secured neighborhood, and also one more thing is the cleanliness of the complex is always on top of it, the grass always cut the clubhouse always spotless, the pool so shiny and more...trust me when i say that if i could do it again, i would do it the same way in the heart beat. No regrets. and thank you to all of them.
I ve been living here since February and they haven t clean the stairs once! This is a Super dirty place, it makes me feel sad the idea of coming home, and they always have an excuse for not cleaning the place. I would NEVER recommend this place to somebody!! Super bad place to live. I can t wait to move out!!!!!
They were great. I needed to move in like the next day or even the same day bcas of a bad experience I had elsewhere they heard me they listened and they made it happen. Katty you are the Best!!!! Everyone even the Manager came out n I can see he was clearly busy but he still stop n made me feel important. Everyone was nice and had great attitudes! So I moved in the next day! N I love it!

Great staff, great service, great community! I ve lived in other apartments in the area and this is by far the best experience I ve had so far. Kelsay helped me out with my move in and it couldn t have been smoother! Definitely recommend.

I have been a resident at The Place for over 10yrs. the location is amazing and very convenient to the attractions. The newest manager Mr. Brown is beyond amazing. He makes the apt homes a lot more pleasant. If you are searching for a new place to live I would suggest The Place and ask to speak with Marvin! Tell him I sent you.

Very disappointed with my experience at The Place at Millenia. Around 4 months ago our baby boy of 17 months was waking up with some bites on his body. We went to the Dr., over there he was diagnosed with Scavis (family from fleas), which it was a little bit weird for us because we don't have any pets. After those 4 months going back and forward to the Dr. and moving him to our room and applying some skins medications, my son was still getting those bites.
One night he started crying around 2am. Near him was this little bug that I killed it and I kept it. Looking on the internet I found out it was a beg bug, very disgusting. Around the 3 week of September I went with my 17mths baby to the leasing office to notify what we were going through. I told Monique the whole story; she was really concerned after seeing my son all bitten up by bed bugs. She called Massey right away to schedule an emergency appointment for the next day.
Monique told us the possibility of moving us right away to another unit, which it was fine with me without the transfer fee cost ($350) because of the emergency situation. Monique also told us to wait for Massey outcome on the next day. That night we didn't stay at the apartment. We just box in everything and left to our mother in law apartment. So next day Massey came for the inspection, and yes BED BUGSssss.. Went back to the leasing office to Monique. She told us to wait 2 days because Corey was off, that she was going to take care of the whole situation. So we patiently wait. After those days, I went back to her around 1pm. Guess what? Corey wasn't informed yet after 2.5 days, she did not have any response to me at that moment. She just told me that there were 7 cases in front of me and they were taking care of that first, . I felt TOTALLY disrespected. I felt that she didn't have any consideration not even with my baby bitten up. Apparently she saw it as a regular case scenario, but definitely not for me. I told her, listen I need a response now because we were not able sleep in our apartment after the bed bugs treatment, it was too strong for me- I got dizzy after getting inside, imagine the baby. and I need it to move asap. She went to Corey right away, she explained him my situation. Corey just told me that unfortunately I have to take care of the Massey invoice and he was going to email Corporate to see the opportunity of moving us to another unit waiving the $350 transfer fee. Corey told me to give him one day, so he can get an answer back from Corporate, very cold person, not feelings at all, just going by the book and period. Not even a single chance of meeting me half way...
Guess what again....... That day passed, the next day passed, third day passed, I was still sleeping at my mother in law apartment, all my clothes were inside boxes, it was sooo uncomfortable. A week passed... never got an answer. Corey NEVER call me back, Monique NEVER follow up with the situation. Didn't have any other option to break the lease. My family is first my baby is first. This it was never a joke, and that is the way they made me feel. It was not sense of urgency at all, I guess because they were not the ones dealing with all this.
I'm just letting my feelings out. I cant hold them..... Obviously there are more to write down, but I'm not trying to make a thesis here.......
I know by fact they had more than 10 moved outs on September. Don't expect my mother in law to renew, don't expect my sister in law to renew, don't expect my 3 other friends to renew the lease, plus im pretty they will spread the word.. please don't wonder why.... I still can speak out on how stressy and annoying is to find a parking spot in your building after 10pm, how many robberies we had on August and September, how maintenance is going down, customer service is going down, no wonder why we have new faces at the office every 3 months.... No wonder why Jessica left.
The funny part from all this.... they billed me right... $650 for the bed bugs treatment plus plus plus jejjejjeje

My aunt recently moved to Orlando and after shopping around the metro Orlando area, we found that the place was the most affordable and most comfortable apartment we had shopped. Yes many apartments in town offer many amenities, but it all depends if you are looking to use all of them.
Overall, Karen took care of her from day one and really took her time to show us around and provide the best service any other property manager could had offered.
Have been moved in a week now, and I'm very excited to have my aunt near by and knowing that she's comfortable.
Only suggestion I would give? Replace the trash cabinets on the hallways to make the place look nicer, but I believe they have started doing so already!

This has got to be one of the worst places to live. I had problems from the time I moved in until months after I moved out. First, I paid my pet deposit then signed my lease the next day only then realizing that my lease showed a lower cost for the pet deposit. They refused to refund me for the amount that was on my lease stating I had already paid and my lease was wrong. Second, my vehicle was towed from the parking lot without any sort of warning even though I was not breaking any rules or laws, while other cars are parked in illegal areas every day without consequence. It took six months for the office to reimburse me for the towing charges. Almost everyone in the office is rude and not helpful. They never acted like anyone's problems mattered or were a priority to them. It finally took countless break ins in the complex and hearing gunshots multiple times for me to break my lease. The office did nothing to offer added security after notifying us of break ins and the gates were constantly broken or left open. After moving out, it took seven and a half months for me to receive my security deposit. Seven and a half months! And this was only after I had to call and email and drive back and forth to Orlando to speak to someone in person. The office phone is rarely ever answered, messages and emails are never returned. The manager even gave me her personal cell phone number to contact her regarding my security deposit and she never answered or returned my calls. These people are rude and do not understand safety or customer service. Maintenance is terrible. They marked maintenance requests as completed even though no one ever came to my apartment to fix anything. They also said they needed to order a part but never came back with the new part to finish the job. The equipment in the gym was always broken. I was never able to use the gym because nothing ever worked. Do yourself a favor and do not live here.
I lived at The Place for 13 mos and the stay was great. Prior to the term of that lease, I decided to relocate outside of Orlando. I completed the final move out inspection with the Maintenace Manager, who confirmed and signed that the apartment's condition was satisfactory and no further charges, relating to such, ought to be charged. The Leasing Agent informed me that my security deposit's refund should be expected within six weeks. After approximately four weeks, I received an email indicating the refund amount on my deposit. There was a mysterious $85 cleaning fee, that no one in the leasing office could explain. I was told they would need to verbally receive an explanation from the Maintenance Mgr, DESPITE what was clearly stated in writing. After multiple visits during the following weeks, I was told the $85 fee would be reversed. At this point, it had been 5.5 weeks. It is now NINE weeks, and not only have I not received my refund, but also, the entire staff is completely incapable of finding the status of my funds. I have been told that "checks are cut by their corporate office," however, NO ONE has ever been able to communicate with a single human being at their office. The entire set of excuses that I've been told, have been some of the most asinine, I've ever heard. I would highly advise potential tenants to reconsider a stay at The Place on Millenia. During the course of that year, I've witnessed multiple staffing and management changes and I can see why-- the team is incompetent and the management is apathetic.
The Place at Millenia has been really super! I moved in with 1 day notice, since my other place fell through, and the management team was great with helping me thought that process. My apartment has a lovely view of the pool, which was super relaxing and clean. I really loved spending my mornings at the gym (which could use another treadmill to be honest), and my afternoons in the comfy pool chairs. The entire complex feels really safe and the tenants that I've run into have been nothing but nice. Parking can be a little tricky at times, but never more than a 50 yard walk. If it wasn't for my job being so far away, I would of definitely have been staying longer

Hi....I have been living here for almost 5 year and I must say that this is a great place to live...the amenities are beautiful and clean....the management office are very accommodating, professional and caring...Jessica is an outstanding manager.....she is a busy bee and is forever helping out the tenants and making the place homely, comfortable and memorable.... Corey is sharp and astute. He nips a problem in a heartbeat.....Monique is a very happy camper and provides service with a pretty smile....Amber is sweet and smart....she always goes out of her way to assist with whatever problem or issue is at hand....and the maintenance staff Jose , Jahnny, William, and Nestor are experienced professionals whom do their job with pride and perfection.....I am glad I chose the place as my home and so is my family and friends that visit me.....
The entrance at millennia place that you have to use to get to Home Depot, Pier 1, or the beverage store is absolutely ridiculous with traffic when you re trying to exit in the middle of the day ! The owners of this complex need to make an additional entrance so that the front entrance ( The only entrance ) is not such a fiasco exit ...
Everything started out great. Almost every request I had was fixed. Then they proceeded to do some maintenance to the fire sprinklers, leaving a hole in my living room roof for almost the entire time we ve been here (five months). We asked when it would be covered and they said it s on schedule . Also we reported that the dryer wasn t working properly. They said it wasn t the dryer, that is the air ducts that are filled with lint. Never came to clean them or anything. Still have to put my clothes on two cycles, spending a fortune in electric bills every month.
I've lived here for a few years, are there some concerns Yes.
But as a whole, it's Oakridge, you can call it this or that but it's Oakridge.
The size is fair and the price per foot is about right, you can live anywhere in Orlando and still have issues.
Management, yes they come and go but I don't really need them and I don't need someone to hold my hand.
If I had some of the problems that others have had , walk away.
Again, you can make it home like others do or keep it moving as we don't need any life sucking folks around.
The Place at millenia looked nice but wasn t sure now I really think im going to end up moving there with my wife all cause of Glenda she was very helpful and was there step by step explaining the process to us

I live in this complex more than two years ,I do not really use the entertainment spaces very much, I have noticed that they are doing many new things, I like that !! I hope to see big changes with the new administration, the attention in the office is excellent

As a local housing professional that works with dozens of apartment communities and property managers around Central Florida, I can honestly say this is the worst property management I have ever come across. Corey, Karen, Monique et al are non-responsive, negligent, and extremely unprofessional in handling their business affairs. Can they sweet talk you into an apartment? Yes. Can you count on them to maintain the safety and functionality of the property? Not a chance. Stay away.
Good place. Have all new apartments and bedroom options.
And for me, they have a free place to wash your car beside the mailboxes.
Kelsay was personable and quick to reply to my request for a tour. Not only was I impressed with the great customer service, but the grounds were beautiful with gated access.

A lot of negative items to list, but what bothers me the most is:
1: the filth in the hallways and parking. Hallways has not been washed for 6 months now.
2: gym equipment has been out of order for 1 year.
3: grills don t work
4: landscaping looks very rundown. No maintenance.
Felipe and his two assistants went above and beyond to help me handle a situation that did not effect them personally at all. They were extremely helpful, friendly and personable and deserve positive recognition. Thank you guys so much!
Wrote the Manegment several time about issues that I am having and they responded about two times. They came out to repair a few things and some of the issues was not repair. I wrote them back and there was no response after writing them about three more times. I don t know what else to do but I guess I have to live in my place with out the issues being done. Hope one day they can resolve my issues I am having with my place. Esa
I have lived here for 6 years. The experience has changed from year to year depending on the staff changes, and companies buying it out.
Recently many renovations are occurring that are more current with the newer rentals in the area.I love that these apartments are very large!
I do believe the prices are becoming too expensive. There recently was a huge increase!

Any opportunity would be many people who walk their pets don t clean up even though there bags and trash cans available. Landscaping around the entrances and surrounding the actual apartments need attention. The hallways, front doors and stairs need to be frequently power washed due to the trash service and weather. Also the gym has been under construction for over a year forcing us to go to another gym.
I appreciate that maintenance was able to work with me on the timing. They also accomplished everything I asked for.
I am absolutely over this apartment building. I moved in and there were roaches , had to complain the very first day. They asked me to bare with them, "didn't know they had a roach problem" Unfortunately for my roommate and I we didn't have a choice . (2)24 year old woman who had just spent the past 24 hrs moving all there things BY THEMSELVES, didn't have many options.
ANYWAYS...... this has been the worse experience in my adult life. I've lived in three different areas before moving over here. (32771, 32812& 32822) and we thought we were doing better BUUUUUT........... THIS IS BY FAR THE WORSE experience ever!
My biggest issue with this place is not that there is 1. NO PARKING. 2. AMENITIES THAT DONT WORK(grills,treadmills,etc) 3. GATES that don't work. 4. POOLS that parents do not supervise and CHILDREN destroy. 5. TRASH that piles up in front of people's home. IT IS THE ROACHES!!!!
PLEASE BEWARE! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID. We have written letters to the office , management , etc. NOT ONCE HAS SOMEONE CALLED TO ASK HOW OUR LIVING SITUATION HAS BEEN! THEY DO NOT CARE!!! However, supposedly they didn't Know there was a problem when we moved in, THAT IS B.S.!!!
Please know that my roommate and I are very clean people who has been very patient and We have just reached that point that We cannot take it anymore. Can not wait until my lease is up!
Pretty great place to live so far, gates work and close faster than other typical gates which I love. Prevents unwanted visitors to tailgate. They do need to fix the other gate closest to The Fountains and a fallen border

So many mixed emotions about this complex. I've lived here for about a year and will not be renewing. So i'll make a pros and cons!
Pros:
Size is great! I am in a 2-2 with my roommate and I feel spoiled by how big it is. Closets are equal in size and the bedrooms are great too. The kitchen has so many cabinets!! We both enjoy being inside our apartment, the living space is so not crowded and open! I love it!
Location is close to many things!
Uber to downtown is about 10-12 dollars!
Cons:
Maintenance are nice people and work in a timely manor however, nothing gets fixed. Our AC was broken for 3 months and they insisted that is wasn't. We put in 9 maintenance orders in this time because our AC was at 78-79 constantly. Not until the night that something actually blew did they finally replace something. And it blew at 9 pm so we had to share a room with a window AC unit in it.
Traffic leaving is terrible at 5-6pm.
Packages have been stolen from our door step constantly. We have had to get all of our stuff mailed to our work addresses.
Parking! I have never had a problem parking myself. Maybe I got lucky with my apartment building. However, visitor parking is limited to an unmarked area. On the other side of the complex. It is a pain and I hate having my guests have to walk over especially at night. It is very inconvenient. I think if they made it more of a free for all, it would open up a lot of parking for buildings so limited by visitor parking. Visitors would be spread out instead of taking all of the spots in front of a few buildings.
Pool. It always feels gross, the chairs and the pool itself. Just looks unclean.
I feel that most of the problems would be easy to fix if they put in some effort!

So this is how im going to get attention from the leasing office.. so the Halls of my building hasn t been cleaned since January 2018 there s dog pee stain right next to my door and i pointed that to the leasing office couple of times already also there s a long downspout piece (Rain gutter) that was hanging in the building since the hurricane day and i removed it and put it aside so nobody get hurt. Also another thing i want to point is the cattails plants in the lake behind my building they need to be removed
The place Is very good located.. I have a bad expirience, cause somebody took something from me... But the manager ,Jessica, And monique they always try to help the people with everything... They just should put cameras On the parking for make the place more safe... But Is a goog place to live...
I have been a resident at The Place on Millennia for a couple weeks now and I'm very pleased with my apartment. Christopher was very helpful and understood exactly what me and my family were looking for. He made us feel welcomed and I'm glad we chose to live in this complex. Location is great and close to attractions/ shopping center. If you're looking for an apartment check this place out and ask for Christopher!!

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!!!! The staff at the front office is terrible they never have any idea what they're talking about. If you allow them they will tell you whatever and expect you to just go with the flow. People pay a lot of money here and should be treated with kindness and respect not lies on top of lies!!!! There is never any parking my guests have to park thousands of miles away and walk to my apartment just to come over. I recommend moving to any of the new apartment complexes built nearby. They might be a little more expensive but I promise you it's worth it! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great place to live a lot of changes are currently happening for the good. I do wish they could come up with a solution for the horrible parking.

The Place On Millenia is a great place to live for years.I used to live there and moved because of my daughter's school. I just can't avoid these great and professional services from the management teams particularly Marvin, Kelsey, Kathy, and maintenance guys. They do know how to communicate and interact with tenants. Recently, my family decided to move back. The neighbors are very nice and gard their manners. The price is suitable and reasonable compare to other apartments. Activities for tenants once in a while.
My apartment is near the main road. I had request them to change the apartment because there is continuosly road noise(vehicle noise) is coming in home. First manager agreed to give new apartment after a month. When I confirm to change the apartment they said the same apartment is not available. They have other options too but they don't gave me any option.
Never lease roadside apartment....

Location, size, and price were fantastic. Neighbors not used to apartment living can be a real issue as is finding parking on weekends.
Pest issues took 5 months to resolve, which started the week we moved in.
I came to see an apartment because of an add posted from Facebook market place and when I met with the agent, I was a complete false advertisement from the place and and the price.
There are a lot better deals out there than this place!

the club and pool are unusable because the management insists on playing an annoying radio station through the build-in speakers. I tried talking to them on the subject buy they wouldn't budge.
Also the the ac units are starting to show their age and the management are unable to keep up.
Otherwise, its fine.
Horrible experience. They will tow your car in the middle of the day even if you are a resident, and there is never any parking.They also offer no type of help in these situations. Do not move here.
A perfect place to live location is great next to outlets ,mall . Always clean and staff is always very nice everytime i go to the office Glenda always greets me and seams to be eager to help and really cares !!! Thank you soo much!!! I highly recommend !!!

For the price I would expect so much more bang for my buck like the new apartments next door. They offer so much more for about the same price. Gym equipment here "never" works. Everything is always broken and out of order. They make everything by the leasing office look nice except the whole neighborhood. Never parking at night. After 4 years living here I finally had to buy a garage just to have parking. Btw my car has been towed 4 times while living here. This place has been under new management several times smh this place is a mess. Don't let the pictures and website fool you. With these prices I might as well move to California. Don't move here you have been warned!!! Next door are two brand-new communities that are expensive but more bang for your buck and are really luxurious. These is nothing luxurious here except a nice looking pool with lake. The apartments itself are old and outdated but they have the nervous to raise your rent every year. SMH. Recently had my car stolen from here and come to find out the cameras that are in the front by each gate entry don't not work whatsoever. This place is under new management but won't be the last. We have been under several Management companies since my time here and have seen no changes from any of them.

I've lived at The Place On Millenia Blvd since March, and I love it!! The Maintenance team is awesome and, service request are handled in a very timely matter.
Setting up your online portal can be tricky, but the leasing staff are very helpful. I love the convenience of paying my rent, and doing service request right online.
Property is kept clean, and gates are always closed! It's just a really great atmosphere. Courtesy officer are also very pleasant.
Great pricing for a great size apartment. I most def would recommend to anyone looking for a great community :-)

I honestly wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. My overall experience here has been horrible. I ve asked management for an air filter since the last week of November and for some reason they don t have any. My wife called to place a work order on the 4th of December to replace a LIGHTBULB and they still haven t been here to replace it. I went to the office and their excuse is that they are short staffed. In my opinion it doesn t take that much time and effort to replace a lightbulb. I even offered to change the lightbulb myself but the manager informed me that maintenance went home and they couldn t get me a lightbulb. He said he would make sure that it got done first thing in the morning. Three days have passed and nothing has happened.
I came by the complex to look for an apartament and i loved the Customer Service once i came in Glenda was very helpful and understanding really loved her
