Made me wait for 6 hrs in the lobby & was just offerd a ride to Cerritos mall (one block away) when i told them i wanted a rental beacuse i had things to do..My insurance covers for a rental car when my truck is being worked on.. i showed them the paper that covers the rental & didnt even bother looking at it..aslo weird i cant find my work knife that cost me $60 i looked for it in my house & in my truck & nowhere to be find..funny that i saw that knife in my truck when i dropped it off for service but when i got it back i couldnt find it anymore..i just got my truck & in less then a month i had to take it in to service..i trade it in i had a 2017Q50..i will pay off at least $10,000 on that truck trade it in for an Infiniti so it wont have a big negative on the trade in!!!!!!!

Your sales guy Saint recognized me and sparked a conversation that ends with me purchasing a 2019 Rogue. My only issue was you didn t have any more white ones and I m paying $69 more than I wanted to. But I I ve the car.

Very friendly customer service was great and fast. I had previously take my vehicle to Downey Nissan and had the worst experience there. Cerritos Nissan is a five star ED was the one that took care of all the paperwork and call me when my vehicle was ready also the waiting area was very clean.

Well I would have given it 5 stars but my appt. Was at 1:00p.m. and they kept me waiting roughly 20 minutes before they they received my vehicle. I was told it would it take about an hour but was told I had to leave vehicle and it would take at least 4 hours. I received a call 4 hrs later to pick my car up. Also not once did anyone think to ask if I was interested in seeing a new vehicle to purchase considering my car is a 2004 model which I was. The people were good but it seemed that they just didn't care.

I bought my car 7 months ago at this dealership. Brought it in for first oil change a month or so ago and had a pleasant, no drama interaction with each person I dealt with.

Brought car in two days ago for a tire losing air. Made appointment and when I showed up, technician came out right away for I take of my issue. He found a metal shard in tire, showed it to me then told me he needed to order my tire.
He stated it would be in at 130 the next day and he would call me. He called promptly at 1, I arrived at 2. He told me 1 hour and 15 minutes and 1 hour later came and got me personally and away I went.
A pleasant, forthright experience which I would not expect from a car service center.

First time taking my vehicle to this dealer for service. Was able to make appointment on line. Arrived early and my service agent was busy but I was greeted and told of this immediately. Service recommendations were made, coupons were offered, and I was provided with transportation home. Most importantly I was kept abreast of progress and changes via calls and texts. My tech was Jacob Vargas and he was the best!!

I can t say enough about the good service we received from Nissan in Cerritos Ca. The sales man Ryan, financial manager Kim and the Manager were an awesome team. They worked hard to gets us a deal that would work in our budget, and did just that. I went to several dealers that week, and Nissan was the only car dealer that worked with us. Thank you!

Great help from Brian in service extremely professional got my wife in a rental had issues with the length of the rental initially but he got us squared away. Knows what s he s talking about and is straight forward. He s the go to guy.

Just going to update my rate because it turns out I was just BS d just so me and my wife can leave. Peter the Manager is a liar and just a horrible businessman. I work for a rental car company and we have dealers pay us directly all the time just so their customers can have a good customer service experience. This is not the case with Peter and Nissan Cerritos, Peter had told me and my wife to call customer affairs give them our Vin number and everything so they can extend the rental for us because it was clear that we would need it for longer than the 7 comp days. It was not our fault Nissans car had a bad transmission and needed to be replaced 4 years later, so why should we pay for a rental on their mistake ? I m an supper unsatisfied and will never purchase a vehicle here again. The worst part is Customer affairs called us back and told us THE DEALER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTALS. When they told my wife that I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I don t blame Nissan for wanted to keep the mileage low on the 2019 Altima they gave us to use but at the end of the day from my view of the business world, customer service brings continued business and a sacrifice of another week or so of a comp rental that way my customer doesn t have to pay out of pocket for a issue that isn t there fault will go a long way on my book. Good luck to Peter I still appreciate Brian s help but I am disappointed and do not recommend Nissan Cerritos

Great service. A large staff there to assist customers so there is hardly ever any wait time. My one compliant would be that the last time my car was serviced I specifically asked for a car wash and was told that I would get one because they are complimentary with service, then I definitely did not get one. That was disappointing. But the employees are nice and thorough otherwise it seems.

Do not buy extended warranty from MPP or any company. It is a ripoff. They do not cover major fixes and tell you it's in the contract. DO NOT BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY! they never come through! My check engine went on and they said the repairs were not covered by the plan. I had the Platinum plan, which is suppose to cover almost everything, extended warranty is a scam. Save your money!

I just got a lease at Cerritos Nissan. I went in with a ton of questions, not sure whether to buy new/ used or lease, not sure what my options were with my income and credit, not sure if I would be ready to pull the trigger on any decisions. I inquired online initially and they followed up that day, and I went in that night to speak with someone in person.
Of course they did ask if there s anything the could do for me to make the decision that day, but I told them that I need time with all of the information and I wasn t ready. They respected that without giving me any pressure, and I went back a few days later after several follow up calls and texts. I appreciated their attentiveness and patience.
When it was time to pull the trigger, they were very thorough and made sure I had all of the information I needed, and it was clear that it was important to them that I feel good about my choices. I would recommend Yusef in Sales and Kimberley in finance in a heart beat.

I was very pleased with the customer service I received at Nissan with the help of Jose Miranda, a very sweet young man, and the finance repsentative, sorry, can't remember the spelling of his name, but he is from Brazil. Made it comfortable, I even had lunch that they purchase for their employees. The owner, I believe, just came up to me out of the blue, and asked if there was anything that I needed, if I was being helped and asked if I was hungry...I was! I liked that.. Good Customer Service. I was very nervous and unsure, I'm a single older lady and I was by myself, only I was only at Nissan for service on by 2012 Nissan Versa. I had plans to buy or lease a car n late 2018 my plans to retire in 2019, hopefully. There is always concern if you are really getting a deal, bargain. I feel that I did, they worked with me and stayed within the amount I wanted to pay for a car note and the amount I paid for my 2017 Nissan Sentra was not too bad, I feel good with my purchase. I would recommend Cerritos Nissan! thank you.

Bought my first vehicle here. Customer service was okay... After completing my customer survey and giving them a below average customer service score, I was contacted by the Sales Manager and advised that if I was not happy with my experience that they will gladly refund me my money and cancel my contract. After thinking about it, I called him and said no I love my car, i just wasn't wowed with the customer service I received. Later that same day I was contacted by Customer Relations Manager, stating the same thing, that if i wasn't happy with my purchase they would gladly refund me my money and cancel the contract. After going back and forth I told her I don't want to return my car I want to keep it. She said the owner of the dealership is asking for you to return the car back. How can they ask me to return it when the car wasn't the problem. She said they would give me a $50 gas card for my troubles. Are you serious all of this because I gave my honest opinion in one of there surveys. I then called corporate and they just said they were just trying to make you happy. How are they trying to make me happy taking my car away. Never again will I purchase from this dealership or recommend it.

it was okay but not the best experience, I waited for more than 2 hours just for oil change not counting the time they kept me waiting in line, and not even a "I will be right with you" and the person who assisted me was not that kind also. I'm not going for a free service so the least I expect is a little bit more kindness, and more professionalism by the staff.

A much better car buying experience here than anywhere else so far. I've seen dealers pressure and manipulate to get a customer to make a stressful buy. Not here at Cerritos. Ken Yates was a great easy going salesman who was very good about giving information about both purchase and lease. Very informative and low pressure. I like that they honored my research and didn't fight me with fake justifications and stories. Martina was excellent as well. She delivered the car and set up my blue tooth for me. I love my car especially because I don't have any buyer's remorse about the deal.

There should be some sort of update for waiting customers. You organization estimate the time that the service will take on your service check/ticket but as mine did fall behind schedule..... Should be and update to the customer once the schedule falls behind.

I don't know what guarantee we have or how we can know if they really do the work we are paying for.
I told them to check a tire because the air was coming off and it turns out that they gave it to me the same, they only changed its place.
The accent waxing that was requested. They hadn't done it and they were already giving it to me.
Terrible job.

I was able to make a same day appointment. I arrived early and had to wait a little. Eric was very knowledgeable of maintenance services. Nissan was very busy the day after Thanksgiving... I dropped my car off at 9:30 and it wasn t ready until 2pm. Luckily I didn t have any major plans. I would definitely bring my car again- just because of the level of knowledge that my advisor Eric seemed to have. The prices seemed comparable to the Nissan I frequent in Kearny Mesa- only my oil change was $20 more expensive. Overall it was a good experience

Recently purchased a 2010 Nissan Altima. Had a MP inspection done and found structure problem and front strut needs to be replaced. Found on consumer reports website there's a recall on these problems that came from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Since I was not the original owner, I took the vehicle to Cerritos Nissan this morning to be inspected and make sure the vehicle was safe for my teenager to drive. Since my VIN did not show as a recall by Nissan USA, I was told by the Service rep they could not do anything even though I explained to him the safety problems which is on the recall was found on my vehicle. If a consumer has finds an issue on their vehicle that is a safety recall item then the dealer should be PROACTIVE and take responsibility to inspect the problem free of charge to prevent a more dangerous situation from occurring instead of waiting to hear from the manufacturer to identify what VIN is affected. I'm being PROACTIVE to ensure the safety of my child and anyone else that drives the vehicle, but I guess safety is not a concern for Cerritos Nissan; making money is! I only wanted an inspection!I should not be told it can't be done. I was prepared to pay for the repairs. I am taking my business elsewhere and filing a complaint with the NHTSA! Cerritos Nissan really deserve a "0" rating for not caring about consumer safety!!!!!
