The intention was to establish a long term service...

The intention was to establish a long term service relationship after the closure of Long Beach Nissan.

I was flabber gasted when it was clear that the representative was trying to upsell me after having saved his friend 1/2 the cost on the $1100 service for his mom and a rental for $20.00.

Regardless of that I still left the car for an oil change and called to cancel the initial request for inspection at 5:30 with Maya.

To my surprise this was not communicated to Ken in a timely fashion.

When I picked up my car it had grease on the floor panel, and on Saturday when I opened my trunk there was grease on the carpet which will need to be cleaned professionally.

On top of this I was charged for labor! Why after having cancelled the inspection I should have only paid for the rental and the oil change.

At this time I would expect a refund and will opt on going out of my way to a different service location.
