Awesome experience buying our certified pre owned Toyota Sienna. Our saleswoman, Lisa, and everyone else at Cabe Toyota in Long Beach were honest, totally professional and fair. Buying a car could be stressful, after spending a lot of time at 6 other dealers the good people at Cabe Toyota made it happen for us. Thank you

I already gave 5 stars, +1 for the service people being there on Sunday. That really helped us. Also they open at 9am on Sunday, great for us out of towners on a mission to buy a mini-van

After a horrid experience at Carson Toyota dealership we came here and Francisco treated us like family. He is very knowledgeable of the cars on the lot, allowed us to take our time, and provided us a quote. No pressure what-so-ever! Marcus also came in to help and between the two of them we felt more than comfortable to put a down payment down and drive off with a car today! Thanks for the amazing experience. I will recommended everyone I know here. Also offered us free coffee. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thanks again Cabe Toyota!

Good service but I think that I was mislead about an extended service agreement when I purchased my Prius Prime. I have tried to contact their finance department but have been unable to reach anyone.

Edit: Yes, my wife purchased the vehicle which is why my name doesn t appear. I will have her call you this week sometime. Thanks a lot for the follow up.

I ve never had such excellent service! I was very impressed on how organized and prompt they were, I did want to recognize our sales rep Francisco -Frank-, he was extremely helpful and made our visit here easy, and inviting. Frank really took the time in explaining everything very well witch made us feel very safe in knowing we were being helped by Someone who knew what they were doing and very familiar with there profession. I would personally recommend all of my friends and family 100% to visit you guys here! We ended up leaving with the car we wanted for a very good deal ! With free maintenance for an entire year!

Great service!! Kenny from the service department was so helpful, professional, and pleasant! I came in for a car wash and also needed a repair to a damaged bumper part. He helped me find the part and they replaced the part so quickly! They also didn't charge for the service because it was an easy job! I was amazed! Thanks, Kenny and Cabe for your excellent service! Best thing we did was buy a car from you!!

2nd time I got my car back with damage to the body...

2nd time I got my car back with damage to the body unfortunately I drove 200 miles and didnt notice it until almost a week later. That's thier excuse not to accept responsibility for the damage so they refuse to fix it. Make sure you take pictures of your car prior to letting them do service to your car.

The likely hood of the car being damaged after the oil change is unlikely just being realistic and the fact it has happend to me before at this same dealership leads me to believe it happened while they had the car in thier posession.

BE CAREFUL TAKE PICS OF ALL 4 CORNERS OF YOUR CAR BEFORE LEAVING IT WITH THEM. also do a walk around when picking it up. That was my mistake I should have checked the car but I dropped my brother off at dealership to pick up the car this particular time.

Learn from my mistakes.
Please report all damage done to your car so people will know.

My boyfriend and I took our car to get serviced today and were 100% satisfied with our experience, the wait time was about 2 hours but they offered us a complimentary ride service that came in handy since we had other things to do. They took us to our destination and explained they can take us within 10 miles which was perfect, after we were done they also picked us up and took us back to the dealership to pick up our car. After the services were done to our car they ended our experience with a complimentary car wash. I would highly recommend this Toyota dealer :)

*Warning **Dealership under UNETHICAL practices ****

Once you bring your list of complaints to the general manager DAN DUDDRIDGE you will find that he is the root and reflection of all the unethical and unprofessional practices that you will find/experience at dealership. Here is a list of what I encounter: 1. truck kept for a month because the "right" mechanic was not available. 2. I was quoted and agreed with cost for the repairs then when truck was ready the cost had doubled. 3. Expect several 25 minute telephone holds. 4. Don t expect service counter employees to acknowledge you with a friendly "hello", "welcome", "we will be right with you" or with simple eye contact. 5. Expect YouTube to know more than their mechanics. When I took the car in I told them the car had a grinding noise that it seemed to be coming from the rear differential after my research online. After their inspection I was told it was not the differential but damaged rear bearings. Long story short after a week and having the service manager do the inspection it was determined that it was the rear differential. 6. In a month when truck was picked up the truck sounded like a Harley-Davidson motorcycle. I was told by their mechanic that I brought the truck sounding like that. I was very upset not because of the 30 days that I have been without my truck but because here is another lie. After several days of driving my Harley-Truck and waking up the neighbors as I left to work I decided to take it to two muffler shops. It was there and then that I saw the split at the joints that the muffler had that it look like it came from muffler being forced/pushed aside almost as if it got in the way of the differential that is inches away. 7. Is the worst because now you are dealing with the General Manager Dan Duddridge who has no concept of customer care. It baffles my mind as to why the owner of the dealership still has him there. The first time I talked to Mr. Duddridge about the problems that I was having he did not have the patience to hear me out and just had the head of the service mechanics Julio deal with me. Julio talked to me once then had my original service advisor who I was having communication problems with deal with me from that point forward. Julio did not care to own or manage the path of bad experience that I was on. The second encounter with Mr. Duddridge was when I picked up my truck and had to see him after finding out that my truck was sounding like a motorcycle. He was on his way home and again seemed uninterested in dealing with a customer complaint. He had Joe his mechanic who happened to be the mechanic that worked on my truck go on a test drive with me. When we came back we talked openly in front of the service counter where employees Phil, Chuck, and Joe where. His question was what do you want to do, I told him that what I found more concerning than his question was the comment Joe made during the test drive where he stated that I had brought the truck in like that. At that point he walked away from the conversation and went about 20 feet into another room in which he signal me in like a dog using his fingers. I asked him what does that mean as I stood in which he signal me in a second time. At that point I told him why can you just verbally ask "Mr. Rivera can we talk in private", but he didn t say anything. Once I obeyed his dog command and walked into the office I told him who he reported to, he said " I am it, I am as high as you can go" I asked him how do I get a hold of the owner of the dealership, he said you are just going to have to catch him, Mr Cabe is always in and out. Since he knew at that point the route that I was taking by wanting to speak to the owner, he said he had to bring me into the office because I was shouting. I then asked him, do you have cameras, he replied yes, i said good, when I get Mr. Cabe involved I will make sure I ask him to look at recording for him to see the demeanor I had and how you humiliated me in front of your staff as you waived me in like a dog.

I recently purchased a used 2011 Corolla from Cabe Toyota. Like any first time buyer, I was apprehensive and overwhelmed by the thought of purchasing a new vehicle and all that it entails, but I have to say that the entire process was a breeze. Their selection of certified per-owned cars really surpassed my expectations and their customer service really is outstanding. The employees have the greatest personalities and really care about finding exactly what their customers are looking for. I never felt pressured or that I was being given the "run around". Both Evan Morikawa and Joe Garcia made my experience enjoyable and surprisingly fun.. I had an overall great experience with this dealership and have recommended their services to all of my friends and family.

Let me just start out by saying I'm a firm believer in Costco Auto Program. But that has changed after meeting Cristina from Cabe! She is an AHHHHHMAZING sales professional. No matter how much push back and haggling (as a consumer you should always push and haggle) I throw her way, she always respond with professionalism and patience. Cristina is a wealth of information and knowledge when it comes to her sales. I have worked with many sales car rep and the moment they hand over the keys the moment they rush you off their lot. NOT CRISTINA! She spent her time going over all my car features and making sure I'm comfortable before heading off.

My experience with Cabe was nothing short of amazing (all thanks to Cristina Morales of course). However, through the little time that I had experienced with Cabe, I had realized that when it comes down to the $100s they rather earn your business than profitting that $100. I had a pleasure of working with Jason Kim (finance manager) and he was ANOTHER wealth of info guidance. He explained line to line every fee on my contract no sales pitch no gimmick.

Overall this experience of purchasing 2 Prius plug-in has been exceptional!!! Going forward, anyone I know that wants to purchase Toyota will def get my referral to Cabe Toyota in Long Beach. Honestly, you will not be disappointed with experience nor price.

Michael Reyna was terrific! Our car was totaled in a accident 5 weeks prior (not our fault) and we were waiting to hear from claims what $ we had to work with. But we also wanted to catch the end of the year sales. We found the replacement car we wanted at Cabe. Michael held it for us until we heard from claims and were able to drive up from SD to drive it home. This is the second Pruis we have purchased from Cabe. We are very satisfied and highly recommend them.

Well where do I start excellent just doesn't seem like a big enough word. I got the name of this dealership from AutoTrader, and after having a very unpleasant experience at my local Toyota dealer, I really did not want to drive 90 miles for another bad experience, guess what I didn't. They salesman at CABE - Lewis, gave me more than I expected for my trade in, a GREAT interest rate, they were honest, fast and helpful. I drove away with the brand new PRIUS in the color and model wanted. I know to most people, myself included, purchasing a vehicle is like a root canal with no anesthesia, not so here. I recommend them highly, and when the time comes for another Toyota I will definitely drive the 400 miles (I am relocating to Sacramento), to use this dealership again. Make the drive you wont be disappointed.

I scored the following because it was initially an inquire on the purchase price of a 2012 Prius Plug-In. Jeanette responded to my email immediately with the car and color of the 2012 Prius Plug-In. Also, I called her and she gave me a quote over the phone. I then decided to have her hold the car for me and then she sent me the car info. I requested the VIN # and immediately she responded back with it & referred me to Evan Morikawa (sales person). I confirmed my appointment. She later sent me an email with a new lower price of the car (due to maybe the manufacturer).
On the day of my appointment, I did not look forward to dealing with sales people. To my surprise, Evan was not like any other sales person. He was cordial, nice, pleasant, easy to talk to, down to earth person that you can relate to. Evan provided the monthly cost payment for each scenario. He made the process very pleasant. He also introduced me to Jeanette, who responded to me email. Later I was sent to Cristina and then Jason. Both took care of me without any pressure.
If I knew about Cabe Toyota last year, I would have leased my other car from them.
Kudos to the team at Cabe Toyota. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Evan, Jeanette, Cristina, and Jason.
Thanks again for the no stress, hassle free, car buying experience!!!!

My service advisor Daniel is wonderful! He always thoroughly explains everything and then gives me options. Which I really appreciate. The overall friendly service the dealership offers is great! Especially with the Uber to and from home service. I think that s a wonderful idea so people like myself with a busy schedule don t have to spend all that time waiting at the dealership when my car is being serviced. They also offer Toyota Rent A Car which is also very convenient. I definitely recommend this dealership and Daniel.

I inquired about a 4Runner late on weekday and was contacted by Pete Marquez first thing the next morning. Without being pushy or talking too much/fast, Pete listened to what I wanted and needed and then work things on his end. He called me back a short while later and we comfortably outlined some details to make the purchase happen . I basically drove past 3 other 4Runner I was interested in purchasing to work with this guy and the Cabe Toyota dealership. The 6 hour drive (one way; 13 hours round trip) didn't bother me one bit as I knew I was dealing with honest and sincere people. You can't buy that kind of piece mind... you have to find it. And I did with Pete and Cabe Toyota. If you want a car, its worth a quick phone call and a long drive to call these guys. You'll sleep well at night.

I really liked the attention, the seller does not pressure you to make the purchase decision, but gives you options and you decide to take the one that suits you best. From the seller to the financing clerk there is an excellent reception. I recommend it for those who want to buy their first vehicle, affordable payments according to the buyer's capacity, but above all, excellent treatment.

I was very disappointed. I arrived at the dealership at 3:45 and I requested an oil change and a differential fluid change. I was told it would take 1hr,30 min. I said ok and went to the lobby and started waiting. 10-15 min later I was told they would not be able to change the differential fluid. I asked to speak with the service a manager as I was leaving. He changed said they could do it in 2 hours. This dealership just doesn't seem to get it. The sad thing is that I'm looking for a new car. They lost my business in that respect too. I will find another place that will service my car.

Found this place on accident browsing from CARFAX, the staff are very professional, I called them to check car availability, JP answer the phon righto away and we discussed the details on what to do & what I need. Very helpful and informative. It was a great deal on a lexus 2013 es350 on Sunday night(Super bowl weekend). I arrived and met with a JP Philip, a profesional and polite sales person with integrity was there to meet with me. Customer service amazing and everyone was polite. Me and my dad were looking for a car online, then ...

Me and my dad were looking for a car online, then stumbled upon a nice Honda Accord sport 2018 and we were interested in looking at the car in person and test driving it. The CabeToyota's salesperson/finance person by the name of "Matt", "JP", and another one that I sadly forgot the name of but was extremely nice and helpful with the process of getting all of our documents set. I'm pretty sure it is their names that I mentioned "Matt" and "JP". They both were really helpful and understanding. So, I was looking at the car I mentioned earlier and we pressed the "I'm interested" option and also to check if the car was still available, Then we were called by "Matt" from CabeToyota and surprisingly he called us first and quick and that's the type of service I like, then he told us what the car has to offer and if we had any questions about the car which he answered all of our questions. We went to CabeToyota the next day which was on July 4. Upon arrival, we went inside and asked for "Matt" (that was on the phone with us and that helped us with our needs) and we were politely greeted by Matt and asked us if we wanted coffee or other snacks that are complimentary. He generously had washed the car and opened the windows cause he knew we were coming to see the car which was nice of him to do. We then went on the car to inspect it then test drive it, the car was amazing and once we came back we went to do the financing and paperwork, got the paper work done along with him helping just in case we had any questions. So we got the car then we were on the road going home.

I was just about to drive an hour to buy. turns out the prius they advertised was not at all the model they claimed. the is a big difference between a plugin base and advanced. yet 3 weeks later it is still being advertised as advanced. Bait and switch? truly false advertising. I would stay away from these guys.

After visiting several Toyota corp. owned dealerships, we are glad we made it to this family owned dealership, Cape Toyota of Long Beach. We had an amazing experience buying our car here. They made us feel very comfortable, trusted, safe and met all our car shopping needs. Our Sales person Kan was very informative, kind and honest. The finance guy Alex was also very attentive and explained each document thoroughly and most important the Manager JP was extremely pleasant, willing to listen and was open to helping us meet and accomplish our car needs. We wish they would have been the first dealer we stepped foot in, we would have saved ourselves time and the headache from the most aweful and draining experience we had at AutoNation Cerritos Toyota and a few others. I would highly recommend Cape Toyota of Long Beach to everyone in the market for a car, they truly go above and beyond to build a loyal family of customers. Nice inventory, unbeatable pricing and "stellar 5 star" customer service till the very end...start to finish!! THANK YOU CAPE TOYOTA!!!!

Horrible customer service. I made an appointment for a routine service. Arrived on time and the service girl who did the intake was unprofessional and basically was like a teenager at a fast food joint- rolling her eyes at me and being rude. After waiting an hour and a half for a service I was told would take an hour, I had to leave for a doctor's appointment and was told the service was NOT EVEN STARTED on my car after I had an appointment and had been WAITING an hour and half. No one came to update me. Rude staff, unprofessional, what is the point of making an appointment. They finally got the service done- who knows if they actually even did it because my service notification keeps going of on my dash.

I wrote a review that was meant to be posted to West Coast Toyota of Long Beach, which reads as follows:
"Do not get scammed by this dealership like they tried to do with me!
What you think is a deal turns out to be a hoax in person! Herlica Garcia told me one price for a 2017 Highlander Hybrid Ltd and to ask for Danny Ortiz. When I get there, the salesmen acted like they did not know what I was talking about. So I showed them the email that I received from Herlica Garcia, quoting (should read West Coast) Toyota's PRICE to me for the vehicle. Their response was OOOOOHHHHHHH, well you can't get that.... They lied to me just so I would go to their location and they could try to sell me something I do not want. What jerks!!!!
You have lots of options in Southern California when purchasing a car, if you are smart you will avoid these schmucks."
I never went to Cabe Toyota, it was West Coast Toyota that were rude, unprofessional schmucks. I am unable to get into the account to correct it and had to use another email to make this post! Sorry Cabe Toyota...

I was in the market to buy a new Camry. I did my research and knew what I was looking for. I went to Edmonds online and requested a quote for the car + package that I want from all nearby dealerships. The next day and the following weeks my email and answering machine were flooded with messages from all those dealerships inviting me to come in for a test drive. None of those dealershps sent me a quote like I requested, except for one, Cabe Toyota and Scion. They're the only dealership that sent me a list of their inventory and their prices.
