13, 13 miss calls from this dealership in one week...

13, 13 miss calls from this dealership in one week 13!!!! After I had told them not to call me again, they ruined the sale last month when they told me that they can by pass the security freeze on my SS. I called them back last week and told them that if I get one more phone call that I'm going to sue them. Cinthya answered the phone and all she told me was that they were going to put me on the Do not call list but never apologized. Already getting a lawyer to file a harassment lawsuit against them! I even attached a screenshot of how many times they have called me in one month after I told them to atop calling me and that only shows the one number I blocked from them, they keep using different numbers to contact me! DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL STALK YOU! STAY AWAY!

Israel who works in the internet sales department worked with me very patiently and always provided me the utmost customer experience. Settled on a price, set up an appointment, came in and was out the door in 2.5 hours including the 20 minute test drive. Thank you for your help Israel.

Eric was excellent in getting my Pathfinder set up for service and helping me get my rear light fixed. He also helped me get home, when he knew it was going to take a while for my light to be fixed as they had to go pick it up.

Service dept. is excellent...service writers come to meet n greet you...direct right Technician to you...immediate attention then car is accepted for work. Lounge area is good...nice place to work...where are the bottled of water? The water cooler is a good idea but those small cups don't make it...give out small reusable bottles...

When I first purchased my car a few months back the service was excellent.I Recently went in for service and it's horrible I experienced the worst customer service ever in my life everybody is so rude and Nonchalant it seem as if every time I go in it's a whole new staff. I feel like they should do better inspections on these cars before selling them.Also they need more friendly workers it would help with sales.So I have decided to let everybody I know to NEVER buy a car from here take your money else where.Its sad that the bad employees mess things up for the good ones.I hope to see some changes soon but at this point just throw the whole staff away I bet sales are down with this staff y'all have just horrible thinking paying to put an ad in the paper and going to social media about it I don't know yet

We bought our first family 2017 Nissan Murano SV here last week. The dealership looks nice, well organized, clean, spacious and kid friendly. Everyone is very nice here, specially my sales professional Saul E. who has been very helpful, courteous, professional and honest from our first contact and best of all he has gotten us an awesome purchase deal. I highly recommend this dealership and Saul.
A helpful tip, if you are 100% decided to purchase a car, start the credit application on their website so you can save a lot of time before showing up at the dealership to pick your vehicle. The sales and finance department work really well and fast to get all the paperwork and documents signed and done once you set a foot in the dealership.

Had another dissapointed experience with Nissan. Sales Manager Robert C. lacks of professionalism. He was very rude, unpolite and has no manners. After I told him of my situation he raised hes voice at me and said NO I m NOT going to help you he turn hes back on me and walked away!!! You Don t Disrespect Me!!!After I bought two cars this is the treatment I get. Hopefully after Nissan Corp and other CEO s see this they get him the professional helps he needs. ((((DO NOT BUY UR CARS FROM NISSAN CERRITOS))))) I had the worst experience of my life. they sold me a lemon and when I went to service had the nerve to tell me to go across the street. I have and 11 month old sun who needs to go the doctors appointments and so on so I need my car it s my life.And for them to do this to me and be so rude about it is not ok they bate and switched the car that I test drove.the next day I notice the bumper was zip tied together and I took it back ,Abraham new he was wrong. And he new the car was messed up so they traded me into a new car now the check Engine light is on in the new car. Well I was on the freeway the other day the car stopped didn t not want to go I could have lost my life and so could have the others in my car this is now dangerous PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not buy any used cars for NISSAN CERRITOS

I received quality customer service for the first time ever at this dealership. I didn't know what quality service looked or felt like till I was helped here. Not only did they exceed my expectations, but they got me a deal that I wasn't even expecting. Right when I parked and got off my car, I was helped by Christian Paniagua. I told him I came to buy a 2015 Scion TC, and he wasted no time in getting the car ready for me to test drive. He not only guaranteed the price I came in for, but he even went as far as to getting me free car insurance for 20 days while I looked for my own, since I was a first time buyer. He showed great experience and professionalism. Once the price was set, I was helped by the Finance Manager, Luis Gasca, who got me an interest rate I did not expect. At first the lowest rate he could find me was 7.9%, because I was a first time buyer. Five minutes later, he came back with a 5.5% interest rate. These guys went above and beyond, and it's clear why this dealership has so many good reviews. They hire the best.

My husband and I are from Las Vegas, NV. When we found a 2018 Nissan Murano we wanted at Cerritos Nissan we were happy to drive the 275 miles to get it. We asked for the all of the paperwork ahead of time and they refused. We were pre-approved with our credit union so we did not need dealership financing. When we arrived our sales agent Yarely "Yaya" Hernandez, Internet Sales Manager, was very nice and we sat down to complete the paperwork. One of the first items they had us sign was a credit check- When I tried to refuse Ms. Hernandez said the credit would not be ran, it was for ID purpose only. Long story short the credit alert came the next day. Cerritos Nissan ran the credit check. I called the Manager of Finance and was told it was a soft hit and would not affect my credit. When my monthly credit report came it was a HARD INQUIRY! It will stay on my credit report for 2 years. I am a very disappointed customer and I learned a huge lesson. Do not trust this Dealership, trust yourself, NO MEANS NO!

I had problems here. I bought a car 3 weeks ago and I get a call today saying I need to return it because I could not get financed. What s going on and why wasn t I told this before I was approved. This really hurts because I need a car and now I have nothing. And they want it back!!!!

So they tell me to call the manager which they never called me back. I spent all day on the phone calling. No one wanted to talk to me or help me. But they want to put me in a different car.

I will never come here again!!!!!

We visited 4 dealers before nissan and Nissan definitely stands out in customer service. He worked with us patiently until we got the best deal for our best choice of car. Im never going to come here againg they dont do what they promise. None of the service they charge me for was done to my car. And when confronted they blame each other that they were told not to do so. And than take your car back in for service and make you wait another 3hours the car comes out the same. The only thing the did was an oil change.. And not all the other stuff.. B/S.

Very good experience trading in my car here. Their team is very very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Aaron and Enrique were awesome to go through the process with. I can tell they have a genuine interest in Nissan cars as we got to talking about some of the historic Z cars back to the 70s. It s nice to see that their whole team enjoys helping their customers to such as high level. I did have a problem with my car(Its a used car) about a month after purchase and Nissan 100% took care of it quickly and at no charge to me. Tony in their service department was really helpful and walked me through what happened. I bring this up because it goes to show that this dealership isn t just a make a sale and then stop caring place. Even after they ve sold a car, they re still always great to their customer and show genuine care to making sure we re all happy with our new Nissans!

Very unprofessional dealership. So it starts by stopping by and spending 4 hours getting a deal done. I know my situation was a difficult one. The sales person I had was new and courteous. When we came to a final deal I was surprised they got ot done. I was thinking what a great group to work with. From here it went all down. First off they make you ring this pathetic bell that you bought a car when you didnt really because the bank has not approved it. They make it seem they are selling cars left and right,but that's not the case. They lie to you that deal is set ,have you sign paperwork and meanwhile you go home not sure if it is to good to be true. Since my deal was complicated I waited on finance manager to call me. The girl that answers the phone has attitude to begin with and actually said she left a note and email to Giovanni to return my call. I never heard anything. This is already two weeks out. I call again to see what's status of deal ,finally Enrique tells me deal got through just to find out my car I made a deal on it's back on website for sale. Wth is that. They are so quick to tell you that deal is done,so quick to do paperwork,so quick to be nice to you during deal,but so quick to put a car back on site,that I thought I did a deal on without knowing nothing. My complain is not getting car, my complain is about the unprofessionalism that the finance department has and how curt they were after you leave dealer,and no integrity to call customers. You are not following your own moto at all. You talk about having customers for a lifetime. I will not be coming back here.

Prompt and professional service. I received a call from the service department informing me my car wasn't ready at the estimate time first given which was totally appreciated because I can complete some unfinished tasks. He gave me another estimate time of completion and my car was ready before that time which was great! They cleaned my car and vacuum the inside. It needed a bath! So yes I would recommend Cerritos Nissan!

The Salesmen could have been more helpful when I was returning a vehicle versus walking away when they found out I was there to pick up my car. There was no support given or social skills used to help guide me to the right location. However, Mike in the service department was spectacular and I will be only asking for him to service mine or my sons car from now on. He went above and beyond expectations.

Take our car for service when it is due
. The only problem is the labor charge. If u see maintenance of 389.00 then the labor cost is 341.00 then there is a problem. I can understand if over 1/2 of that is for parts but it is not. Be weary of when u take ur car to the dealer. Even if things don't need replaced u will get charged for them making a check Mark on a piece of paper. For some reason Toyota treats me better than Nissan...even my first 2 years of oil changes were free at Toyota...
