what can Nissan of Cerritos can do to better their service? Nothing, everything was great. the sale rep, the manager, the person from finances. everyone was very helpful and friendly. thank you everyone for the amazing experience.

I appreciate Fernando being so patient with my family. My mom was not happy with her car and wanted to upgrade. He took the time to get the numbers that my mom envisioned. At the end of the day we found out we were his first sale as a new employee! Wow, his service and way of dealing with a family of six all at once was amazing! I would highly recommend Fernando! Thank you again! Also, Rogelio was amazing as well! Both of them together just made my moms dream work!

Last week we leased a Leaf. In the beginning it was super easy until we had to actually sign. We realized the "rebates" we were offered as one of the benefits didn't apply for a leased car, even if we JUST discussed leasing. To explain the situation they sent 2 guys + our sales guy, everybody had different info.
One of them, Lyle, was SUPER rude, rolling his eyes as if we were annoying him with our questions after they were contradicting themselves.
Our sales guy was super nice so we leased the car, he offered to send us a link to get a card to charge our EV...after a week we haven't gotten it.
We are concerned we will get more "surprises" in the next couple weeks :(

My experience was awesome, I was greeted at the door, escorted to the service department. Was helped immediately, Service Rep was knowledgeable, explain everything he was going to do in details, he called me after discovering my problem, asked if I wanted him to proceed with the repairs that was needed. My car was ready and waiting for me at the time he stated it would be ready. I'm PLEASED with my experience.

Writing this review for my mother, the experience with the Cerritos dealership was outstanding, no one was pressuring her to trade in her rogue, the service and reception area is very clean, the staff is very courteous. It is a much better experience that we had previously with the dealership in long beach. I did not have to get involved at all and that was greatly appreciated.

Victor Silva looked me in the eyes and blantantly lied to me today. I came in for only a transmission fluid flush, and he tried to upsell me to a service package for $500. He ran my credit through Sunbit; when he specifically advised me my credit wouldn't be ran. The company sent me an email advising my credit was ran today.

Totally shady and I would never patronize this Nissan for any reason in the future.

This Nissan have better mechanics than downey Nissan mechanics. I took my wife's Nissan with a brake problem. Downey service said their mechanic did not nothing wrong. Took vehicle home and I still felt problem. Took vehicle to cerritos Nissan and they found the problem and repaired.

After my service I looked online for average costs of maintenance and was very sad to see I overpaid. I spent almost $400 on my 15000 mile vehicle that most likely did not need as much service as what was sold to me.

The service department was excellent and so was the finance department, especially Nathan. But, the service department couldn't believe that I was sold a vehicle with old tires and that only 2 were replaced when all 4 tires needed replacement. Jacob said he was going to speak to management about changing the other 2 tires. It's been 8 days and no one has returned my call . it's very disappointing. 12-5-19 Thank you for your concern and reply to my posting. I took your advise and called your customer relations manager on 12-2-19 at 1:44pm, I left a message and again called on 12-3-19 at 2:42pm I left a message again for Karen to return my call. As of today, she has not return my call.

Very helpful staff. Answered my questions. Gave me real time text messages with updates on the status of my vehicle, that are very convenient and take away some of the anxiety of not having my car . Helped me with an Uber ride which I've never used before. ( I love my own car). When I picked up my car, it was ready for me when Jonathan O. said it was. Nice!

Amazing dealership!!! Decided to drive up from San Diego and received the BEST service I have ever been given at any dealership. First of all our sales consultant Alex Orellana is an great! Then David Swayne, the general sales manager is a down to earth guy, very personable and charismatic, then there is Miguel the finance mananger who also was very helpful. No hassles, we were in and out with the car we wanted (2015 Nissan Sentra SV) and a very good price. I recommend this dealership in all of Southern California. I have to start out by saying that this was the quickest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had, and I have had a lot of them. Steve Alfaro was so patient and understanding throughout the entire process. He was determined to find exactly what I wanted in my new car and he was successful. He made sure that me and my son were comfortable while we were at the dealership and gave me updates as often as he could. I would highly recommend seeing Steve if you are in the market for purchasing a new car. Then to top it off Dennie Mun in financing was absolutely amazing. He has magic in his fingers. I will be sure to tell anyone I know that Cerritos Nissan is the best place to buy a car.

Update to my review 04/01/2019

I went in to have a speaker issue addressed and met with Eric in service. I did not have an appointment but he was glad to help me.

He went through everything and found that the subwoofer under the passengers seat was causing interference with the speaker in the door and concluded that was the problem after finding a similar new model to validate his theory.

I was content with that knowing that he did do everything in his power to verify that everything was working appropriately.

I then asked for new tires and was given the deal for buy 3 get 1 tire for a dollar so that was nice. I did leave my vehicle Friday so they had to order the tires for Monday which Eric had promptly installed.

I arrived with paint all over my hands and Erik helped me clean off the paint with some cleaner he checked around for.

Overall Erik kept me informed through the entire process, cared what I had to say, and had a great attitude. I will be returning for future business with Cerritos Nissan.

Poor Service. My experience with cerritos Nissan was a bitter sweet one. The sweet was that I got a great deal for a 2018 Nissan versa. I wanted a small car just to have a second car for emergencies since I ride the metro to work. It was just the attention to detail that made it a bad experience. They gave me the car with the check tire pressure light on and I was told by the sales rep to just bring it back during the week because the service department was closed on Sundays. I took the car on good faith that they would take care of the whatever problem the tires had. Later that they I went to check on the tires and notice that one of the tires was a little flat and another tire had 3 little holes. So I took a picture that same day and sent it to the sales rep. She told me that it was cool just to bring the car during the week, which I did. One thing she fail to let me know was that she needed be present for the repair to take effect. Needless to say that I wasted half a day just to be told that the car was sold as is. Also, the sales rep that was there insinuated that I had damage the tire. He recommended me to come back when the rep that helped me would be there which was a Saturday. Unfortunately, I had to work and I couldn't make to the appointment. I tried calling to let them know I couldn't make but no body answer. In summary, two tires were damage, the four tires didn't have the gauge caps on and one of the floor mat was missing. This are little things but coming from a big company like cerritos Nissan they could have easily replaced this things. I found the tire gauge caps with the Nissan logo on them for 7 dollars on amazon. I have always had Mazda cars but I wanted to give Nissan a try but after this experience I can tell anyone that I would never buy a Nissan car again. I felt that because I wasn't buying a maxima I didn't get the treatment a paying customer deserves. Moral of the story don't buy a used car on a Sunday and if you do make sure you check everything and don't trust any word agreement. Shame on me for trusting a big company like cerritos nissan.

I scheduled a 09:40 appointment to replace a defected seat belt under warranty. At 2:15 pm my car was still outside the service station not being worked on. If I had not mentioned it to Ivann (service advisor) I would still be waiting after allmost 5 hours.

Unfortunately this is the last time I will go to Cerritos Nissan. Only reason I went there was because ny Nissan was at the Collision Center behind it and the Collision Center said they would give me a good lrice because I am a loyal Nissan customer. Well.... that was not the case. The floor manager or wjom ever he was, was rude and unproffessional. When I tried to negotiate on a price he basically said I should leave then. And once I told the guy I was going to leave only then did he say I can go down a little bit but not much. And told us that I wont get a better price anh where else. Well.... I went to Gardena Nissan and they were verh nice and proffessional and the floor manager Mohamad was really working with me to get a good price. The only reason I am giving Cerritos Nissan a 2 star rating id because of Danny the sales associate. He was nice and patient and helped us find the right car for me.

Great Customer ! Just bought a Nissan Altima and I took it to Nissan because I needed a Key cut etc for my car and I arrived around 3:00pm ish and Eric said he would have me out before 5:00pm and did just that, it took about 1 hour. I was in and out in no time. Eric Adamson was very nice and helpful! Definitely would recommend.

Who's our finance company we have you ask, NISSAN their own financial company basically said deal with your $700.90 a month payments to us, this was the third time returning customer thanks Nissan. Car shopping had been an ardous process that began in feb 2018, dealers and online research, salesmen and women doing what they do yet walking away because it was more about the "sale." I saw a vehicle last night online, asked for info, made an appointment and went in to see Dante. Wow! My search ended today. I wasn't with a salesman, it felt like talking to family though i am asian and Dante isn't . When you can leave with a vehicle that has everything you knew you needed, then you know you were with Dante who genuinely listened, but most of all, cared. Today i was blessed and Dante was the instrument of a sweet deal. Thank you!!!

Before you go into the dealership know what you want. The car salesman or woman understand basic psychology and know what makes you tick.

If you are going to buy a car, try to pay as much as possible upfront to reduce how much you own on the principle. Also, try negotiating a price, the company and salespeople make a decent amount of money off of you, so try communicating a price or something if possible.

We have been to Cerritos in the past and had decided to go back again. When you do go please ask for Raul Flores. Raul was absolutely wonderful and a delight!!!!! He was very professional and pleasant all in one !!! Raul Flores made our experience extremely nice ! My brother was impressed by how professional Raul was. We will definitely be going back again and would recommend this location to other people in the future. MY VEHICLE WAS WAITING ON A PART TO BE RECEIVED AT THE PARTS DEPARTMENT 5 DAYS AFTER DROPPING MY VEHICLE OFF. THE VEHICLE SAT 7 DAYS AND NEVER HEARD A WORD. I CALLED TWICE FOR AN UPDATE. I waited comfortably during the time I spent here in a cool and spacious lounge. My kids loved the free popcorn and enjoyed complimentary lattes !

Had my car serviced at another Nissan dealership to get the battery replaced in 2016. I came back from the holidays and came to a dead battery. Nissan has their 84 month warranty on the battery so I had brought my old battery in to Cerritos Nissan to get get it replaced. I also had my service records Indicating Nissan had replaced it back in 2016. Parts Manager had indicated the service records from the other dealership would be enough. After I had presented the paperwork, Parts manager had indicated he would have needed my car at the dealership (car down situation) and explained Nissan came up with a proprietary technology where the car would have to be at the dealership because they would need to have the technology communicate with my car. He could have tested my battery which I had brought in on the spot determining if it was truly defective. He insisted having myself tow the car to the dealership, which is another long wait in itself. Having your customer go out of their way to get serviced is a disappointment. He then tried to sell me another battery at a discount. I should have gone into pep boys in the first place as they don t insist you to tow your car when you to replace a battery under warranty, hassle free. This is something surely no one would want to go through.

David was very unprofessional and rude with the way how he speaks to customers and specifically to my girlfriend when they ran both of our credit and never gave her a decent price or car only one car shown to her out of the entire showroom. smh. never recommending this car dealer to anyone.

This was my first time getting my car serviced at Cerritos Nissan. I was helped in a timely manner even though I did not have an appointment. Very happy with everyone that helped me. Waited in the waiting room snd watched TV and helped myself to free bottle of water. Also offered free coffee and crackers but I only had water. This is where I will continue to bring my car for service from now on. Thanks to Jonathan Ortiz for being very friendly and professional.

Do not buy from this dealer. They add extra costs in order for loan to be approved. Now that the extended coverage have been added they still won't repair defective parts. I have to fight to get some repairs (3 repairs.) The car is not even 2 years old. My first problem was a bad battery and I had leave my car overnight at my job because they would not tow it to the dealer even though I pay extra for it. The next day they finally agreed to pick it up. If possible I would rate 0 stars.

We have to thank Anthony Guillen personally for for making the entire process simple and went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted in our new rogue. Both Pauls(sales consultant), Brandon(general manager), and Eduardo(finance director) are all looking to run a scheme on you. Run far away from this place as possible. They'll screw up the numbers on the car you want to purchase and get you out of way more money than you can do. They do not care out your needs, they only care about how much money they can steal from you. After all of this, they'll make sure to mess up your credit and will ignore all your calls and emails. Again, stay away! Run far far away!

Took in my car because the ACstoped working. I had them inspect the whole A/C unit. They told me it was only the compressor I paid around $1,200 to fix it so my AC could work. I took the car in on July 3rd today is July 21st and the AC stoped working. Now they are saying is the AC conditioning hose that is not working and they want to charge me 600 and more to fix it. They will take advantage of you do not bring your car here. Their quality of work and inspection is poor. I will never get my car serviced here again. STAY AWAY!!! We are going through hard times with the current COVID situation so it's sad that on top of that Nissan is taking advantage of the people. I should have read the yelp reviews since their service team has poor rating on the quality of their work.
