Thoroughly disappointed w my experience at this de...

Thoroughly disappointed w my experience at this dealership when going to lease a new car.
Spent about 3-4hrs my first day there and decided which car I wanted - then came time to negotiate and there was barely even a conversation. Just a lot of me waiting around.
After multiple phone calls to me the following 2 weeks, they finally came down to the #s that worked for my budget. We arranged for me to head back in and see the colors that would be available and finally close the deal.
Came in and saw the same car I already test drove - but none of the other color options that we discussed were there.. Went back inside to understand when I could see the colors and after 4hrs of back and forth, learned that the dealership didnt have any of the colors we discussed available PLUS they were unable to get the colors from another dealership. Furthermore, the #s that we had already agreed to didnt seem likely because the other dealerships wouldnt give them the car.
Once again, I left car-less and now beyond frustrated.
The following week, a manager called me and asked me why we coudnt close the deal. I explained the story [AGAIN] and he said he d call me back. After I was unable to take his call back, I called and left a message. No response. 2 days later, I called back again - he asked for my story - AGAIN. He then promised to call me back within 10mins. 24hrs later and still no call back.
This dealership has spent over 10hrs of my time, have misrepresented the facts & numbers and have complete disregard to any of it.
Would dodge this place like the plague.
To Gustav, Brian & the team that s wasted so much of my time - shame on the way you guys are handling this transaction.

I just do not recommend it, I bought a car and it went wrong from the reverse camera and they told us that in about 15 days I would arrive because they ordered it and it already took more than a month and a half and nothing that has arrived.

Peter Chavez and Kimber was excellent and the GM Brandon was so down to earth. Brandon is absolutely phenomenal, he is interactive with the clients and staff which makes the dealership feel like an amazing place to work. Thank you to Cerritos Nissan GM for making me feel seen. Thank you Peter Chavez for being an advocate for me, for being patient, and for allowing me to make the right decision. Thank you Kimber for all the insight on my decision, for making me comfortable with the numbers to know I was making the right decision, thank you for your expertise and thank you for being transparent in this process. Like I told everyone in the dealership on Saturday, you all are by far the best Nissan dealership I have ever step foot in and I have gone to many Nissan dealership but I am glad I picked you to purchase my new car.

As a first time buyer I decided to go here since my mother bought a car here last year, I spoke to Fernando over the phone and he was very professional so I was comfortable to come in for a test drive 2012 Rouge
He explained everything clearly and offered me a great deal
I drove the car home the same night because these guys are on top of their game

It is a good place but b wary of the cost to get.service. Some of the service advisors will help u get discounts then others wont...the labor costs are a bit ridiculous..costing more than the price of the parts themself. Then they do not tell u the total cost until u are checking out...maybe they should actually let u know or help u get the discount coupons that are online...they make enough $$$ as it is...but of course Nissan wont answer.. because they know I'm right

From the moment my wife and I walked into Cerritos Nissan, we felt welcomed and never once felt any pressure or had the pushy salesman trying to sell us something we did not want. The employees here are the friendliest and nicest sales people I have encountered in a long time, some of the very best customer service hands down. From our Salesman Carlos to Rhuel in financing these guys are pros, and got us exactly what we wanted. I will recommend them to everyone I know looking for a new car. (They have great deals too)

We recently purchased a Rogue and the buying experience was great! We knew what we wanted and Ken helped us by answering questions and taking us a test drive. He never pressured us to buy (which is unlike the experience we had at other dealers). Jeff in finance was thorough and quick with the paperwork. Martina was also thorough in showing us all the features before we left. Overall it was a positive experience.

Bought a Nissan Rogue, notice the remote need new battery its was like that since I bought it, ask for a new battery manager told me "NO" BECAUSE is a use vehicle, so you just lost $26,000 dollars I was gonna spend in my wife new car, over a $7 dollars battery pretty smart move.

Received a postcard about oil change due. Brought it and and decided to have the transmission serviced also. Our coupon was for $10 off oil change or 10% off other service. We spent almost $400 and the service rep said it was too late to change the discount when my wife came to pick up the car.

Should definitely be zero stars. The ABSOLUTELY worst experience that i had to deal with.The Service clerks were great, fast and attentive. In which i believed my car would get the best service known to man. Originally came into get just my 5,000 miles service. Basically just an oil change nothing more and nothing less... After pitching his sales that " nissan recommends, This whole service for ___ price". I told him ill think about it. Which at first was just a bunch of bologna, but i thought about it for 20 dollars more why not get the service that nissan offers. They have the knowledge and expertise to know whats best for my car. So after 20 minutes of waiting/apprehensive i went back and so go ahead with everything. So now the guy gets a sell he can feed his family or takes his wife to diner, and i can have the reassurance that my car will be thoroughly serviced..... WRONG......WRONG....... So i am sitting down in the lobby eating the fine donut that nissan provides and i can see the service technician working on my car. He sees me and I see him. He does my oil change rotates my tire and than send my car back to me. Wow great they are fast only been there for an hour, when i was quoted an ETA about 3 to 4 hours because of the type of service i am getting. I watched this tech complete zero of the services that was being sold to me. So the service clerk says your car ready, i said how when i watched him not complete XYZ. He says sorry for that and goes back to the tech and tells him. Ok my cars back on the auto lift and his doing what i mentioned. What baffled me is that he knows that i am watching so why not complete the task in hand correctly? RIGHT......... WRONG...... WRONG... Obviously this guy doesn't care for me or my car.... now we are back at square one because nothing that i am paying for is being completed. I ask the manager and service clerk to come to my car does it look like any of my fluids were topped off. I also asked how do you inspects someones brakes, hoses and belts. The manager demonstrated and i told him that wasn't done. What really bothered me is because what if this was there mom, dad, or significant others car. After leaving nissan they get in an accident because their brakes didn't work or a hose/ belt burst costing them thousands of dollars or their life. Something so small could have either saved there life or thousands of dollars. How can i entrust my car in a nissan brand when my trust has been completed shattered. After going down a list of task that wasn't done. The manager told me some of those things on the list we cannot do. So than comes my question why say this is nissan RECOMMENDATION if this task cannot be completed? no answer. So are you scamming innocent and gullible people who entrust nissan with there car? Shame on nissan.

Jimmy kurniawan had call me to visit them at Cerritos Nissan. I've been with Nissan for 8yrs already have no complaints. I have had the best experience ; financed 3 cars with them including the one I'm driving now (Armada) .Jimmy is genuine,charismatic,attentive and more then helpful. As a brand ambassador he's a 10 on my book. Nissan's team at Cerritos is welcoming, attentive,knowledgeable on how to best assist you on your purchase ; want to thank Jimmy K. and Enrique Labrador for one of the best experience I've had since last night at Cerritos .I can say I'm leaving the dream with their help and guidance. Driving a 2019 Armada ,that was my dream and goal and now because of this 2 gentleman and the team that supports my dream has come true. Thank you so much Nissan.

Big THANK YOU to Peter Chavez. I walk in with a kia (lease) looking for a lower monthly payment. Peter provided me my option answer all my questions and concern. I walk out with a 2020 ZERO miles car with a way lower monthly payment low interest (not a lease) just what i was looking for. The process was fast the staff was very helpful. I feel as a widow they took full advantage of me. They record you during thefinance part where they force the extended warranty down your throat. ( there is a reason why they are recording it) I said a number a times I did not want it, I could not afford it. She kept telling me I would regret it because of high repair cost for Nissans and the warranty was not very good. She alSo pulled out a book with repair cost on fairly new Nissans. (Yes I should of left then) I would never recommend anyone young or old to go there.

I went in on 8/19 for an oil change and tire rotation with Tony Fears. While I waited, I went in to see how the 2019 Rogue compared to my 2016. I spoke with Katia, who can back-up an SUV better than most of the guys on the lot!! Went for a test drive and bought it! Much different in handling and inside noise than my 2016. Kim, in finance, was wonderful as well. She explained, in detail, what I was financing and when I told her what I wanted or didn't want, she complied. I've never had any other experience with Cerritos Nissan than the very best!

Was not allowed to have my own purchase contract as financing was pending. Once financing thru my bank was verified, I had to wait over two days (countless calls and emails) to get contract sent to me for my bank.

The closing Manager Mauricio was rude and so very unprofessional.
We had a deal on hand with Albert for a base model Nissan Kicks. When we came back we were getting an SV model, so the numbers presented to us where new to us. Mauricio was very demanding and so un wanting to help this is the deal, no other deal, your payment might drop but not significantly without showing us nothing on paper. Now we do understand that the dealer closes at 10pm and that we got there at 9:50 pm, but we had spoken to Eduardo, who was the salesman who helped us out the first night, that we have our own business and that we could make it after 9pm. Now correct me if I m wrong but our money is worth just the same as any other customer that walks in there in the middle of the day. We closed the deal not base on the numbers presented to us and surely not because of the closing manager, but Eduardo and Albert had been very helpful.

So unprofessional bad customer service from dante and Steve 2 sale representative were helping me giving me the wrong information had me coming back and fourth 3 days in a row made me sign A car contract supposedly had close a car deal when I came to pick up the car they were not allowing me to take it because I got the wrong information from Steve he made me waste my time and gas and a day of work trying to gather all the information they needed for

I was there about five hours test drove to cars that they said i was gonna be able to get in and then sent out someone i haven t spoken to at all that whole day to come out and say nthn was able to be done!!
Although the young man Corey Daniels was a great help and had a lot of patience being he was new I guess his manager was Jose Miranda had him running all over the place I even had to take him to go retrieve a car from the Delamo lot

I went to Cerritos Nissan for an oil change and tire rotation , they send me a coupon for $19.99 . So I jumped on it , was not believing g the price but they honored it . The experience was excellent and the environment was very inviting . They have Premium coffee , friendly staff and state of the heart showroom . The waiting lounge was very relaxing as well . I would definitely recommend this Dealership and I will be bringing my other car for service when the time comes . Thanks to Christian my service adviser as well , he kept me in the loop during the whole process and that I really appreciate .

While the service technician was friendly and help...

While the service technician was friendly and helpful, I was not kept up to date on the status of the repairs.

The part had to be special ordered. It was promised on a Thursday, but I was not contacted that the problem was not fully resolved.

It wasn t until the following week that I called since I had not heard anything. I called for the service department and my technician was busy with another customer. I was told that my called would be returned. It was not.

I decided to go directly to the service department to find out about my car and only then was I given a full explanation for the delay.

Bottom line...keep the customer informed especially if the vehicle is promised by a certain date and it does not happen.

I will always be more than happy to bring my car to Kenneth, he is amazing at his job and that's why we have been customers for 5 years, but my 3 interactions with sales have been absolutely horrible. I wish sales was held to the same standard that service does.
