Wrong reports was delivered to my father. Next day when I did the same test in two different labs their reports were completely different. Avoid this lab if you don't want to be wrongly diagnoised.

Horrible place. All business. Illegally collecting money for blood collection when we said we don't mind going to the lab and giving our sample. Not just that, the one who collected the blood of the newborn almost pricked twice making the infant bleed.
Now comes the report. Instead of female, they checked for male. The infants have different reference levels. Despite repeatedly mentioning the name and Gender of the baby, they messed up the whole report. And mind you. It was a matter of 2k which is not that less.

Went to lab with pregnant wife.Very very poor service. We went for GTT, they didn't have glucose with them. After taking the fasting blood and urine, we waited more than 1 hour to get the glucose. They sent one staff to purchase glucose within this time. In 7th month of pregnancy, waiting this much long time made me really in trouble. They know that after taking glucose, we have to again wait 2 more hours to have the breakfast. That means upto 11.45 without breakfast. We reached laboratory at 8.15 am. This really shows the irresponsibility of staff.
It's a third class diagnostics , no command & control, no maintain serial number, expensive, less waiting space for patients & attendants
If you doubt you have an ailment eg. Blood sugar,high tsh etc. test in this laboratory. They will give you accurate results. Machines used are very sophisticated and of international quality. Among one of the best in the area

I didnot even want to give one star. But I wanted to write something. Today I went for a trans vaginal scan or TVS which is a more accurate and efficient kind of ultrasound which is usually done to check the growth of pregnancy but also to check the uterus and ovaries for any issues or abnormalities. I have been doing it since a long time by myself as I have PCOS. so generally as I went I was told that "WE DONOT DO TRANSVAGINAL SCAN FOR UNMARRIED FEMALES. and this was told by the radiologist himself. And it was so so disappointing and disgraceful. Because being a health proffessional how he behaved was so unproffessional and unethical. Where is it written that an unmarried girl cant go for TVS? TVS can be done for many reasons including to check pregnancy. Whats wrong in that? And still the staff could have just told me that in the beginning. They told me this after I paid and waited for almost an hour. The radiologist really really acted weird. He was questioning me about if I did it by myself before and was quite surprised. Upgrade yourself please or else people wont feel comfortable in your lab. I took my money back and returned with a promise to never go back again.

This is one of the best labs in Guwahati. The laboratory is well equipped and maintained very hygienically. The reports are very much reliable. The staff members are well mannered.
