It has been terrible and a complete nightmare after the sales team pitched the idea. We were then locked into this contract and dealt with incompetent people from there on out. 8 months into this system (was supposed to be live months prior) it hasn t gotten better. When we tried to cancel the contract we got informed that we had to pay a huge amount or we are stuck in contract. The only thing that was done was monthly plan was decreased. Still having trouble getting the site to go live and even told i had to use my own credit card to verify the system works correct, I know of other companies that have cheaper prices better service and actually respond quickly. This company has you dealing with 3-4 different people to handle the pos and website and you feel like a bouncy ball in a rubber room, Its a hassle to have them make your website be state complaint. The whole system is a nightmare to figure out and run. All they care about is taking your money. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Been terrible after the excellent sales team pitched the idea (which we found out no longer works there After signing the contract). We were then locked into this contract and dealt with incompetent people from there on out. Money hasn t been tracking over correctly and we get told by anyone we talk to it isn t their area of expertise...4 months into this system (was supposed to be live months prior) it hasn t gotten better. When we talked to the people in charge all we got told was It wasn t their fault and we are stuck in contract. They don t care about you after they get your money. STAY AWAY!!!!!

We have used this company for a while now.
They have consistently provided subpar support, and their POS system is buggy and not professional quality. SQL database needs updating.
Sales person is very hard to get ahold of and isn't helpful.
Tech Support will not work with you unless the sales person creates a work ticket.
They are more than happy to take your money, but they don't follow up with the work they are supposed to do.
We have paid for support that has not been tendered as well as training that has not been provided.

We had a little bit of difficulty getting our project up off the ground at first, but then we were switched to a different trainer and we were up and running in no time! Romi is great and she made all the difference for us! The rest of the support team is also really helpful and usually get back to us in a timely manner.

Having partnered with Celerant over 10 years ago I can honestly say that at first the transition was a bit difficult but having said that change is ALWAYS difficult. Now that we fully understand the robustness in reporting and the fantastic benefits that it provides to our management and buyers NOT having a great company like Celerant would be, I'm certain, the ultimate demise of our business. Fortunately for us having our E-Commerce site connected to our inventory in real time has been a blessing both in terms of growth but especially during the more recent effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. Thank you Celerant for giving us the tools to navigate our ever changing business!

We had a large development / implementation project with a very short timeline. It was a complex project with many parameters and challenges. Celerant's development team worked with me on a daily basis and responded quickly to every need we had. They were very accommodating and no challenge was too large. We met our short timeline and their service and support while cleaning up and finalizing the more minor details was approached with just as much effort. I have been very pleased and impressed. I am currently bringing their development and implementation team into 2 additional projects. I look forward to working with them on these and all future projects.

We switched to their POS software in early 2019.

It has been a good move for our business. We were able to migrate our data from our old POS which was a big help.
We have been pleased with our results. We get a lot more done on the average day and our in stock inventory has improved due to better reporting.
No system is perfect but this has been a great transition for us. I have called tech support whenever I hit a bump and usually get things solved right away while on the phone.

I have been using the Cumulus Operating System from Celerant since the middle of 2018. While this was a relatively new system at the time, I have found it to be quite useful for my 66+ year old men's store. When there have been questions or issues, their technical department has gotten back to me in a timely manner. As for the customer service side, they have understood my questions and have been extremely helpful in fulfilling my needs!
