It has been terrible and a complete nightmare after the sales team pitched the idea. We were then locked into this contract and dealt with incompetent people from there on out. 8 months into this system (was supposed to be live months prior) it hasn t gotten better. When we tried to cancel the contract we got informed that we had to pay a huge amount or we are stuck in contract. The only thing that was done was monthly plan was decreased. Still having trouble getting the site to go live and even told i had to use my own credit card to verify the system works correct, I know of other companies that have cheaper prices better service and actually respond quickly. This company has you dealing with 3-4 different people to handle the pos and website and you feel like a bouncy ball in a rubber room, Its a hassle to have them make your website be state complaint. The whole system is a nightmare to figure out and run. All they care about is taking your money. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Money hasn t been tracking over correctly and we get told by anyone we talk to it isn t their area of expertise...4 months into this system (was supposed to be live months prior) it hasn t gotten better. When we talked to the people in charge all we got told was It wasn t their fault and we are stuck in contract. They don t care about you after they get your money. STAY AWAY!!!!!
We have used this company for a while now. They have consistently provided subpar support, and their POS system is buggy and not professional quality. SQL database needs updating. Sales person is very hard to get ahold of and isn't helpful. Tech Support will not work with you unless the sales person creates a work ticket. They are more than happy to take your money, but they don't follow up with the work they are supposed to do. We have paid for support that has not been tendered as well as training that has not been provided.
