I made an appointment to look at a couple of used Escapes I saw on the website. Dylan Meyers was there waiting for me and was super easy to work with. He was really laid back and helped me make a great buying decision. The finance process was also really quick and easy. Dylan will definitely be my go-to guy in the future.

Been going to Bob Allen Ford for the past 3 years since moving from California. I only go to Bob Allen Ford to get my 2009 F-150 serviced. I would to give a huge thanks and shout to the customer service/quick lane advisor CHASE MEIER, he has taken good care of my truck and I appreciate all he does to ensure that my vehicle is in top running condition due to my family and I taking numerous trips throughout the year. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to what my vehicle requires to be in good working condition as well as saving me money when applicable.

Thanks again to the staff at Bob Allen Ford on getting me into a 2018 Ford Edge that Chris Galvan help us with that most Dealerships in the area couldn t have given me the treatment and time that is young man did for us. I would recommended them for they did what I asked and gave me a great deal and made sure we knew the benefits on our car before we even left the Dealership. Chris Called us again to follow up and this is why I know we will come back to Bob Allen Ford for the all our needs. Great customer services!

My boyfriend and I were driving through on the way...

My boyfriend and I were driving through on the way to Springfield Mo and had a check engine light come on in his Ford F-350. Called and asked if they could check it and they said yes and to come on in. When we got there the guy we talked to was so rude and refused to even look at the truck. Said we had to make an appt. We left and went to Ford in Olathe and they got us right in. Won't ever do business with Bob Allen Ford again!

My sister lives in Kansas City and asked for me to help her buy a new car. I contacted several dealerships to help us and I have to say Bob Allen Ford was by far the best of any of the other Ford dealerships in the Kansas City area. Dustee was our sales person and did a fantastic job with her communication and follow up. She was out of the office for a couple of days and Kellie stepped in to help. WOW....both were wonderful to deal with and should be commended for a job well done! Dustee and Kellie were totally responsible for our purchase! I know where I'll be going if I'm in the market for a new Ford, Bob Allen Ford!! Thanks again, Dustee and Kellie, job well done!

Bob Allen is the standard that all dealerships need to follow. Sad to say that I have tried several dealerships in the Kansas City area and none have came close to the superior service and care that Bob Allen have shown me. If you have a issue with anything, just talk with your service rep. I bet you that you will not be displeased with the outcome. Thank you Bob Allen for getting it right.

Olathe Ford who? I was coming down Metcalf yesterday and saw the quick-lane truck from Bob Allen and needed an oil change. I pulled in about 1pm go lucky and they got me right in. Shane Rentfro was service adviser and he was awesome. When it came to pay the bill I was surprised I wasn't charged and additional $18 for non factory wheels and tires like they hit me in Olathe. I know where I'll be going for all my future maintenance.

I drive a Ford Fusion hybrid and I needed some work done on the front end as well as windshield replacement. Even though I didn't have a history with Bob Allen Ford and the service area appeared to be extremely busy, Mr. Logan Key, the service rep, was WONDERFUL. Not only was my car serviced and ready for pickup within 24 hours but he also found a loaner for me to use. Best of all, the costs of repair were reasonable.

In this day and age where the car buyer has access to a variety of research, analysis, ratings, pricing, and financing information, commission-based car dealers should be a thing of the past. My experience with Bob Allen Ford wasn't horrible, but compared to other Ford dealers in the area, they are well behind in regards to how they treat their customers. They still pressure you, play the silly back and forth game with "well...let me go ask my boss and see what I can do" when it comes to trade-in value, purchase price of the new vehicle, and financing, which turns the car buying process into a long drawn-out nightmare. They pressure you into taking the car home for the day to test it out, then assume you are going to buy it and act shocked when you tell them no because you found a better deal elsewhere. Avoid wasting half of your day and go somewhere else.

The check engine light came on as I was driving to...

The check engine light came on as I was driving to work, so I was worried about driving my car. I called and talked to someone in the service department and they asked me questions and said they thought it wouldn't hurt it to drive it. They checked things and found 2 problems, which were covered by the extended warranty. The service advisor explained everything and I was on my way in a couple of hours.

The work was fine and they were on time. But, they ran it through the car wash with the door open or the window down and soaked the seat and part of the carpet. Now there is a water line on the fabric seat.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've...

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. It was my first time trying this dealer to service my truck as I'm new to the area, and when I arrived at the service center for my appointment a gentleman told me to go inside and one of the advisors could help me out. I went inside and there were 5-6 advisors, none with customers at their desk. I stop by the guy closest to the door and he is just sitting on his cellphone scrolling through pages. I stood there for 45ish seconds before he noticed me. Mind you all the other advisors have just chosen to not look at me despite not having customers either. After the guy notices me I tell him my name and he tells me I have to go outside and talk to a guy at the front desk, because he's "my advisor". I go outside and there is 1 gentleman at the desk, who told me he wasn't my advisor either but he would go find the guy I need to talk to. He goes inside and after waiting 5 more minutes with a bunch of guys sitting around doing nothing while I wait to get serviced I left. I'll never go back to this place.

Ok so im writing this hoping it will bring some problems that there service department has their attention. This dealership is and has been nothing but courteous and professional and i will continue to bring my car here for all warranty service work !

With that being said I had my first experience with bob allen Ford Saturday September 8th. I had dropped mt focus st off for an oil leak to be looked at under warranty. My service advisor Don was friendly and professional. It took a few days to get my car back upon picking my car Wednesday September 12th with the repairs complete and upon leaving the dealer I noticed a smell of burning oil. Being a technician at another local dealer I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued driving my vehicle until today September 15th. I was able to get my car up on a lift and was able to look at it myself finding my original concern was not repaired properly. Long story I had to drop my focus off again today due to the original concern was 3x worse than it was when I dropped it off last week.

Upon this visit I worked with Mark the service writer due to the fact my original advisor was on vacation. No big deal there. The issues I had with todays drop off was the fact their porter got into my car and was pulling it off with out putting a seat cover on my seats (recaro racing seats) and then gave me sight attitude when I asked him to put it in. Im hoping when I get my car back all is repaired correctly this time.

This dealership is great and there staff is wonderful I just feel like they should focus alittle more on quality control and there porters need to learn to respect others cars as if they were their own.

I'd like to give a 5 star rating to Shane Rentfro and his team for the excellent service they provided. They came to my home to service our truck and did a fabulous job. I recommend this service and will definitely do it again.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Jason in the service department was the worst service rep I ve ever experienced. And the transmission of a brand new 2015 Ford Fusions transmission totally went out under 100,000 and 3 years in. They will screw you over and they don t care about the customer, they just want the cash. Buyer beware... I will not be visiting again and will not purchase from them or Ford ever again

Do not. I repeat DO NOT set up a service with their service center online via their website. I was very excited when I received an e-mail they were now accepting online scheduling for their service department. I made an appointment for 7am today. My husband showed up at the dealership only to be told that the APPOINTMENTS DON T MEAN ANYTHING! Then why am I making an appointment? If you don t want me to be able to schedule online fine but do not present this as a legitimate way to reserve a time that you can have in your schedule and definitely do not send out a mass e-mail to your DL of customers!

Don't trust the service department with your vehicle. Took my car there twice and both times I got it back something was broken that wasn't before. As God is my witness this is the truth. Plus the service was bad. Either I have the worst luck in the world or they'll break something on your car that wasn't broken too. Take your car for service somewhere else.

When I got there about 6:45, the service line was so long I had to park over to the side. When I walked in to the service department one of the reps told me they weren't open yet and to go get in line. By the time I could get in line there were many more cars already in line ahead of me. Trying to be prompt clearly cost me more time waiting. Otherwise, it would have been 5 Stars.

Last year I went into Bob Allen Ford because I was having trouble opening my trunk. I left my car there for the day. I was quoted this problem as a $600 repair. They said an animal probably got under my car and chewed through the wiring. They called with the quote and I asked for some time to discuss with my family and think it over. They then called me 3 more times in a span of a couple hours asking if I decided. I told them I would pass for now while I looked for a second opinion and after having to mention a made up husband, they finally left me alone. A few weeks after my visit I realized my tag light was also out. I finally got around to getting my car to another shop. This mechanic found the wires that are pictured and cut right in half hidden under the carpet in my trunk. He told me that we didn t need the parts he ordered because everything would work perfectly once these wire were repaired, all for $185 . Bob Allen fixed my trunk without my authorization, tried to scam me out of $600, and when I said no they cut all the wires including my previously working tag light. I am in disbelief that a company and the service department would approve of this behavior and work ethic. Disgusting.

Although my car buying experience was great here the service department is TERRIBLE. I went for an oil change and not only did they not call me when it was ready, they also gave me a different customers recipt so I had to drive all the way back. It s very frustrating when you drive far to get there anyway.

Well they must be somewhat OK as they sold me a new 2018 vehicle. My original intentions was to just look and compare. The salesman (Mike) did what it took to hook me, reel me in, and sent me on my way thinking I had what I came for plus some. Hopefully my good feelings toward this dealership, this salesman, this car, and this deal is solid enough to hold its own for years to come.

My go to place for car related transactions and car services, the associates are very professional and always wanting to help you get that dream car. Whenever it seems that you are alone, they ask you quickly if someone was already assisting you with your needs. That my idead of an amazing customer experience. Whenever i can afford my dream car (Ford Explorer 2020 Sport), I'll definitely go back to Bob Allen Ford, Metcalf.

Stopped in my windshield washer motor had stopped working decided to have the oil changed and tires rotated at the same time. They got me right in and saw where the motor was under warranty got me in and out quick. Every one was very friendly and made me feel like they really wanted to help me out. A very pleasant experience.

Called to get an oil change, they had several issues just getting my information. I asked for Valvoline oil. They didn't know if they could do that or the price. They would have to call another place and call me back. Rodney calls me back and explains the normal oil change is $50 but for them to use Valvoline it is $90 at least. I asked why $40 mark up. He has to order by quart and pay the mechanics. I tried to explain there should be no reason its $7 EXTRA PER QUART to pour another type of oil in the car. He would not let me talk, kept talking over me telling me he is running a business and a retail establishment. Every time i would talk he would talk over me saying ma'am you don't understand. I understand perfectly. You are NOT looking out for the customer and are very rude! Ripping people off! I finally hung up the phone because I couldn't get more than 2 words out.

The staff at Bob Allen Ford were very courteous, kind, and professional in a recent purchase of an Explorer I made. Cassie Harmon did an excellent job there selling me an Explorer. Kudos also go out to John Robert's, Sales Manager. Jason in aftermarket and Steve in Finance plus the whole staff for making me feel good to be there. One top notch dealership that knows their business and having great customer service.

Hmm...can't seem to post a NEW review, so adding onto this one, as of 06/23/2018: Traded up from a 2014 Focus to a 2017 Escape and once I began dealing with Michael Bailey, it was a great experience. Seems as though he helped us get the best deal possible with minimal hassle. He also went above & beyond, working out a few hitches we had in the giddy-up. : ) I strongly recommend working with Michael if you want to purchase a Ford. Thank you, Michael!

Well, long story short: I was given either conflicting info (or not given all the info needed) about some service work. Namely, I wasn't told about a "service/storage fee" for having tires bought online and shipped to Bob Allen. Fortunately, I DID learn about this "fee" prior to having my tires shipped. Not THAT big a deal, but somewhat annoying that no one told me this until the third time I spoke with employees - when I was ready to have them shipped.

I suppose I should mention this, too: The reason I even needed tires is because I bought a 6-month old vehicle which had "summer only" tires on it. NO ONE in my circle of friends and family (most of whom grew up in the Mid West) has even heard of such tires. So, while my ignorance can only be blamed on me - if we wish to assign blame - there is no reason I SHOULD have even known of their existence. When selling a vehicle in a market that experiences all four seasons, I do think it was uncool to sell me the car with those tires on it. At the very least, the most ethical thing to do would have been to alert me about these tires prior to purchasing the car.

But ALL of the the people I have dealt with at Bob Allen have been friendly, courteous and (aside from the above-mentioned incident) professional.

The process was smooth and pain free. I appreciated the friendliness of all the employees. Last, I've purchased cars from Bob Allen before, and I'll do it again in the future.

We came to Bob Allen when our family grew and we needed a larger car. We have purchased other cars from Bob Allen Ford and have ALWAYS had a wonderful buying experience. Our salesman Jerome Tolliver went above and beyond each time to make sure that we got exactly what we needed for the best price and financing plus he is just a wonderful gentleman to work with. Our family will buy our Fords from Bob Allen Ford again and again. They are simply the best in our book from sales, finance and service you will have a great experience.

Service department really leaves ALOT to be desired. Their customer service is lackluster and I felt consistently uninformed and talked down too by their service manager. They had my car for over a month and called me zero times. I had to be the one to call and get updates. I felt as if because my car was under warranty, that I was not a priority.

I called in the morning about setting an appointment to get a recall fixed on my car. The lady tells me to just bring it in. It s a quick fix. Ok perfect! They can get me in and out. Drive to the location and I have no idea what to do. Very confusing so I park and go inside where it says service entrance I walk in and no one helps me so I just look around for someone. I finally ask what I m supposed to do because there s no signs that tell you what to do. I ask a gentleman who was extremely rude and says well are you in your car... um no I m standing in front of you. He says well I m helping someone... ok I still don t know what I m supposed to do. Finally find someone else who tells me to pull in to the garage. Ok get back in my car and wait in line. Someone flags me to the quick lube lane. Ok I don t need that service but ok. Again very confusing. I pull in and just sit there for about 20 min then finally someone comes over and I tell them I have a recall. The guy tells me it s a two to three hour wait!!! What I literally just called and she told me it was a quick in and out and I didn t need to make an appointmet. The guys tells me well you can wait! If I would have known I could have made arrangements or not drove all the way out there. Literally spent an hour there for nothing. I will never go there to get my ford serviced.

Our salesman, Darryl Woodard, was great. I was not even sure what I wanted until he let me try a couple vehicles. Then he showed me a loaded fusion and it was time to get a price. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and a great car in return. No beatings or any thing like you hear about, these guys are Pro's. Got a short term warranty and away I drove. They even offered great financing, but I am a banker. Thanks Bob Allen and thank you Darryl.

Quality car selection and Mike Madrid is a great salesperson to work with. I have bought vehicles from him here in the past. However, my most recent experience with Steve in finance was so terrible it nearly had my fiance in tears. Steve was constantly pushing HIS agenda on us and would not listen to a single thing we tried to say. He was trying to sell us on a 4.99% rate when we'd already been approved for 3.2!!! And he never even got the rate quotes back from the lenders! he never once disclosed anything to us and just kept throwing out random numbers as if he was trying to lose a repeat customer; all while mocking me to my face the entire time. I feel bad for Mike as he did a great job assisting us but I'm nearly certain this cant be the first time Steve has run someone off.

Own a 2012 Fusion and was on the verge of selling and buying something other than Ford due to fact of receiving less than satisfactory service from two other car dealerships. My son owns an F150 and with him working long hours and myself being retired, i took in his F150 for the maintenance schedule at Bob Allen (3rd dealership a charm?). I was totally taken off-guard by the exceptional customer service (character, personality and concern) of both the service advisor (Josh) and the Service Manager (J.P.) Without going into specifics, they exceeded mine and my son's expectations of how a company should treat their customers. I am keeping my Fusion, bringing it here for my 90,000 maintenance and will remain a Ford customer as long as the customer service retains it's current scale. Another kudo goes out to Larry, the shuttle driver. Again, a great guy with the right personality for the job.
