Very Upset and disappointed with the service depar...

Very Upset and disappointed with the service department, My jeep got hit on the front right side where my wheel took most of the impact, I immediately took it to the service department told them what had happen they took it in for me, had to get my whole front axle housing repaired so they ordered a new one, then it needed an alignment and some other things to it, it went in on Monday 01/16/2017 they called me on Friday said it was ready, drove it and immediately took it back in to service, my jeep had no left to to it, the wheel would only turn about 1/3 of the way if that. They said they would fix it they called me back Saturday and I picked it up, it still didn't feel correct.

By Saturday 01/25/2017 my jeep was at SHORE TIRE getting another alignment because they didn't even complete it the first time at the dealership had to pay an additional 130.00 after the dealership had made close to $4,400 fixing it.

I don't think it's correct that I still don't feel like they fixed my jeep correctly nor that they don't test drive the vehicles before returning it to the customer.

Very disappointing because i bought my jeep there and now I will have to take it to another place so they can make sure it has been fixed properly.

Several months prior to my purchase of a new 2020 ...

Several months prior to my purchase of a new 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, I had started working to improve my credit and increase my FICO scores. I had not purchased a new car in over 10 years and was curious to see what was available and what my available options were.

When I found a Wrangler that met my requirements, I expressed my interest in a leasing the vehicle through their website. The entire process was stress free and easy. All communication was handled online and through text messages as my sales rep Sterling and Daniel and Dominick in the finance office went to work to get a deal done that fit my financial situation and worked best for me.

I couldn't be more pleased with the level of effort and customer service I received. Everything exceeded my expectations and made my experience very pleasant and enjoyable. I will definitely be buying another vehicle from them in the future!

We purchased our new Jeep here and the first time I brought it in for an oil change they managed to hit something with it and did not own up to it. I had to pull the video from my office to prove when it happened. The damage is almost $2000!!! I was told that they are not responsible for other people hitting my car while it's parked on their property which I find ridiculous as I didn't park it on their lot, they did. I will not be using their service lane again and do not recommend using them.

It was NOT good! I dropped off my 2018 Jeep for an oil change and tire rotation. When I left my vehicle was smoking and oil was pouring out covering the bottom of the Jeep. I had a driver flag me down letting me know I should get off the road before any further damage was done. I drove back to dealership and they pitched the O ring which caused all the oil to run out. Long story short, it was Not a good experience!!

Service station comes well equipped with chairs, magazines, and dudes who come in every other hour to explain to you why you will have to come back again tomorrow.

2 stars instead of one, because of the young, blonde chick who was super sweet and ended up helping close me out on my 3rd day of being there for a minor tire leak.

2 stars instead of 5, due to wishing I had forgotten the warranty and bought a Walmart version tire and then changed it myself with my hands tied behind my back. The cherry on top is that I'm getting married tomorrow, so this waste of time was extra delightful. Shout out to the employee for never even acknowledging my frustration and on day 3 when I asked to be skipped to the front of the line instead of waiting a full hour for a 6 min tire change, I was told he'd "see what he can do." Apparently all he could do was get my hour wait turned into a 2 hour 15 minute wait. Ahh the memories from this location I will cherish forever.

First time they didn t tip off fluids even though they marked that they checked and topped off everything. This time they didn t reset the computer inside so it still said she was due for an oil change. Just seems like they have poor management or service personnel

My overall experience at Olathe Dodge was GREAT!!! Jerry Lee Darnell was very friendly and helpful in getting me the best deal out there. Me being someone that has no experiene in buying a car, I felt comfortable and got a lot of knowledge and didn't feel like I was being ripped off. Don was great at explaining the finance part and making it easy on my pockets. I would recommend everyone I know to get a vehicle from them.

I made an appointment to have some work done. They got me in early, and got me done early. No dirty shoe prints or fingerprints in or on my vehicle. Only put 1 mile on my truck while in their possession. They came in $50 under what they quoted me. Well done!
You are on my good list now Olathe Dodge, but don t let your guard down. I scrutinize everything any shop does for me!!!

Horrible Service Department. They never update you on the status of your vehicle while in service and never are accountable for their mistakes. Every time we have taken our car there for warranty work we have issues diagnosing the problem and fixing it the first time. I will never use Olathe Dodge again. Sales department is also rude.

I have bought 2 trucks from olathe dodge and i WILL NOT be doing business with this dealer ever again. They were not helpful when i called and i even went up to store to talk in person and they were not willing to help me. But if you have to do business with dodge i recommend visiting the state line location. Ask for Clayton in the service department he is a great guy willing to help. And if Clayton is gone ask for tyler he is great too.

I wish I could give a zero star review honestly.I wouldn't buy anything there if I could go back. I had to flag down a service person yesterday after driving my car into the service garage. They were all behind one service desk socializing and ignoring and one had a coffee mug that literally said "this is probably vodka" They literally charged me 125 dollars after I had an appointment to tell me "my problems weren't coveted by warranty inspection" after I dropped it off and were huge jerks about it. If you meet the rude service lead whose bald named Jerry, its best just to leave in my opinion before you get ripped off and insulted.

OUR CREDIT UNION approved us so we went to look at a wrangler. The sales guy " Ohhh yah we work with your credit union so it's no problem, just fill out this paper so we can confirm wirh them". A lie they ran our credit when we told them not to because we already had that part worked out. Now my wife and I have had about 5 hits on our credit reports.
I see how they have the BS seared they talk about do much, its a BS award.
Steer clear of this place!

We bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee just before the new year. We had the best car buying experience that we have ever had. From the time we left our vehicle in the parking lot to us receiving the keys to our new vehicle, we were treated great. Andrea Craig was very nice and knowledgeable. She helped us with everything we needed. The other Highlight of the trip was Bill in financing. He was funny and helped explain everything to us. He made us feel at ease while signing all of the papers. After this experience, I think we will buy another vehicle from this dealership. We recommend this dealership to everyone.

I have just moved here from Saint Louis and I m always iffy going to get oil changed or any type of service because people just harass you to buy whatever service you may not need. Well not this place the guys who helped me were so kind and helpful! I wish I remembered their names! They helped me through and were kind while explaining everything to me. It didn t take longer than an hour which was great! Happy to have a place I can go to without feeling like I m going to be harassed or lied to about my car. Had me on the phone at 703am to go over what was wrong, texted and communicated throughout the day and had the van ready by 3pm. Wife went to pick it up and checkout took less than 10 min. Our salesman actually came in on his day off when our schedule changed. Giant selection. Easy to get to. If you're looking for a new American-made car, truck or van, you should definitely make this one of your stops!

Went for a good Jeep for a good deal. Left with a great Jeep for a great deal! (Used Car Purchase) 100% happy with my experience down at Olathe DCJR. Miguel was easy to work with and knowledgeable as well as very personable. He had the Jeep I had called on ready for me and even stuffed himself in the backseat with a smile. I can't remember the sales manager's name but he was very friendly and helpful throughout the lending process as well. Dominick over in finance was a breeze to work with as well, listened to my questions and answered them with thought. Helped me save some money where I needed to, and let me spend some money where I wanted to. One thing I can't stand is a pushy F&I guy. I appreciate the products sold to me by Dominick and the information he gave me about them. My little brother gets back from a deployment next month and we'll definitely be going to see Miguel!

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE. It has been a year and it is still haunting me.

My car was totaled and I had a certain amount of time to get a replacement. My used car salesman tried to get me into a vehicle that had obvious water damage and vehicles that were blatantly out of my price range. I settled on a 2007 Mazda CX7, but was nervous because there was a tick in the motor. I signed the contract with a statement that said they would fix whatever the tick was. The next week i brought it back for an overnight stay to see what the tick was. They ended up keeping it all through the weekend and when I asked where it was so I could get some paperwork out of it that I needed, they said they had no idea where it was, everyone who knew that information had gone for the weekend. When it came back I was told the tick was a "normal turbo engine sound." Six months later when I took it to a Mazda dealership for the service light, they said the turbo engine had been replaced at 55,000 miles, which was undisclosed to me when I purchased the car and also told me that this dealership was the one my car was at and that they were given strict instructions not to contact me and tell me any history on the service of my car. Keep in mind this would have been within the 30 day return period that I had a right to.

A year later I'm trying to get my service contract cancelled because my car is a ticking time-bomb and I want to trade it in. I left four voicemails for the finance department with no return calls. I had to drive to the dealership and walk in angry to get someone to answer my question. Now I'm being told it will take 4-6 weeks to get my service contract money back.

Oh, also, about a month ago I got a call from a salesman saying my old salesperson had died, but if i needed anything to please let him know. Morbid? Yes. Did it work? Hell no. I will NEVER return to this dealership and warn you not to purchase anything from them either. I was told that the dealership was being "turned around from the ground up," but I will never give them the benefit of the doubt again because even during this "turnaround" I am still getting the run-around when I try to call.

Terrible. I brought my Jeep in for a scheduled front break pad replacement and tire rotation. They told me my rotors needed to be replaced. Had my Jeep for 2 hours and charged me $650 for 1.5 hours of labor+parts for what should take less than 45 minutes for any professional auto mechanic. I don't recommend unless you want to pay way too much for mediocre service.

After shopping at various locations, here ... I was shown my first RAM 1500 to look at within 3 minutes! Yes ... 3 minutes. I had called ahead asking to see a truck and didn't want to play the "lets talk for an hour and play like I know you" before seeing/touching an actual truck. I provided the summary details over the phone of what I was looking for, and when I pulled up..... there it was. The truck was 90% of what I was looking for; the remaining 10% is on ME as I forgot to mention some options. But ... to Olathe Dodge's credit, they provided truck #2 in 10 minutes and that was it. In fact truck #2 was better than I anticipated. In short order, I was off for a test drive while they looked at my trade in. During this entire time, I was NEVER asked where I worked, my home address, email, mother maiden name .... you know ..the BS other places FORCE you to go through. When I got back, they provided "bottom line pricing" and showed me the difference. HOW REFRESHING!!

Did I buy ... after minimal chats and options ... HECK YA, and I"m lovin my new Dodge after having a Chevy since 1994 (multiple).

Save yourself the BS, the time and headache; come here and get a straight shooting fair deal in a fraction of the time.

he purchase of my FIAT was great, the first oil change in the express lane took 2.5 hours which was outrageous but I moved past it.
I am now in the third week of trying to get the convertible top fixed under it's warranty. I was told that a new one would be ordered, two weeks later I called and they didn't have it. Week three i just called Fiat USA and asked if they could assist in getting it sent.
At this time the dealer changes it plan and tells fiat that it's being looked at by an out sourced repair shop. There was never any contact with me about this what so ever. I had left the shop being told that a new top was being ordered and now I hearing that they are telling fiat that it's being outsourced???
I called and requested to speak with Kevin who I was told is the GM, sent to his VM and never received a call back. I called again later and requested him and was sent to another persons VM. The front desk told me that Kevin said he was aware of my complaint and told her to send to me the other person. I requested his e-mail and hung up.
Quickly I received a call from Mike who I gather is the service manager. He received a quick and angry updated on what the situation was. He informed me that he would get answers for me on the situation and what the plan was for the repair of my car.
I unfortunately knew more of what was going on with his service dept and fiat than he did. I had had more communication with fiat then he had and was telling him dates and types of communication that his service dept had had with Fiat.
So here I sit waiting for an answer of how and who is fixing my top. Not knowing if the outsourced fix will be considered warranty and know that I don't trust Olathe Dodge at it's word if they say it is without Fiat putting it in writing.
It's bad customer service at the highest level Kevin Lawyer. Customers who buy big ticket items want and deserve what they pay for. You will not address customer complaints and outsource them when you have been requested. Your service dept changes repair plans without communicating and considers no advancement in a repair being even started in three weeks acceptable. Please tell me Kevin Lawyer would this be acceptable for you in your personal life?

Bri was especially awesome helping us with this transaction. She is very knowledgeable and made it a smooth transaction. Went in for a recall on the power train control module and had the oil changed. I got a ride home as was expecting to take awhile, wasn t home more than 10 minutes, got a call and it was done ! What a great surprise ! Trent was my service advisor and I think he did a GREAT job.

Best dealership experience you could ask for. Daniel the GM will find a way to make it work. No pressure at all and they will simply ask what you want and how much you are willing to pay. Jeep dealers have a good reputation for a reason. About a year later and I'm still ecstatic about the purchase. Thank you Daniel and thank you Dodge Chrysler GM.

I recently ordered and purchased a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited JL from Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep. Daniel States made the build and order process simple and seemless, then kept me updated as the Jeep progressed. It was the first time purchasing a custom built vehicle and the process couldn't have been any smoother. When the Jeep arrived, Brianna States assisted me through the financing and delivery process. She was a pleasure to work with and helped make the delivery process speedy so I could get out and enjoy my Jeep. Bought a warranty on it for oil changes and whatnot. Everytime I bring my car in for an oil change, they take real good care of me. I always feel so welcomed! They will wash your car for you too if you ask. I always do!

Maybe I can help someone else not waste their time if they see this post. I spent 2 hours of the evening I had dedicated to car shopping at this place since I had found the car I loved here. When we got down to pricing and number finally I find out someone put the wrong sticker on that car it was actually $8,000 more than the sticker price. But of course they have almost the same car with way more miles.... bait and switch or just an accident I m not sure but I wouldn t trust them. After all this a manager didn t even feel the need to come talk to me or try work something out with me. I would NEVER recommend this place. If you have read this far thanks for reading my rant.
NOTE: I was at the used car side and can t speak for the new car sales

I am in love with my new Jeep Wrangler! It s a blast to drive. Am so so so very thankful for Deana and the entire team they have at the Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealership! Deana was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, fun to work with, and definitely had our best interests in mind. Was a quick and easy process. Can t express how great it is to be in the Jeep Wrangler family again, my Dad drove wranglers since I was little and all the positive memories driving it brings back make it all the more special. Very disappointed with him this last visit went. All I have to say is if you don t really know the answer don t pull it out of you other end. I will more than likely never return to this dealership and between myself and immediate family we have purchased 5 cars from them in the last few years. The service writer that checked me in was great but the other one that tried to explain the repair to me lies through his teeth because I m guessing he doesn t know what he is talking about.

Ranger made sure I was well taken care of. My jeep took more than normal time to get due to an over abundance of Jeeps being ordered and they had to hire outside help to get all Jeeps delivered. Olathe Doge Chrysler made up for the delay in many ways and was very thankful for my patience. I had a wonderful experience and I LOVE my 2018 Jeep Rubicon. Highly recommend ODC and Ranger, (Michael S).

I bought my truck at Olathe Dodge Ram Jeep and they gave me a good price and amount for my trade. I have taken my truck in for service and have been treated very well by all the service staff. Even when I had to leave my truck, I was provided with a loaner vehicle from the dealership. I think that the service department is very clean and very well run and would recommend them to anyone.

The entire shopping experience just didn't live up to what I had hoped for. I went there certain I wanted to purchase a particular vehicle but the way everything was handled convinced me this was not the place to buy from. The salesman was way too pushy right out of the gate. I actually had to ask him to stop his sales pitching/finance questions while I was trying to drive a vehicle I was unfamiliar with in an area I wasn't familiar with. I walked away from a vehicle I was ready to purchase and drove down the road to purchase an almost identical vehicle (with 30k less mileage) for a much better price.

Daniel in sales is great. Everyone else I dealt with were very rude. Once you've made the purchase they act like you don't exist. I still have an uneasy feeling about the purchase of my Jeep from there.

I have been here twice now for factory warranty issues on two separate vehicles. On both occasions, I had called a week ahead of time scheduling an appointment first thing in the morning. On both occasions, they failed to perform any type of work on the scheduled date. I just cannot fathom the fact that not once, but on two separate occasions, a vehicle was not even address on it's scheduled appointment.

The first time I was forced to leave my vehicle overnight. The technician hoisted the vehicle just before 5:00 and and told his supervisor he needed to be somewhere? When I arrived after work and asked the supervisor to lower my vehicle so I could drive home for the evening, they said "only the qualified technician could lower the vehicle." Since I had no arrangements for transportation, I asked if they could help out. They informed me that no loaners were permitted and that it was too late in the evening for the shuttle service.

The second attempt to give this facility my business was oddly familiar! Keep in mind the only reason I am going here is for factory warranty issues. I received a phone call around 2:00 stating they were just bringing the vehicle in for inspection. I had to call at 4:30 to verify completion and was given the run-around. I asked them to have my vehicle ready at 5:00 as its my only means of transportation. I arrived at 5:00 to see 8 service and technician employees standing in a group reminiscing about their day while my vehicle sat dormant in the service bay. The supervisor Mike Moutray claimed he had no knowledge of the situation. He also stated that they technically did "look" at my vehicle because it was in the service bay. Since they "looked" at my vehicle, Mike was wondering why I had asked to speak with him?

If you have a rare or vintage vehicle that you enjoy people "looking" at, Olathe Dodge has numerous employees willing and able to put eyes on it for you!!! If you are looking for actual maintenance to be performed on your vehicle, I would avoid this place at all costs.

Well i didn't have that much of a problem with this group though the original estimate was undervalued by $2500 and the car took 10 days not 3 like stated and I had to chase them to tell me when the car was ready or even know about the delay. No courtesy call.

Which explains my next problem. In a mix up between myself and my insurance company, Olathe were owed $1800 more from myself. NO courtesy call to tell me this which I would of paid, NO courtesy call to my insurance company telling them to pay just a registered mail letter three months later from their lawyer. Pathetic that they couldn't even call me or just any common decency or personal touch.

Not the way to do things.

I came into this dealership looking to test drive a Dodge Dart and get some information on their cars. I made it very clear to the salesman that I was not going to buy a car anytime in the near future. They tried to pressure me into buying a car that day, which I refused and walked away. Since then the dealership has called me once about buying a car and the salesman has emailed me five times in the last month about buying a car, even after I've repeatedly asked him to stop emailing. This dealership lost my business three emails ago.

Do not visit this dealership unless you want to be badgered and harassed by their sales staff.

It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and it couldn't have gone smoother! We spoke with Greg in the Jeep Showroom earlier in the week and he took the vehicle I was interested in off the lot to ensure I was able to get a chance at looking at it. After speaking with Greg for a bit we were put in the hands of Derek who provided us with great customer service! The two of them along with Chris helped us to get the best deal possible and I left with a smile on my face. Would recommend this dealership to everyone!
