I ve been coming here for about 2 years to have my oil changed and any service needs taken care of. Usually the experience is pleasant, slow at times, but they take care of what needs to be taken care of. Recently both my husband and myself tried to make contact about a recall and were both left disappointed in the way we were treated about it. He was met with poor attitude and no one was willing to help him. I then tried to call and was on hold when another employee picked up and had a terrible attitude about what I was needing or why I was calling, I tried to explain to him that I d already spoken with someone about a recall on our vehicle, he became further aggressive with me and then told me it d be 30 days before parts would be in. How do you know that if you don t know what recall I m calling about as I d never given you any further information besides that I was waiting to hear back from the original person I d spoken with? I became so flustered I d hung up. I should have gotten his name. This is not an acceptable way to speak to patrons and I feel completely disrespected. I m calling for help, not to be talked down to like an imbecile.

Shane is my go to guy in service, my car has always been completed before the estimated time frame. Great communication with Shane, he keeps you informed.
As a previous post said, I was also very confused with the new sign saying to stay with (or in?) your car and someone would be with you. After awile, I finally got out of my car and the guy at the desk in that area finally acknowledged me. Guess I was used to the old way where you couldn't even get your car turned off before someone was there at your car door.

Mark Dale and the service department got my car right end and fixed the Brake Power Booster on my Ford Edge immediately. No waiting, no come back tomorrow or you need to make an appointment. Same day service. Very Accommodating! Not to mention the work was covered on my warranty....a win, win kind of a day. Thank you Bob Allen Ford!!

The staff at Bob Allen Ford was very effective and efficient with their communications. My salesman was extremely familiar with the two versions of Explorers I was looking at and was able to provide pros and cons to both trims. Unfortunately, Bob Allen Ford did not have the color I wanted but was able to locate and perform a dealer trade in less than 24-hours within deciding which trim I wanted. Chris was able to get the requested modifications/additions to the vehicle so quickly. The entire staff at Bob Allen took no longer than 90 minutes to get us in our new vehicle....and we love it.

I can t recommend these guys enough! They were so quick to get my car repaired for some recalls and did phenomenal work. My service advisor, Chase, went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. He does his work with enthusiasm and care, and I can tell that he is a major asset to the business. Well done all around!

Have been looking at vehicles for awhile... doing the search/research of the ones I thought were potentials. Finally took test drives early last week. The folks at Bob Allen Ford ( specifically James Williams) was easy to work with; no pressure; giving me the time I needed to make a decision I knew I would truly be happy with. Bought a 2017 Ford Escape Titanium. James and all the staff at Bob Allen Ford that I have worked with have been great about educating me about my car, making sure things were exactly as I wanted, and made me very glad I bought from them. I was totally comfortable with this great group of people who are very customer service oriented.

I have purchased 3 Fords from Bob Allen and have had nothing but excellent service. Curtis has been my main contact and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. He is awesome at customer service and they need to hang on to him. Great example of how to take care of customers.

I've never bought a vehicle here but have shopped here on multiple occasions. They have a friendly sales staff but I've never been able to secure the most competitive offers from them in comparison to other Ford dealers in the area.

The service department has most often been very good, however, sometimes they aren't as attentive as other locations I've visited.

I had a great overall experience with Bob Allen Ford. I was actually working with multiple dealers and sat down with another dealer, first. I didn't like the way I was treated at the other dealer and felt like I was getting the run-a-round. I left that other dealer and a car I really wanted because I didn't think I was being treated fairly. I had been working with a salesman from Bob Allen and he was very patient with me. He knew I was working with multiple dealers and I never felt like he was pressuring me. I ultimately decided to buy from Bob Allen because of the customer service. It wasn't the cheapest car I found, but I felt like my trade in was valued fairly and the customer service was top notch. My salesman even came in on his day off to show me a vehicle I wanted to see again, even though I told him I was not ready to buy that day. I would recommend them to anybody, especially if you've had bad experiences with other dealers.

They didn't try to rip me off like another ford dealership tried to do. They were honest and I got the price I wanted and the payment I wanted. I felt happy and satisfied driving off the lot. Being a female, it is hard to trust anyone selling you something but I didn't feel Bob Allen Ford employees were cheating me on a new car. They were very honest and worked with me in getting what I wanted. Other Ford Dealerships better get some training from this dealership!

After 3 trips to the dealership for the same problem, I have now been referred by Ford Motor Company's Customer Care department to seek a repair from a different dealership. The service department would not even look at my car for a transmission problem because they could not duplicate the problem to the degree that they felt required attention. That's right. They would not even look at it. Lip service, YES. Car service, NO.

I bought a used f150 from Dylan McKee at Bob Allen Ford about a month ago. It was easily the best car buying experience I've ever had. Never felt pressured to buy and when I noticed a problem with the truck I was looking at they took it into the shop to find the issue and never tried to hide the problem or up sell me. This will be the first place I look for my family's next vehicle and where I will recommend all my friends go from now on.

Brought my car to the service for my appointment at 8 or 9 AM, they said it would be about an hour to repair the drivers outside door (wouldn't open). Waited until like 1PM and asked when it would be completed. They said oops, we somehow didn't get it into repair yet, even tho I made the appointment days prior. Get the car home and they didn't repair the door, I didn't notice as they had the door open when I went to get in the car. So I had to bring it back and wait again a couple hours. They broke the drivers inside mirror but yes, finally repaired the door. We ordered the mirror part online and replaced it ourselves. I'll NEVER bring or purchase a vehicle from Bob Allen Ford. They totally suck. My rating is -10

I have had consistently terrible experiences at Shawnee Mission Ford service so we decided to try Bob Allen. We had my partner s fusion in for an airbag recall and Rick Flaherty took tremendous care of us. The job was finished in the quoted time and they ordered the part ahead of time. Great experience and I will be back for my other services needs. Keep up the great work!

I went to Bob Allen to buy 2 cars. After negotiating the price on both cars, I walked. They called me back and actually raised the price on both cars! Are you kidding me? These guys are a joke. Jeff, the used car manager, I will never buy a car from. I went out to KC Motor Co afterwards and bought the same 2 cars, one of which was 2 years newer, for 4 grand less!

Charged me $150 to keep my truck in their shop for two days, only to find nothing wrong. Transmission still having issues, but they claim it's 'normal' and brush it off every time I take it in to get routine maintenance. Have not been overly happy with the service.

They provided me with outstanding value for my dollar and exhibit efficiency, professionalism, and courtesy at all levels that I have interacted with. After talking with many dealerships, Austin Blackwell at Bob Allen Ford was the most accommodating and thorough person I talked to. This is the reason I decided to purchase my 2016 F-150 from Bob Allen Ford. Along with Austin, the rest of the staff were very helpful with making sure the truck had everything I was looking for and more. Purchasing my new car from Bob Allen was a breeze! Jerome and the finance team did a great job of listening too, and satisfying my needs. I had never traded before but they made the process painless and streamline. The environment was relaxed and did not feel like a typical "high pressure" car dealerships (and I have experienced that at every other Ford dealer). It was a quick process, it took longer to pick out our new vehicle than it did to actually "do the deal". I HIGHLY recommend purchasing from Bob Allen!

I purchased a 2013 Ford Mustang in August 2019 and was very pleased with both the car and the sales process. My salesperson, Mikela Scott, could not have been better and the sales manager, Tim Smith, was great to work with. Mikela and Tim treated me so well I went back the next month and bought a new Ford Fiesta. As it turns out, Bob Allen Ford was the only dealership in a two state area that had the exact car I wanted with the exact options I wanted. Once again, the sales experience was extremely pleasant and I am very satisfied. Thanks Mikela and Tim!

Needed an oil change and had a power train problem. Shane Renfro listened to my description of said problem and called the needed solution on the spot. I've worked with several different Service Advisors at Bob Allen and have always been satisfied with results. Don't need them often, I can depend on them being there when I do need them. Mustang GT done on time, I was out the door. A shout out to the Techs also!

Every time I go there I m reminder why I go out of my way to take my vehicles to Bob Allen Ford. Always follow thru with what they say they re going to do.. and are the only dealership that opts give me back my car with a car wash without even asking. They're just the best. They shuttle you if it's gonna take a couple hours to work on your car. I just did a recall on a Ford Edge airbag estimated half A-day they were done in an hour. Highly recommend them.

I had a recall done on my two back doors on my 2014 Ford Escape. Flash forward two years, the two doors are coming off my car. I drop my car off and explain I really don t want to pay for this. My doors are coming off and I think it might be because of the recall work done on the latches of the doors. They never call me and explain what is happening. Instead I have to pay for one of the doors to be fixed and the other one is going to cost $300. They also accused me of lying about the recall. They said I made it seem like the recall was just done. Uhh no. When I first dropped off the car, I waited forever to try to talk to Josh to help me. They paged him 3 times, and he never came to the front. Perhaps the message got lost in translation, but I never ever said that the recall was just done. Why should two doors be falling off my car? My husband and I have been taking both of our Fords here to get serviced religiously for 6 years, and I m upset. I understand cars wear and tear, but these doors fell off because of the recall. Interior doors shouldn t just fall off of cars, and customers should be treated better. Josh also suggested that my indoor plastic doors came off because I have a child. My son never messed with the door and to imply that a 2-year-old could damage two interior doors is offensive to say the least. Not built Ford tough.

We had such a wonderful experience buying our first new car from Woody (Daryl) Woodard three years ago that we came back and bought a new 2018 Ford Escape SE from him this week! From Mike, who greeted us and spent an hour w us answering questions and making arrangements for us to meet w Woody, to Guy who helped us finalize all the paperwork, every one we encountered was more than helpful, pleasant and happy to have us there. Woody is by far the best salesman, or rather Car Buying Guide, that we ve had the pleasure to work with. His honesty and fair dealing helped us get the right car for us, TWICE! Got my windshield replaced, 1st windshield seemed to be on the low end. The logo was placed on it incorrectly and you couldn't see it from outside and the laminate had specks of dirt that could be seen when the windshield was wet. It was pretty bad and hard to drive with but thank God that it cracked. The new windshield was done correctly and you can now see the logo from outside and Jeremy was great to work with.

I informed them their staff was blasting the radio in my car while inspecting it, and I received the following sarcastic answer : Thanks for letting me know. I'm sorry to hear that! I'm not sure who was driving that vehicle before you got in it, but I sure hope you were able to figure out how to change the radio channel to something you prefer :)

We purchased a new 2020 Ford Escape from Bob Allen Ford recently. My wife wanted to bring in the car for an oil change while we were in KC. She tried to book an appointment on 12/28/2020 and they told her "just bring it by". So yesterday, she went to Bob Allen Ford and they were "too busy" to service her car. Terrible service, we will find a different dealership for our next purchase.

Completely satisfied from start to finished with Chris Galvan. I called and spoke to Marissa and told me that a Product Specialist would assist me with the 2016 Ford Mustang and from the moment I spoke to Chris on the phone I knew this was going to be the best car buying experience telling me the car would be clean and ready at anytime I arrived. I can closing time and running late but told me he is here no matter how late i can arrive. I was giving all the information up front and doing the paperwork was great with Matt! Again, I will tell everyone to go ask for Chris at the dealership!

Jerome T was amazing. He was so personable, and he was interested in helping me find the best fit for me, despite his opinions. He came in and helped out overtime just to find me the perfect match. He was available at all times of the day so I could contact him with any specific questions. Although he works in sales, he is genuinely interested in people and getting to know them. I ended buying a Ford Fusion Hybrid and I couldn't be happier. The day of purchase he personally took the car for a spin to QT to fill up the gas. Great experience.

Terrible service. On my last visit it took them 35 minutes to get me my vehicle after I had paid. I returned again because my truck is still under warranty. I had an Olathe Ford coupon but they wouldn't honor it for oil change or tire rotation. When I returned three hours later to pick it up, they had not rotated the tires because they said I didn't request the works. Never again!

I'm not usually a fan of Dealerships but I must say that I was impressed with Dylan and the rest of the staff at Bob Allen Ford. Probably the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had and I've probably purchased 15+ cars from different dealerships. Dylan was a very down to earth, genuine guy and not your typical car salesman. I will definitely be back for any of my future needs.

I would like to say that the customer service at this dealership has far succeeded my expectations. I have dealt with a "Chico" for my auto body repair. Great guy made me feel welcome each time we spoke. Whether it be a question or concern, I never once felt as though he was rushing me or that I was an Inconvenience. His eagerness to get me taken care of was superb!

Another Gentleman i have dealt with goes by the name of Marquis. I can't say enough good things about this gentleman. He is sympathetic to my "issues" with the vehicle. He has made an incredible effort to get me in as soon as possible. With my busy schedule it is NOT easy to do. He listens to the problem I'm running into and really takes my words into account.

Because of these gentlemen, my next car will be purchased at Bob Allen. What an incredible Dealership!

After going thru a good half dozen websites for car dealers in KC I found a great deal on a new Focus at Bob Allen. Mike was a great to work with on the sales side. Answered all my questions and was not in the business of trying to make the hard sell. I told them what I wanted to pay and they made it work. No hassle kind of car dealer. Their body shop did great final detailing on the car and got me about the best rate you can for financing options. I also picked up their 5 year bumper to bumper. They will literally fix anything on that car if it breaks. Just doesn't cover your general maintenance (oil change, new wiper blades) as is usual. Great place to go and buy a car.
