I called in the morning about setting an appointment to get a recall fixed on my car. The lady tells me to just bring it in. It s a quick fix. Ok perfect! They can get me in and out. Drive to the location and I have no idea what to do. Very confusing so I park and go inside where it says service entrance I walk in and no one helps me so I just look around for someone. I finally ask what I m supposed to do because there s no signs that tell you what to do. I ask a gentleman who was extremely rude and says well are you in your car... um no I m standing in front of you. He says well I m helping someone... ok I still don t know what I m supposed to do. Finally find someone else who tells me to pull in to the garage. Ok get back in my car and wait in line. Someone flags me to the quick lube lane. Ok I don t need that service but ok. Again very confusing. I pull in and just sit there for about 20 min then finally someone comes over and I tell them I have a recall. The guy tells me it s a two to three hour wait!!! What I literally just called and she told me it was a quick in and out and I didn t need to make an appointmet. The guys tells me well you can wait! If I would have known I could have made arrangements or not drove all the way out there. Literally spent an hour there for nothing. I will never go there to get my ford serviced.
