The staff at Bob Allen Ford were very courteous, kind, and professional in a recent purchase of an Explorer I made. Cassie Harmon did an excellent job there selling me an Explorer. Kudos also go out to John Robert's, Sales Manager. Jason in aftermarket and Steve in Finance plus the whole staff for making me feel good to be there.
