I just got my car worked on and Chase was awesome!! Everytime I take my car in somewhere they always tell me something is wrong, well that wasn't the case today!! Two of my nuts where replaced no problem and he told me about the lawsuits on the transmissions and the nuts too!!
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Bob Allen Ford. My salesman was condescending, and hesitant to even check my car out because it s going to be very hard to get it squeak free . Even though my husband had called that morning and was told to bring in the car, the salesman had no idea I was coming and told me no one had any recollection of talking to my husband. I will not be returning to Bob Allen Ford nor would I recommend them.
I recently had a flat tire happen 45 minutes from home. The package I bought from Max Motors of Harrisonville (love them) when I bought the car would cover pretty much anything and everything as long as I took it to a dealership or certified repair shop. Bob Allen Ford was the closest dealership from me so I had it towed there that night to be fixed the next morning like they said they would be able to. I thought it would be my best bet rather than taking to a place I didn t know anything about. A dealership would be the best, safest, and quickest place, right? I found the answer to be ABSOLUTELY NOT! The next morning, Bob Allen tried reaching me early in the morning, but I was busy at work and missed their call. I texted and called back 2 hours later, no response. I tried calling 5 other times but was placed on hold for 10 minutes each time and then transferred to voicemail box. Each time nobody told me that my point of contact for the day had left early and didn t forward me to his replacement in order to help me. The next morning I called shortly after they opened and was placed on hold for approximately 1 hour total during the course of my 5 phone calls with no resolve. Finally after being placed on hold for that long, I called Max Motors of Harrisonville and they picked up the phone immediately and called to ascertain what was going on. Not even 5 minutes after them calling, Bob Allen was calling me. Yesterday, I spoke to a person in the service dept at Bob Allen letting them know that my insurance paperwork was in the glove box so that they could file a claim..... this information wasn t passed along so when the person called back trying to sell me tires, I had to tell the story again and now I may not even get my car back today. I will never buy a car from here or take my car to this service department ever again. Lesson learned!
Update: they didn t put one of my tires all the way on the wheel so I had to go back and have them do it correctly.

Stealing from Banks all over? Have you been told "in three months come back and we can get you a better deal"? It's called theft and deception. Don't ask a banker to do such things. I recommend the FTC take a look at Bob's Records. My guess is many "better payments" collecting funds after a three payments are made and re-financing. My lord the horrid tricks dealers play and get away with I would say just low life thugs.

Bob Allen Service Department is outstanding. Have used them for over 10 years and always great service. Service advisors meet you quickly, ask right questions and give you updates as to the service as well. Usually wait there for quick service and they always get it done as promised. First class all the way.
Shane and the service department at Bob Allen stepped in and helped me out when another local dealership (closer to my home) couldn't deliver on a promise to fix my Edge. Not only did Bob Allen deliver, they had my vehicle fixed within a couple of hours after opening on a Saturday.
I bought my Edge from Woody at Bob Allen, and I will continue to bring it BACK to Bob Allen for any service needs. Top-notch, professional crew!!

Bought a Mustang from this dealership fours ago. Last week I had problems with the lighting in the radio, thought that it would be covered under the extended warranty that we had purchased, and contacted the service department. They advised taking it to a local dealer since we had moved to St. Louis in the interim, and I had an important appointment in Kansas the following week. I did just that, took the Pony into Lou Fusz Ford in Chesterfield, MO. Here I was treated rudely, disrespectfully, and received no service after leaving it there for four days with the request to "just look at it" because they were "too busy" to provide service. When I went to pick it up, there was no service record, no key, and when I finally found it, a dead battery. I had business in KC the following Monday, so I called them, explained the electrical problems to the service manager, Lee Walton, and told him I could be there by noon on Monday. When I got there, after jumping the battery twice before I left, Shane Renfro, the service representative was aware of the problem from Lee's e-mail to staff and waiting for me to arrive. The car went in immediately; it was determined I needed a battery; it was installed in an hour; and I was on my way to my appointment in western Kansas. Upshot of all of this: Bob Allen (Lee Walton, Shane Renfro, and the service department) stepped up and demonstrated why they are an excellent dealership. Conversely, Lou Fusz Ford in Chesterfield was rude, disinterested, and incompetent in St. Louis will never receive any of my business. I will go out of my way to inform everybody I know to never use Lou Fusz for anything. While Bob Allen solved the problem in an hour, Lou Fusz couldn't do anything in 4 days. What terrible business: a dealership has alienated me forever that could have been avoided with some common sense or courtesy. Bob Allen is tops!

I ve only had my truck serviced there once but it was a great experience. Another Ford dealer made several attempts at fixing my truck so I went to Bob Allen and it was fixed the first time.

BAD REVIEW! Bought a car from Bob Allen Ford and paid 1800$ for a maintenance plan. I followed all thier plan stuff and got totally screwed! 1800$ covered 7 oil changes and 1 set of brake pads! Now they are refusing to cover the maintenance that I paid for! So done with ford!
Will be a Bob Allen customer for life, Our process was easy, fast and with no haggling. Everyone was extremely friendly and went out of their ways to make sure you were comfortable and being taken care of like one of their family members. I have bought from several Ford dealerships in the Kansas City Metro area and will never shop anywhere else again. Would highly recommend going there.

I lost the anti-theft lugnut key for my Ford Transit Connect wagon. The lugnuts were evidently after market(car bought used after being an Enterprise rental) and the master set from Ford did not fit. Having been a mechanic for 40+ years, I am well aware of how difficult it was to get those locking lugnuts off for replacement. Not only was the service rep very courteous and helpful, the mechanic got all four nuts removed without damaging the wheels.

I had a great experience at Bob Allen Ford. Woody got me a fair price on my wife's Escape, and made sure were satisfied customers the entire way through the process. There was a little issue with a small dent that appeared on the hood. To be honest, we weren't sure when or how it got there and I was afraid I would be stuck with it. 90% of dealers would told me to get lost, but they wanted to make sure we were satisfied and they fixed it no questions asked. My vehicle was due for routine maintenance, and there were two open recall notices. In spite of all the work required, my car was ready before noon that same morning Great service, and a staff member explained the work that was needed with regard to the recall issues.
The customer waiting area is especially nice. Comfortable seating, wide-screen TV, WiFi, and a Starbucks coffee machine.
It was great, got to pet a shy white fat dog. Had a oatmeal cream sandwich. Salesman Klye was compassionate, help a guy named Guy with the financial numbers good thing I was there. And then I purchased a vehicle. Everyone should visit Bob Allen Ford for an experience of a life time!!! Absolutely 5 STARS
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation as a walk in. I was taken care of fast and efficiently. The staff was professional and friendly. Nearly all of the Bob Allen Ford representatives said hello to me with a smile which was nice I must admit. The service man took me out to the garage to show me a hairline fracture on my front drivers side brake pad. I was quite happy to have them actually show me and describe it to me with a flashlight. Most times you just get told all these things that need fixed etc... In this case there was a show and tell with no pressure at all to get it fixed. Which I will most certainly be getting fixed through Bob Allen Ford. Overall it was a good experience.
I found the truck I wanted on the Bob Allen web site. Devin from the internet department quickly directed me to Dylan Meyers. Dylan was very knowledgeable and helpful during the entire buying process. Communication was great and very transparent. I feel like I got a great deal on a great used truck and would highly recommend shopping here for your next vehicle.

Great service from the team at Bob Allen Ford. Chris Hurd helped me out on my last visit and another gentleman named David helped with the finalization of the service and even helped me install new wipers correctly!

This was a horrible experience with the car salesman Andrew. Being a service connected Veteran and being treated this way was pretty ridiculous as well. I purchased a vehicle from Bob Allen in 2016. I will definitely never buy a vehicle from this dealership again. I would recommend Veterans or anyone don't buy from this salesman. I would not recommend this dealership. The service dept has been a great experience and the service dept mgr. was great as well.

I generally have to flag someone down here, but otherwise, the boys here are great. I ask them to just take care of my car as if it s their own. It s always done within the day, and they prioritize you if you stay and wait (takes 1-2 hours on average).

The sales department was great however the service department is lacking. I dropped my car off for routine maintenance and a recall in the morning asked if someone could pick me up from work at 5 and they said yes. A gentleman pick me up and we arrived at the dealership at approximately 5:10. They did not bring my car until almost 6:00 after watching several customers come pick up their vehicles and leave. They then ran it through the car wash but didn't let it dry with the blowers as 6 is closing time and I was already upset. All the settings in my car was different and not how I left them. I Get home and find that my keychain is missing. That keychain may have only cost 50 cents but my daughter gave it to me and it had a lot of sentimental value. Such a disappointing experience and no apologies only excuses were provided by the service department employees.
Bob Allen Ford was the absolute best car buying experience I've ever had. The dealership was clean and all the staff was friendly and attentive. They don't play games, they honestly want to earn your business and will do what it takes to get you in the vehicle of Your choice. The service is great too. I take my truck in, drop it off, and leave in a loaner vehicle, come back and pick it up, took less than 10 minutes for drop off and pick up, very convenient!
As a first time car buyer, I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to get - I just knew that I needed a new car. Our sales consultant, Jerome, was such a pleasure to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable of all the cars they had on the lot and was quick in making sure that we got to test drive as many as we wanted. After I decided on the model of car I wanted, I was worried that I would be going home empty handed as they did not have it in any of the colors that I liked. However, it was Jerome to save the day! He mentioned they had just a received a new car off the truck the day before and asked if I would be interested in checking it out. After just a few minutes, Tim and Jerome has the plastic off the seats and I knew it was my car. Both gentleman never made us feel rushed - we always felt like we were the top priority! Once it became time to start the process of trading my old car and financing the new one, Jerome was so detailed in answering all of my questions. I never once felt pressured or like I was being cheated out of a deal. In fact, he was the one who notified me of the recent college graduate program offered by Ford that will give you money to put towards your purchase if you're approved! Once we got to financing, Greg made the process extremely quick and painless.
My parents joined me that day in order to provide support and financial advice, but they couldn't stop commenting on how this was the most pleasant car buying experience they've ever had. The service was above and beyond the call of duty. I could not be happier with my experience at Bob Allen Ford!

I stopped in Bob Allen Ford on Friday, asking to look at a car. Spent 2 hours waiting to look at the car that i was asking about and they could never find it. Came out with the proposed number sheet and I still hadn't looked at the car. Ran my credit after not being able to see the car and still at the end of my 2 hours still hadn't seen the car because they did not know where it was. This was after me asking the salesman if i was approved and if he had run my credit, he stated he hadn't ran my credit. On Sunday i looked at my credit report and they in fact had run my credit. Now i have a hard hit on my credit for no reason.
We have purchased 3 vehicles from Bob Allen Ford. Each time, Jerome Tolliver was our sales guy. He is awesome. Receiving a call on our birthdays and anniversaries is such a nice touch.
We have also had all of our service done at this dealership. They have always done well by us. Most recently, we purchased a Ford Explorer and we get so many compliments on it. We recommend this dealership over and over again.

Seem to work hard for the buyer to get the deal, but extremely high pressure when presented with losing a deal. My daughter went in needing no more a $500 payment. They tried to make $650 seem like a deal. The pressure became so high, she called me. They constantly told be to shut up-"let me stop you right there..." Im not recommending to anyone.
This review is more solely focused the new Bob Allen Mobile Service - IT WAS AMAZING!! Shane & Travis were super helpful! My car died since I havent been driving much due to Covid. I needed a new battery, air in my tires, new windshield wipers, oil change, and a new air vent - they did it all so quickly!! All while I was still able to work from home. It was super convenient and I'm so happy they are offering this service now. I will definitely continue to use it in the future. No more waiting in lines, having to sit and wait to get your oil changed, etc. Literally USE this service. You will be so happy.
