My engine light came on so I took my car into Bob Allen as soon as it opened (7 am). They asked if I could leave it and I said I could but I had to go to work. They said no problem, they'd give me a ride. I said, "all the way downtown?" They said sure and Larry dropped me right at the door. Next good news, it was a little problem that was "covered on my extended warranty!!!" Larry picked me up right on time and when we pulled back into the dealership my car was just being parked (with a nice shiny new car wash). Good as new and never missed a beat. Yea!

Bob Allen is one of the only dealerships I will continue to go to. The entire team is so helpful. Mike Madrid is wonderful to work with. He always listens to what I need and gives me realistic expectations. I would 100% recommend Mike to anyone and the entire Bob Allen team. If you want a great experience with a family feel, Bob Allen is the best place to go.

As a first time car buyer I didn't know what to expect from the car buying process. My first experience was really great at Bob Allen. Andrew helped me understand the benefits of buying new vs used and he made the whole process of purchasing a vehicle easy to follow. He was able to answer all my questions. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and the things that were offered to me were good values and a good investment for the longevity of my new car. I really enjoyed my experience and thought it was easy vs what I expected. One day when im in the market again im sure ill be a returning customer. They really treat you good and you can tell they care about you and your needs.

I brought my Lincoln in to be repaired and the heater core had to be replaced. 1900 dollars for new one. When I got in the car to leave my phone charger was broken laying on the floor. The charger is built into dash. The service guy said they would replace it. He then said that the right head light was staying on and it would cost me 900.00 to fix it. He unplugged the light. I called him back later and stated that my car light had no problems when I brought it in and if he didn't fix it I would let my lawyer talk to bob Allen Ford . He called back to confirm they would fix it. The part isn't in yet.

I took my car in for a rea recall. Everything went great worth that but something else went wrong with the car while there. The service center and I went back and forth about this new problem with my car, but in the end, they are fixing the new problem for free and have offered me a loaner car. Jonathon and Phil are amazing guys with compassionate hearts.

For as long as I have owned my Expedition this time was probably the best experience I have had so far. Not that the others were bad. The service advisor I had this time, I felt was more knowledgeable than others I have had. He went through the multi point inspection. Also told me about the up coming services that would be required.

I went to the dealer on the 1/11/16 for a tire rep...

I went to the dealer on the 1/11/16 for a tire repair at the collusion center. Was given a week for them to have my spares ready. Went back the scheduled day and was told parts not there yet. The guy told me he will give me a call. I called two days later and left a message on his phone. Hasn't called back yet. The car I bought had the tire pressure come on the second day I bought it. It has never been fixed...even with the warranty. Its been almost a month now waiting for spare parts to reach them and for the guy to give me a call. Still waiting .

First I wanna say thank you to Bob Allen Ford and my salesman Kirk Danke. I just bought a 2017 Escape and couldnt be happier. The car drive real nice and the SYNC system worked flawlessly. Im really happy, thanks again!

My husband Leonard and I both agree that coming back to Bob Allen Ford was our best decision. My husband did shop around the internet a little and looked at another lot but felt he never had better service or staff than he had experienced at Bob Allen Ford when we bought our F150 a few years ago so that is where he went. He chose a car to test drive but decided to shop a little more but only at Bob Allen Ford. He had the confidence in our sales person Dale Johnson to help us find the right vehicle for us. Dale was super helpful, considerate & knowledgeable. All of the people we met at the office were friendly and helpful. The process was smooth and Dale helped us get a great Fusion. Dale Johnson went above and beyond in our opinion and we plan to share our positive thoughts with friends. We look forward to seeing the great staff and service people in the future.

Had a Mustang in for bodywork, when we picked it u...

Had a Mustang in for bodywork, when we picked it up the shifter was ripped out of mount and they wouldn't put it on a lift to help fix it, denied knowing about it being broken, had to drive it to Olathe Ford to get it lifted to fix the mount underneath. Took 10 minutes. Side note, Mustangs are hard to drive reaching through the console to manipulate the shifting fork. Bodywork has held up so 2 stars.

We always go to Bob Allen Ford for service on our cars. We now have a 2017 Ford Explorer. We bought it from Bob Allen Ford because their service department is so good. This is our 4th Explorer.
Chance was our service rep on our most recent visit.
He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
He explained all of the work completed.
The service was completed in a timely manner.

I have to share the experience my son wife and I had this Saturday at Bob Allen. Gary was the first point of contact this morning when I was browsing the web doing my research on purchasing a truck. Gary was very helpful. When I got there, Kevin, the General Sales Manager greeted me and had no problem helping out until Gary was available. Team work!!! The whole process was very smooth. No pushy sales pitch very informative. I mean all the way to the end of the process with Steve. Man he was a magician with how he makes things happen. Steve is very helpful. You can tell the Team I was working with was more concerned in making sure I had great service, not just a sale. The whole team was efficient and very welcoming. I loved it!!!

The service Department has always fixed what needs...

The service Department has always fixed what needs fixed and in a timely manner. Last visit it was $100 cheaper than quoted, something that is rare today. Good place to have your vehicle repaired.
