This place rules! I just got my car back from the Service Center for a moderately extensive repair. Everything was covered by the fantastic warranty they got me. Jason in the Service Center was wonderful and got everything taken care of. Jerome Tolliver in Sales was also awesome. He sold me the vehicle a little over a year ago and helped make sure my warranty covered everything. Jason helped me get a loaner car for when mine was in the shop. It was wonderful to be able to continue to drive and have a vehicle to drive to work, knowing my vehicle was in good hands! Thanks Bob Allen.

A friend of mine, Julie Zimmerman, recommended that I start my new car search with Bob Allen Ford. She was right! They treated me with the utmost respect, they were extremely helpful and friendly, and most importantly they didn't try "force feed" me with a car I didn't want or didn't need.

Special mention goes out to Chris, Jerome, and Jay. These gentlemen are very professional and a pleasure to do business with.

I would recommend the "Bob Allen" experience to any of my friends. Thank you!

My daughter and I bought a used 2012 Ford Focus SE...

My daughter and I bought a used 2012 Ford Focus SEL from Bob Allen used cars. The sales experience was ok. Doing the paper work was ok too. When it came time to see the finance manager I started questioning if these people really knew what they were doing. We bought a car in Kansas that has to be titled in Missouri. I distinctly remember asking the finance manager if I needed to go and get the car inspected at a Missouri inscection station. He said nope when we get the all the paperwork done so you can title your car you will have everything you need. About a week went by and I got a call from the dealership saying that I could come pick up the paper work at my convenience. I picked it up and looked inside the envelope and there was the title application and the old title and a power of attorney letter. I thought this doesn't look like all what I need but what do I know right? I waited 1.5 hours in line at a Missouri License Fee Office to find out I didn't have the proper paperwork to get the car titled. Remember that question I asked the finance manager about going to a Missouri inspection station? That's exactly the piece of documentation that I was missing. It seems you are required to have a ID and odometer statement from a Missouri inspection station for a car bought out of state. This dealership has to have sold hundreds if not thousands cars to Missouri residents. Why wouldn't they know about the ID and odometer statement? So while waiting a week for the paperwork to be finished at the dealership I could have already had gotten this other piece of documentation. So if your from Missouri and anyone from this dealership tells you, you don't need to go to a Missouri inspection station do yourself a favor and go anyway and get your car inspected. It will save you some frustration and hassle trying to license your car. To Bob Allen Ford. It's all good. I've been lied to enough this week by car dealerships. Please don't try and contact me. I've wasted enough of my time waiting and talking to people for nothing. Instead if you don't know the regulations in Missouri please learn them and when your Missouri customers ask a question about title and registration you can give them an informed answer instead of acting like you do!!!

I have been coming here for years, since 2004 to be exact. They've always treated me with respect and have been more than helpful and accommodating. I've purchased 3 vehicles from them, and have worked with Woody each time. He is great at getting you what you need, and genuinely cares about your situation and works with you to the best of his ability.

Last weekend, I took my car in for routine maintenance. Everything was as usual except I believe the gentleman who helped me with my car this time was new. I had never seen him there before. He didn't follow up with me when my car was ready and discuss the details about the service. This is not usual practice. I had to ask the cashier if my car was ready because I had seen it parked out in the waiting garage, I was not notified. Then she called for my keys. I met Logan at my vehicle and he basically thanked me and was going to send me on my way. I had to stop and ask him to discuss my vehicle with me. This put me off a little because normally I don't have to chase down my service guy and initiate a conversation about my car. I think he was new and maybe he's still learning, but overall this is a great place to buy and service vehicles. I'll keep going. They are very friendly and warm.

Yesterday I had the privilege of a first-rate, above-and-beyond, superior customer experience!
Brad, the owner stepped up when Tim Smith was on a call and took the time to be a part of the face-to-face process. The lady at the front desk was so courteous, smiley and friendly; pleasant to visit with when I came in.
Tim Smith was an incredible help, with an outstanding team of hands-on, do-what-it-takes people! Spencer is the best example of customer service I have seen in a long time!!!
If you want real customer service and to be treated like a real person by truly service-minded, caring people, become a Bob Allen Ford customer!!
Thank you Tim, Spencer, Jeff, Brad and everyone whose name I didn't get!

Took my 2012 focus to bob allen to fix a leaking sunroof. Paid $160 and they assured me it was fixed. They were wrong, and now my car has hundreds or thousands of dollars worth of flood and mold damage. Never trust these guys.

Wish I could give 10 stars. Dealt with Mike Brown, expected my car to be down for at least 2 days. 2 1/2 hours later he calls and informs us that the car is not only ready, but that they ran a diagnostic that came back clear. Ive never had that happen before. He was professional, informative and didn't try to con us into unnecessary repairs. I know where I'll be taking my beloved fusion from now on

Everyone at the dealership was super friendly. I was able to drop my car off the night before and they fixed my recall in a timely manner the next day. Easy pickup, only waited about 5 minutes to get my keys back, and got a free wash. Will be taking my car here to get serviced every time!

I recently bought a C-Max (not from Bob Allen) and it started doing some quirky things that took some time to figure out. Curtis, Shane and Sean and the techs were great in finding out what was going on and answered my questions patiently without talking down to me. I heartily recommend them to anyone who doesn't know much about cars, like me!

Now after a year of maintenance visits, I finally realized the best part of the experience - I am always treated with respect and never endured "man-splaining" no matter how basic my questions are. For visiting a dealership, that's a first for me!

The service staff got my car in quickly for an oil change. I was informed of other needed services that my car was due for and given the option of doing them now or at a later date. The waiting area is incredibly clean and comfortable. I did arrive early and was in and out in less than an hour.

They didn't hesitate to answer any questions and were accommodating with allowing us to do a test drive and to install a car seat in the car to make sure it fit. Fantastic experience so far!

I'm not one to pay attention to reviews. All the reviews of his dealership service department are spot-on. Extremely overpriced and I didn't even diagnose my vehicle properly. Ended up coming and picking up my vehicle and taking it to another repair facilitie. With my own eyes I seen a few things they lied to me on. So they can't come back and say they diagnosed it wrong. Got to love it when you pay $170 for them to diagnose your vehicle wrong. Stay away from the service facility as they will cheat you. I recommend using the better business bureau and disputing their BS diagnosis fee. Stay away!!!

Poor communication and service. Took my F350 in for several fixes. Was told several different stories waiting on this one part, later waiting on different part then when I picked up my truck they mixed used parts with new on what was supposed to be a brand new freshly painted mirror replacement and was told waiting on parts to repair the tailgate. Tailgate was partially fixed but left unfinished. Never received any follow up call even after contacting them multiple times.

I purchased a used f 150 platinum, and in negotiations I asked if they were going to fix a paint chip on the tailgate which my salesman said they would. I got here to pick it up and do paperwork and it looked like crap. I didn't figure it would be such a big deal to them since I spent a lot on a used truck. I went ahead and bought it thinking I can do a better job than them at a later date. Then I had it for three days of which it was sitting in my garage waiting for insurance when I noticed a huge puddle of fluid under the rear end. Yep differential leak. Did I mention it's was a CERTIFIED vehicle?!Haven't bought used in a long time, not sure I would do it again. I just wish you could trust dealers to do what they say they will do. Now I do love my truck but the experience was short of great. Just be careful and don't sign anything until your happy with the vehicle.

Communication is pathetic. Never received calls about my vehicle. I had to call them and the service writer just gave excuses. It's been real busy, parts were late due to Covid and most of the techs weren't there. It was going to be ready in the morning. I finally had to call at 3:00 to be told it was ready. Then, 20 minutes later, I get a call sayimg it's ready! Doubtful I will return.

Just want to say the professional client services from Chris Galvan from start to finish at Bob Allen Ford was the greatest experience! We came in at closing time and Chris made sure to hunt the car down and give us a true salesmen layout of the car and make sure to go over the complete car (my son's first car) with the features and items we searched for that no other dealer could match in Bob Allen's inventory. We had a struggle to get the car back due to my schedule and my son working all the time, but Chris Galvan said "No Problem" I will be happy to get it to you! First off this was a first and we will let all our friends know to come to Bob Allen Ford!

Bob Allen Ford is one of the best car buying, and car maintenance experiences Steve Physioc and I have ever had! The staff is really friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy! Buying an American made car was a little scary for us because we had driven foreign made cars for many years. But, Bob Allen Ford made it so easy, and we haven't regretted buying from this dealership, for a second! We have owned our C Max for 4 years. I ve been extremely disappointed as a ford customer. On a nice day leaving the gym I came out to find my back window shattered. After making a police report and reviewing video tape it was clear that my window had spontaneously shattered. I was confused but apparently this is something other customers have been experiencing. Ford was unwilling to cover or assist with the cost of labor or replacement, even with a police report stating the evidence. I was told they would not cover it because I didn t not purchase the car brand new. Even though I bought the vehicle less than a year old with 19,000 miles on it. So I had to pay $1,000 to replace the back window.

Many people working at the Ford service center also informed me that back windows in many ford models are shattering, as well as the panoramic sunroofs! - How is this ok?? Or safe??

Not too long after this, My back hatch refused to open. (There is no way to open it manually). After hours of trouble shooting, I had to take it back to Ford. They replaced the latch for a cost of $609.

Ford should stand behind their vehicles.
They were given clear evidence that the window they installed shattered randomly and they did not think to install a manual release for their hatch back.

These are 2 examples of things happening to many customers. They are not making recalls or standing behind their product. They are charging the customer and I will not be Ford customer again in the future, unless they start standing behind their product.

I don't write many reviews but my recent experience at Bob Allen Ford in Overland Park was exceptional! The Service Manager, Jonathan Pankrez, went out of his way to help in getting my Ford Fusion fixed within a couple of hours of my call for assistance. He not only immediately knew what the issue was, but stayed at the dealership on his personal time and waited for my car arrive. My car was fixed and back on the road ASAP. He went above and beyond my expectations and I HIGHLY recommend Bob Allen Ford - Jonathan made a believer out of me that extremely high customer service is still out there! Thanks for a very suburb experience.

Horrible service in the "Service" area. I took my car in and waited to talk with someone for about 20 minutes which is no big deal, but when I was finally getting helped I was talked to as if I wasn't a customer and the employees didn't seem to care. I also asked about a price for a new under bumper scrapper and an employee said "he'll be right back" with a price to give me. After 30 minutes of waiting I still never got a price and saw my car parked in a corner of the parking lot not being worked on, and still had employees walk right past me and, eyeball me not asking if I have been helped or anything. I realize I look young but I'am a customer and i've never felt so disrespected in my life and I don't think I will be going to Bob Allen for anything in the future. I regret buying my mustang from this dealer because in the end they do not care about their customers.

WARNING: Do not do business with these people. They make their money through deception. First , after quoting me a price for a new vehicle, they added an "administrative fee" of nearly $400 at closing. When I pushed back on this, the fat finance guy told me that there was small print on the quote that covered this. He told me if I didn't have to buy it and I could leave if I wanted to. What? Are you kidding me. What an arogant jerk. I wish now that I would have walked out. Then when I had a problem with the transmission and took it into the service department, the service fellow argued with me for 15 minutes and told me I just wasn't used to this kind of transmission. Since it was a warranty issue, I'm assuming that he had been taught by the owners to do everything possible to avoid a claim. Out of frustration I did leave this time and took it to another dearlership to have repaired. After further research, I learned that this particular model did have known transmissoin issues that required a fairly simple reflashing of the computer. Avoid this dealership. Their smiles are all fake. Everything is top-down in a company and it starts with the owners. Avoid these theives and hucksters. They are nothing more than a bunch of phoney, scamming car salemen. The father who started this business has clearly done a good job of imparting his unethical, sleazy character upon his sons. The fruit doesn't fall far from the tree.

Sean Linville is always top-notch! The technician took my car for a test drive after the repair and found things were still not quite right. He took it back in and found the problem. The day before, I had called to ask Sean a question about the upcoming repair, but he was busy. My call was then routed to Derek, the Service Manager. I mentioned my current difficult life situation to him. He was extremely understanding and said they would do everything they could to help me out. And they did, much to my tremendous appreciation! This type of personal service is what keeps me going back to Bob Allen Ford. I trust their work 100%. I've driven Fords for over a quarter of a century, and the great customer service is a major reason why!

Once again, Bob Allen Ford, came through for me!! I purchased my first brand new car from them in 2016 (2016 Ford Fusion) and unfortunately someone totaled it in February. They helped get me into a new (newer) vehicle and they worked extra hard to get me a good deal, since I was clearly upside down in my Fusion. I ended up getting a 2017 Ford Focus and even though it's a tad bit smaller, I have to admit, I couldn't be happier!!! Dale Johnson and Russ Partridge are the two main contacts that I was working with and they did an EXCELLENT job!! But the whole team is awesome and I would recommenced them to anyone!! Next time I go to the them, i'm getting my SUV :)

Had a transmission failure warning on my 2012 Ford Focus this morning- not the way I wanted to start my day. ;) Having recently moved to KC, I wasn't sure where to turn, and a coworker suggested Bob Allen Ford. Very glad I took the suggestion, as my vehicle was repaired under warranty and returned, all under 3 hours. Free of charge, including a car wash. A huge thank you to Curtis and his team- I will definitely be back!

I just bought a new 2016 Ford F150 from Bob Allen Ford. I couldn't be happier with my buying experience. Salespeople are very helpful and the finance team got me a great deal. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to stop by Bob Allen Ford. They have a huge inventory and the best prices in town. Service department is top notch and has always taken care of any maintenance issues. A++++ Thank you!

I have to say that it is sad to say I had the worse experience with this dealership. I drove 3 hours both ways sat to look at a vehicle I really fell in love with and wanted. I left a deposit because bank where closed sat and dont process anything so I returned Monday both me and my bf took off work to get come back and get this vehicle and I get there and I get treated so unfair, eve after i told them plenty of times I've been pre approved they went ahead and got me approved with the same bank I've already been approved with and where mad I didnt accept there deal when I had a better deal with my bank, they got upset and just seemed rude and annoyed with me to make this story short I grabbed n
My check and left I will not give anyone who treated me unfair my business no matter what! Makes me sad they let me walk away like nothing....

I am extremely impressed with the service department at Bob Allen! I brought my Explorer there for its 3 month service and was treated with extreme kindness and respect. Louis explained everything to me and even took me into the shop to show me what they were talking about. It was so refreshing to be treated so well! We will definitely continue coming back to Bob Allen for further service and will most likely purchase any vehicles from them in the future whenever necessary! 100% recommend!

Dale was friendly and informative! This was my first time buying from a dealership and I never felt rushed or pressured by the procedures.
Jon treated us the same and by the time we left I knew exactly what happened with all the paperwork that was signed.
I've already recommended Bob Allen Ford to a couple others who are thinking of a new car and will continue to do so.
