One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. It was my first time trying this dealer to service my truck as I'm new to the area, and when I arrived at the service center for my appointment a gentleman told me to go inside and one of the advisors could help me out. I went inside and there were 5-6 advisors, none with customers at their desk. I stop by the guy closest to the door and he is just sitting on his cellphone scrolling through pages. I stood there for 45ish seconds before he noticed me. Mind you all the other advisors have just chosen to not look at me despite not having customers either. After the guy notices me I tell him my name and he tells me I have to go outside and talk to a guy at the front desk, because he's "my advisor". I go outside and there is 1 gentleman at the desk, who told me he wasn't my advisor either but he would go find the guy I need to talk to. He goes inside and after waiting 5 more minutes with a bunch of guys sitting around doing nothing while I wait to get serviced I left. I'll never go back to this place.
